The house is exactly as portrayed in the pictures. Kristin is extremely kind and helpful. We had a great time. The beach was amazing. Calm and clear water all but our last day and then just slightly bigger waves which were a blast!
The area is perfect for shopping, food, fishing, activities. We had 11 adults and everyone had a great time.
Would definitely recommend this house. It has everything you need and more! Everyone was bummed when it was time to leave.

Overall the stay was great but there were issues with the air conditioning units. It was about 80 degrees. A repair man came and said the units need to be replaced. Outdated and couldn’t keep up.

Our family (15 of us) had a wonderful time at this beach house! There was plenty of room for everyone with 6 bedrooms each having their own bathroom. Having a beach house with a pool was so nice. The kids absolutely loved it! Kristin was so easy to get in contact with if needed and responded immediately. The ice maker was great to fill up coolers. We loved sitting on the balconies with a great view of the beach. The house is not too far from town and the beach is not crowded at all in this area.

This is the second time we have stayed here and both times were amazing! There was room for all 17 of us. We love that each bedroom has its own bathroom and you can’t beat having your own private pool! It is a perfect location on the beach - less crowded. The ice maker in the kitchen is a great bonus. Kristin made everything easy for us which was much appreciated. It was a great week of making memories. Hope to be back!

The layout of the property was perfect for 6 adults and 3 children. The view is phenomenal! The porches on the beach side, were perfect if you got up early and didn’t want to wake others up.
There was plenty of seating inside and the beds were comfortable.
They have redone the pool deck and fence and there is no longer a long walkway to the beach as shown in the pictures. It was still an easy walk to the beach, though. The pool was great on the days it was too windy to be on the beach. Plenty of room and all 4 ft deep.
They allowed us access to a closet with beach and pool toys, which the kids enjoyed.
Kristin was very accommodating and responded to our texts quickly.
Apparently, the people who stayed before us did not have the house ready for the house cleaners as the instructions asked. So they had to do way more than the time allowed, so it was not cleaned as well as other houses we have rented in the past.

The listing description was 100% accurate! Right on the beach, with an easy walk from the house to the sand. Having the pool all to ourselves with all the kids was great! The kids loved the bunk room.

The property is exactly as it is described. Our family of 9 adults and 2 kids had plenty of room. The views from the decks are amazing and the condo is conveniently located to restaurants and groceries. We hope to visit place again.

We had a great time just wish we had known about leaving things on beach. My sil lost very expensive $150 anchors he used on our canopy the first night. I would advise putting on your list of do’s and don’ts for future guest.

The house was great plenty of space, comfy and clean! Also very well stocked first time ever in a VRBO that it had every pot, pan, utensil, and small appliances you may need. The host was great to communicate with and checked on us a couple of times through out our trip. If we were to stay in the area i again this would definitely be a house I would try to rent again

Location was great! Beach was easily accessible and not busy. King sized beds in rooms were comfortable and great. The kids loved the bunk beds. The pool is huge and we loved it. Any issues we had were dealt with. I do think a deep clean under furniture is needed but overall we were happy.

We ranged from 90 down 1 year of age this house was perfect! We could walk right out on the beach! The pool was amazing! The whole family throughly enjoyed staying here it was perfect!! We can’t wait to come back! And we loved the under the counter ice maker!!!!

Dishwasher needs service. Difficult to turn on door makes noise. Need a gate at steps for small children. High chair was moldy. Really like the pay it forward idea with spices and condiments. Beds were all comfy. Nice place.

Really enjoyed this home and amenities especially the heated pool and the location further away from the larger condo complexes. For spring break, the beach was not crowded at all.

This was the perfect house for our spring break week. The pool was warm and the ocean was steps away. We had three families staying in the home. We loved that all bedrooms had a master bathroom, except one. The home was warm and inviting with an updated interior and design. We appreciated that they had a grill and closet full of toys and chairs that we could use at the beach. Most were not in great shape, but we didn't care, we didn't need to bring them and we could leave them behind. The ice machine in the kitchen was amazing, what a great bonus.
Our only wish for the property was that they provided more blankets for the beds, one little quilt did not cut it for some of the cold nights. We also would have appreciated more kitchen towels and more towels in each bathroom.
We also appreciated how quick Kristin was with helping us get the heat back on in the pool. She had it fixed and warm within 12 hours.

This is a beautiful property with a vast panorama of the Gulf.
The rooms are all spacious, and each either has an en-suite bathroom or a Jack-and-Jill. The main floor has copious seating, and the decks are the place to stay in the shade (even in late fall) and watch the family. The pool is adult standing deep, clean, and heated! We recommend it for large family gatherings, as the kitchen is large and makes for lively family fun with plenty of barstool and massive table seating. The private beach access is the cherry on top: we spent a lot of family time sitting or walking on the beach!
Kristen is an excellent hostess: she communicates liberally and accurately, and ensures all is well from start to finish.

The home was beautiful!!! It does need a deep cleaning. There were things like toothpaste on the bathroom door and many other minor messes. The first thing we did was vacuum the floors and that helped a lot. thank you for a wonderful family vacation

I am not an owner of rental property but I do believe that a rental should not have exposed wiring in the backsplash because the electric box is not connected to the outlet and the garbage disposal switch did not have a cover on it which is concerning when you have small children. There were various issues throughout the house that needed repaired. ie… front door lock and latch, loose interior door handles, messy storage closet, etc…
I don’t think I would rent this condo again.

