Love the location, views and ground floor amenities.

Elevator wait times at check in were hectic and the cable didn't work on the TV.

The property was in a good location. I couldn’t ever get the tv in the livingroom to work. The toilet in the bathroom would run constantly so I had to fix the chain after every use. The dryer doesn’t work properly so I had to dry towels like three times to get them dry. The first attempt to dry towels was weird because when I pulled out the lent catcher water came out of it. Which I didn’t ever understand. The lent fall off of the vent before you pull it out so the towels and clothes that I dried had all the lent all over them. I’m pretty sure the dryer needs some maintenance done to it. Other than those things everything was ok. I could watch tv in the bedroom at night because I got that remote to work right. My over all experience was relaxing.

Some things to maintenance

Location and access to the beach. Pool and hot tub were ok.

Lock on condo door didn't work. We lost an hour trying to get Vacasa to work with the condo maintenance to get us in a room. We missed sunset on the beach. We were told they would address the issue while we went to dinner. Came back and the lock worked. Later the maintenance mgr came by and being very condescending indicated we didn't know how to use the lock (although we have at least 20 times). He made the comment "well, it's working now" numerous times The following morning we went out for exercise and when we returned the lock would not work. After another 30 to 45 minutes of being locked out, maintenance finally came and let us in and replaced the batteries. No further problems. Vacasa (who Booking.com went thru to get the reservations) was not very helpful or understanding of our problem. Last time I will book a condo through booking.com or ever stay in a Vacasa represented condo.

Walking distance to food etc

My room wasn’t clean upon arrival. There was dirt on the floors as well as the bedding. The sheets and blanket for the let out couch was nasty and the smell was horrible. The most unpleasant part was having feces in the toilet. I called customer service and took the staff hours to come. Not only that I have not heard anything about my refund/discount

The location is wonderful. The pool is nice with plenty of chairs and some shade if needed. The beach is a short distance and lovely.

The condo was exactly what we wanted. The moment we walked in, we smiled and said wonderful!

Out of the 23 days we were there, we could NOT use the balcony. They were doing construction on the balconies and they locked us in so we couldn't use it. We picked this unit because it had a balcony and we could sit out on it. Very, Very displeased!! I will except some type of refund!!

The cleanliness stood out about everything else. It smelled clean when you walked in and there was always someone cleaning somewhere. The view was great and the beach was perfect.

The heated pool was a bit more humid from the heat then I liked but bearable. Condensation dripped from the ceiling onto the benches.

I did not like the construction noise that was present in what was supposed to be a peaceful and quiet stay away from home for my wife and I!
