This is a fabulous stone cottage near Inca and can comfortably accommodate 8 people.
The park-like garden with fruit trees and Mediterranean plants is a haven of peace and relaxation. The chlorine, 11x5m private swimming pool is private and its depth is ranging from 1m to 2m. There are 8 sun loungers to bask in the sun. This property features a furnished porch (30m2) where you will be able to enjoy long table-talks with your family. Furthermore there's a barbecue to prepare tasty dishes.
This 220m2 house offers accommodation on 2 floors. The dining-sitting area is a nice corner to relax or watch satellite television. The kitchen has everything to prepare your favourite dishes, including a ceramic hob. The laundry features 1 washer, 1 iron and 1 ironing board. The 4 bedrooms are situated on the upper floor (3 rooms with 1 double bed each and 1 with 2 twin beds). All have a/c and garden views. There is a shower bath on the GF and another on the 1F with bath tub. The house is equipped with gas central heating.
Inca, 2 km away, is known for its leather tradition and, there, you will find all kinds of high quality leather goods. Thursday market is the most important market in Inca and there will have access to a great variety of local products. This market has a very long tradition and has been carried out for many centuries. Moreover, you can visit the 3 late Gothic or Baroque churches from the 13th century, the convent of San Bartolomé or the chapel of Santa Magdalena. The latter is situated on a hillside with a spectacular viewpoint. Inca's Plaza del Angel is famous for its good restaurants and lively pubs. The convent of Lluc, in the midst of nature and in a beautiful setting in the Tramuntana, is also worth visiting. A 25 minutes' drive takes you to the fantastic north coast and to Alcúdia's Bay, famous for its fine grained sand beaches.
Wood is available for a supplement if you wish to use the fireplace.

- The heater didn't function at all and it is very cold in the night. If we use air-condition, we have to pay for the expensive electricity.

House and garden was exceptional. We had very warm welcome from our host on our arrival who made us feel at home. House is very spacious and ideal for big groups of people. View from my window was amazing - Serra de tramuntana mountains and lemon trees. We spent most of our days away in mountains or by beeches, when we returned home, we were cooking up some dinner and enjoyed relaxing evening with wine by fireplace. There are so many things to do in the house, like table tennis, swimming, playing basketball...Its never boring and everyone can find their own activity or space to relax from everyone else. Also reading other reviews we thought that it may be pricey to pay for electricity, but we occupied all rooms and cooked breakfast and dinner every night and in the end needed to pay only about 50 Euros. We will definitely book it again.

Incredible property in a beautiful setting. - we stayed here to visit family in Majorca and we LOVED the property and it’s location. The owner has all touches in place to enable the guests to enjoy the open spaces and the barbecue. The interior was warm and cozy, with a wood burning stove, central heating throughout and double pane windows to keep you warm. All rooms had windows you could open to sleep cooler at night or enjoy the morning sun. Beds were super comfy. Host response was very quick to any questions and check in was a breeze. We highly recommend this place and we will be staying here again next summer!

Loved it! Great house with everything you need, swimming pool, table tennis, big kitchen, nice communal space and a lovely garden. Hosts are very accomodating and helpful. Location is good as it is central but it is a reasonable car ride to the coast.

Tolle Finca, die uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen ist. Sehr freundliche Vermieter, die tolle Tipps geben und Paella für uns gekocht haben. Frische Eier gab es von den Hühnern und Olivenöl von den Bäumen im Garten. Traumhaftes Grundstück mit großem Pool. Das Haus war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so im Urlaub braucht.

La maison est parfaite pour visiter l'île. Elle est spacieuse, avec tout le confort moderne et le jardin est très beau. Elle est parfaitement propre et on s'y sent comme chez soi. L'accueil est chaleureux. Nous y retournerions sans hésitation!