Property was better than expected!
We really enjoyed the pool and volleyball nets on the beach. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to use (loved the ice bin). The beds were comfortable. Tiffany was welcoming and easy to work with. Great vacation!

Best Summer Beach House
I made a reservation for Pleasure Key a year ago for an extended family vacation (7 adults and 6 kids 8 and under) and we have all been waiting for the beach adventure time to begin! This house is perfect for families--lots of bedrooms with comfy beds and each room has it's own bathroom! Each bedroom also has its own tv so no arguing over do we watch Pokemon or Bluey! This place is RIGHT ON THE BEACH! One of my favorite times of the day was sitting out on the beautiful second floor deck (two big decks!) drinking my coffee and soaking up that ocean air! Beautiful stunning views! The house also has a nice size pool that the kids loved too! We were in water most of the day! The kitchen is furnished with anything you might need (drip coffee maker and Keurig! ). There's a new grill outside that we fired up for hotdogs and burgers, and fresh fish several nights! A large washer and dryer that was desperately needed for all the changes of clothes with the little ones! AND an ice maker! Perfect for drinks, for your cooler to take to the beach...I want one of my own! Plenty of beach toys and inflatables, sand toys, too. The week was perfect because Kristin takes care of this home! We will be back! Thank you, Kristin!

We really enjoyed our week at this property. I wish the picture of the pool area was updated. Several of the white pool chairs that are there now were cracked and we did not have enough that were usable for our family. They are not the pretty colorful ones as pictured. Also, from the picture of the pool it looks like the steps are wider and would be good for a toddler to play on or jump off of but that is not what is there now. It now has a ladder which was disappointing. I look for these things when booking a property, so the picture is not a current picture. The inside was very nice - plenty of room for everyone. The separate icemaker was wonderful and used often. The water from the fridge was very slow. I did read other comments stating that the couch needed to be replaced and I would agree. Very uncomfortable - cushions are shot and ripping. These things would not keep me from coming back. You can't beat the location and amenities. Thanks for accommodating us!

Great Vacation!
The Pleasure Key house was very nice. It was spacious, updated and the views were gorgeous of the beach. There was plenty of room for all of us. We really liked having our individual bathrooms. The pool was great. We used it a lot especially at the end of the day after being at the beach. We would stay for sure again at this house. Kristin thank you so much for letting us check in early. We appreciate all of the communication you had with us.

This house was so great! Right on the beach and with a pool! We had 9 adults and 4 kids! Each bedroom has its own bathroom which was perfect! The pool for the kids was great as well! Kristin was amazing! Would for sure stay here again in a heartbeat!

Perfect for families
Our stay at this property in Gulf Shores was all we had hoped for to meet the needs of our family of 10 adults, 5 kids plus 2 infants. Plenty of bedrooms, baths, and lots of sitting areas for family gatherings. We vacation mainly for lots of beach time, but we took advantage every day of the heated pool. We would've preferred a gas grill instead of charcoal, but it didn't keep us from grilling dinner one night. Any questions we had as we settled in, Kristin promptly responded. And it was so sweet to have cookies and a bottle of wine greeting us upon our arrival. We will definitely consider returning to Pleasure Key Beach house in the future! thanks!

Loved the pool!
Overall we enjoyed this property. We had four families and loved having a bathroom in each bedroom. Everyone enjoyed the heated pool. Other than the beach right outside the door, that was everyone's fave part. The only downside of this house, is that for the number of people it sleeps, the kitchen is tight and living room only offers places for 6 people to sit. Overall, a good property!

Great location
We were a family of 9 staying for Christmas week. Great property. Right on the beach. Nice heated pool. Roomy kitchen with an ice maker (which was amazing). Dining room table with seating for 8 and a large bar area for additional seating. Bedrooms good sized all having direct access to a bathroom. The only issue we had was the seating in the living room was limited but we were able to take some lawn chairs and make it work. It would have been nice to have additional seating on the main level balcony. I would definitely recommend this property.

Great Group Gathering
All 11 of us adults enjoyed our stay at Pleasure Key. The bunk beds are in need of repair/replacement and can only accommodate very small children. The house needs a deep cleaning ... "paper currency" was actually found under a night stand! The oven has possibly never ever been cleaned. The porches pool and beach was fabulous.

50th Anniversary Celebration
16 of us gathered here for a week to celebrate my parent's 50th anniversary and we had the best time! We loved the easy access to the beach and enjoyed the private pool. There was plenty of room for all of us and a bonus was each room having a bathroom. Kristin was amazing to work with and we would love to come back some day. Great family memories made!!

Great beach front property!
We loved staying here. The house was perfect for our family of 15. Loved the ice maker, large porches, private pool and the availability of baby items (baby gate, high chair, pack n play). Great location away from high crowds but close to action. A few issues with property were addressed by the homeowner. All in all a wonderful week!

House was great! It needed a good cleaning... Ceiling fans very dusty and space where washer and dryer was covered in dust, sand was on coffee table, streaks on tv screen and missing smoke detector and light bulbs in lamps. The outdoor furniture needs to be replaced. Several chairs were already broke when we got there.Kristin was awesome!
