We loved our stay! From the remoteness to all of the amenities, our stay and vacation were fantastic! Sea Song is well-equipped with everything you would need for the week. Having the pool and beach so close was what we had hoped for for our family. The quietness of being remote made for an excellent and relaxing vacation. Taylor Bay was our favorite day trip! We would definitely return to NWP Resort!

Although it's not as big as a palace it had the perfect amount of space, perfectly stocked and perfectly private. We would definitely stay here again. It is away from the hustle and bustle of town, yet close enough if you want to to make a trip in. This is exactly what I needed.

My husband and I were stunned by the beauty of the condo decor, the many top-notched appointments and the view of the ocean from the unit!! The pool and grounds were beautiful and well-maintained! Pamela was a jewel! She physically communicated with our car rental company when our car broke down prior to our arrival! She also responded immediately when we had a major hiccup with the HVAC!! The owners graciously paid for our dinner due to the inconvenience!! Thank you so very much! It was a pleasure to spend our 45th Wedding Anniversary in your gorgeous condo!

Pros: Isolated. We saw only a handful of humans on the property the entire 5 day stay and that was perfect for us. The beach was nice to walk. The pool was lovely and hardly used. The grounds were clean and beautiful. Sunrises on the lanai were spectacular. The unit is clean and updated. The kitchen is super well equipped and we cooked every night. It was recommended that we not drink the water so we boiled all our water every night for the next day to avoid purchasing plastic but that wasn’t a big deal for us. The bedding was clean and seemed new, lots of towels available, the furniture was clean and comfortable. Cons: Isolated. If you don’t like complete isolation, this isn’t your place. The hot tub had a strong chemical smell such that we couldn’t sit in it. The beach was covered in a lot of seaweed and the water was pretty much unswimmable (although a local said that was because we were there after a hurricane). The smell of the unit was overpowering for me. I admit that I am sensitive to smells but there was a musty/moldy smell in the unit which was unbearable. The first night I was trying to come up with solutions to get out of staying there. By the second day it had improved but I struggled with it the entire time. I frequently left the slider open to help improve the smell temporarily but preferred to eat my meals and relax outside because of it. My travel buddy thought it was strong the first day, but after that she didn’t really smell it much. If you are sensitive to smells, you may struggle here.

Our stay at Sea Song located at Northwest Point was perfect in every aspect. Others had mentioned the dirt road but it was easy to travel while also helping to keep this piece of paradise secluded. Sea Song had everything you could want for a perfect vacation. Pamela was very professional, heloful, and responsive. We will definitely return.

If you want a beach view, a good beach, beach chairs with shade, a great pool and a very quiet location this is for you. We found it to be the most affordable beachfront stay on the island. The restaurant is currently closed due to Covid and the location is out literally in them middle of nowhere so you have to have a car and be willing to drive on the left. Pamela was a great communicator and the condo is well equipped and comfortable.

We loved this condo! Very clean, great view of the ocean. Quiet property with a great pool, hot tub, and nice landscaping. We loved the little touches of this property like having just about any kitchen gadget you might need and even a fully stocked spice cabinet and baking essentials. Excellent communication with property owner. Some people might not like that this is a pretty remote property. You have to take a gravel road for about 2 miles and you are pretty isolated. It was only about 20 minutes into town and any restaurant or beach we wanted was 30 minutes away at most.

OMG. If you want the perfect getaway - look no further. Sea Song at Northwest Point Resort is nothing short of paradise. The unit has every amenity you could possibly need and faces the ocean. See the sunrise from the beach, see the sun set from the pool or hot tub; you truly have a slice of paradise. The kitchen has every tool the modern chef would want including brand new cookware. Laundry on site and patio balcony for drying swim suits and towels makes it easy to pack light. This is the best of all possible worlds for a Turks and Caicos family or couples vacation. Beautiful accommodations on a pristine beach with few people. But rent a car so you can go to Grace Bay and eat expensive tacos on the beach and be part of “the scene.” And then hit the IGA or Sunny Foods to stock up and be able to make breakfast and dinner. Pamela is a dream host/manager you will have everything you need and she will serve it up with a warm island smile! Thank you for an amazing vacation- we will be back!!

Wonderful experience in a remote part of TCI, yet close to town and other beaches. Property manager is very responsive and the property is laid back and relaxed. The condo has everything you need! Just r prepared for some gravel road on the last mile or so. Every worker there kept everything clean (pool, chairs, beaches). No complaints!

