great pool. easy access with a trike but a little too far to walk. really good condo. enjoyed it here very much.

nothing I didn’t like.

Great pool, quite close to the Mall. The bed was comfy, air-con worked fine. The kitchen was well stocked, cooker, microwave etc with plenty of pans, glasses utensils, and plates. It was just what was required for my work trip.

Only one problem was the internet, which the caretaker tried to fix on several occasions but could not get a consistent signal, I imagine it had something to do with the recent typhoon. However, I was able to use my phone's data for work. Shame there was no credit card payment option.

the company that manages the Building does a great job; the pool is top class and clean.

The property is not the problem, it was the people that rented the condo to me room 6i is where the problem is. 1 We stayed 19 nights we asked to get clean sheets at 10 days and they did not supply them for us 2 The room was suppose to be billed to my credit card and when you get there they say the credit card is not available and you need to pay them in cash 3. the air conditioner didn’t keep the room cool and in the Philippines that is a deal breaker; we went out to get a fan to sleep. 4. the room ceiling has a crack in in it and it appears there was water damage to it 5. the tv did not work after looking it over I came to the conclusion that it is missing some cables. 6. the towels that they provided where 2 and when we checked out they said one had a stain on it; well of course there dirty used towels,!payed them 300 php so we could get our deposit back. ( nickel and dime you kind of place ) There are so many better places I would not stay here again it made my vacation difficult for no reason.

this place is extremely clean, and it comes with hot plate ,fridge, toaster oven, Microwave and rice(soup) cooker... very quiet and relaxing spot...I will stay here again !