This my second time to T&C and we chose to stay outside of the touristy area. It was a GREAT decision. The resort itself is pristine and well kept. The staff working the grounds keeps the place beautiful. The road to get there is not ideal, but trust me, it’s worth it. It is peaceful and relaxing. The restaurant is not open now but we took advantage of the grills to prepare our meals. The Sea Song unit we stayed in was perfect. It was equip with everything we needed and the views were spectacular. Pamela was there to greet us and walk us through the unit and it made all the difference. The beds were comfortable and the towels and linens were top quality. The furnishings were perfect and we felt at home. It was so hard to leave. We will definitely be back!

Great unit. The views are unbelievable. The complex is really remote so make sure you rent a car. Complex restaurant was closed for covid and nearest food is a 10 minute drive away so stock up in town.

Very quiet beach. Pool was great and very clean. The condo was just like in the pictures. Plenty of utensils, cooking ware, spices, etc. We just picked up groceries and were set for the week. We loved the quiet location and beautiful beach. There's even a coral you can snorkel at about 100 yards off the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I had an outstanding stay in this condo! Pamela was wonderfully helpful and waited for us until we arrived. She showed us around and made sure we had everything we needed. The condo was quite secluded which is perfect if you’re looking for a less crowded beach and pool. I think the best part about staying at Northwest Point is you are introduced to more of the island than the main tourist area. I would recommend renting a Jeep from Island Life Jeeps. Not only because it’s more fun to get around but to see as much as you can on this beautiful island! We truly had the most amazing vacation (best of our lives)! I can’t wait to come back to TCI. When I do, I will be booking the Sea Song Unit!

This was our 2nd time staying at Northwest Point Resort and we wouldn't stay anywhere else. It's secluded and quite, but still a short drive to any other part of the island. I don't know if there's anywhere else in the Caribbean where you have MILES of pristine, uninterrupted beach all to yourself for such a reasonable price. The condo is perfect; incredibly clean and up-to-date... the king size beds in both bedrooms were a huge bonus, too. The views are incredible not just from the balcony, but really from everywhere in the condo. It was also stocked with everything we needed, including the most important tropical vacation necessities: a blender and ice trays. Our host was great; I wish every place we've stayed had a Pamela! She was friendly, responsive, informative, and guided us through every step of the way including advising us on our car rental and return COVID tests. We can’t wait to go back.

Sea Song was everything and more. Perfect condo...perfect location...perfect guidance. Pamela is outstanding in assisting you through the process of scheduling, arriving, and keeping you posted with any issues of concern. We found the condo to be beyond clean, beyond updated, and beyond supplied with every item you might need for your stay (the blender for pina coladas was PERFECT!). This condo is private, away from the main pool area, which is what we were needing and looking for. Beyond grateful the owners were willing to share this slice of heaven with us. Deep deep gratitude. Best vaca my wife have had....ever!

The property was located in the most remote private place I have ever stayed and even though it was a bit of a drive and lonely at that I wouldn't trade my first stay on Turks and Caicos for a different place. The condo was spectacular, from the first minute I walked up the stairs and headed to Sea Song 206 and the front door was open and the maid was servicing the unit my first view was of the most incredible ocean picture since staying in Hawaii a few years before. We walked each day 40 minutes up the private uninhabited beach to the tip of the NW part of island and 40 minutes back, Approx. 3 miles, on land it turned out was part of TCI national park. Truly beautiful and a great way to start the day. You need a car for sure and we got an Avis for the week for under $200, and you need food since there is no open dining at the resort.

Off the beaten path, yes - but with a rental car, we had access to the entire island while being able to return to a remote piece of heaven! The condo itself was immaculate - this place had everything from spices, olive oil, a beach cooler to flashlights, a Ninja blender, coffee grinder, cards, books and games. The "resort " amenities were also fabulous with the hot tub, pool, shared grill, beach chairs, sand toys, kayaks and boards - all so well maintained! Despite the fear of COVID, we felt safe in our location and it was absolutely beautiful! Oh and the property manager Pam, was amazing and super helpful as well. Such a great trip!

Paradise was found at Sea Song. Everything at Sea Song was exactly as advertised on the VRBO website, including the resort. The unit had a stunning Ocean front view. We enjoyed the spectacular sunrise every morning, while drinking coffee on the balcony. The unit was exceptionally well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked and the appliances were all stainless steel. I love to cook, so we did our grocery shopping at the local stores and ate many meals on the balcony. We spent several days touring the Island and experienced much of the local culture. Each day we would return to our slice of private heaven. Northwest Point Resort is clean, beautiful and natural. The Swimming pool is sparkling clear and is cleaned every morning. What a treat to jump in after a long hot day. We enjoyed walks along the beach, the beach is not Grace Bay, and there is Turtle grass on the ocean floor, but there is plenty of open areas to enjoy swimming or floating. The Osprey nest at the very end of the nature Park was a bonus. Often we would see the osprey perch on the top Arbor at the resort. We could find many attractions such as restaurants, grocery stores, and Grace Bay, just a short 15-20 minute drive. We had so many cocktails, we drove on the left. Ha Ha. Loved Loved Loved, our dinner at Mango Reef. We met many wonderful people at Northwest Point Resort and so look forward to returning next year and staying at Sea Song. RELAXING, QUIET and PRIVATE.

My husband, son and I had a wonderful vacation at Sea Song. We enjoyed the 270 degree view of the ocean from the balcony as we bathed in the ocean breezes. We also enjoyed the expansive beech that we often had to ourselves. The condo is well maintained, very comfortable, beautifully decorated and the kitchen was well supplied. We were able to relax and enjoy our vacation without having to endure the crowds of Grace Bay. If you want shopping, restaurants etc. it is all within a 10 to 20 minute drive from the resort. We would not hesitate to return to Sea Song at North West Point. We would recommend da Conch Shack and the tiki hut for great food at reasonable prices.

We were very fortunate to select Northwest Point Resort/Sea Song for a vacation destination. My husband and I both own and operate a business, so we wanted a place to go and R E L A X. we found it HERE!!... NWP/SS was just what we were looking for. Clean, Neat, Easy, Quiet and very accessible to more activity via a car. (ten minutes away) if so choose. The ocean view and its breezes were incredible. The natives were exceptionally helpful and kind. The tourist destinations were available and exciting. Our overall experience at this resort/condo was A+ ....... a must for all................

We just spent 9 days at Sea Song, Northwest Point Resort. My happy place! (2nd time renting this unit, see review of stay in July 2013 posted on 2/21/2014) Sea Song is so comfortable! It is obvious that the unit is well maintained as it is sparkling clean! The bedding and bath linens are delicious! I love the embroidered beach towels and branded coffee mugs. Such a luxurious treat! The unit has a brand new oven and microwave. It was so great to sit at the high-top patio set and enjoy the unobstructed views of the beach and ocean. My husband and really enjoyed playing Rummikub (provided by owner) on the balcony! As for the grounds, Charles (the Northwest Point Resort Property Manager) and his staff have done a terrific job. Since my last visit, all of the buildings have been painted and the outdoor furniture has been updated. The natural landscaping is beautiful; it has been a great transformation. The hot tub and pool are crystal clear and so welcoming. The restaurant is open daily from 10:00 until 4:00 and dinner is available if you make a reservation. They serve the best conch chowder on the island and the shrimp pasta (enough to share) was to die for! I always feel very safe at Northwest Point Resort, however, it is comforting to see security (discreetly) patrolling the grounds at night. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation away from the crowds, Sea Song at Northwest Point Resort is the perfect place. We look forward to a return visit next year!

We have been vacationing in TCI for many years and have always stayed at resorts on Grace Bay, but have ventured out to NWP on occasion. When we saw the newly released 2 bedroom VRBO unit we thought we would give it a try. GREAT DECISION!! The unit had just been remodeled and everything was fresh and clean and new. The décor rivals any “up-scale” resort on the island. The furnishing are clean and bright and comfortable and inviting! The master bedroom has a spectacular view of the ocean and the sunrises are beautiful from the king size bed (new). The guest bedroom has a brand new queen mattress set and is roomy and very comfortable as well. There is plenty of room in the living area with a flat-screen TV and lots of seating. We ate most of our evening meals in the condo and the kitchen had everything we need and was stocked with high end cookware, dishes, utensils etc. We particularly enjoyed having morning coffee and evening cocktails sitting on the patio with unobstructed views of the ocean. It was such a breath of fresh air to look out the patio doors or sit on the patio and not see tons of colored umbrellas (and their occupants). On occasion we saw a handful of people on the beach or at the pool, but mostly had the place to ourselves. I love the natural state of the grounds and beach and LOVE the natural palapa umbrellas. We stayed there in July and they were painting the exterior of the building and were in the process of making more improvements to the grounds. We just booked our next trip for April and can’t wait to see the improvements. It is like our own little paradise!!

We arrived to Sea Song 2 days before Christmas and stayed in this comfortable, peaceful apartment for 2 lovely weeks! We took a chance because some of the reviews for Northwest Point were not favorable, and it paid off! We were very happy there: away from the crowds, beautiful beach to walk on, clean & very comfortable accommodations with all the amenities of home mixed with the pleasant sounds of just enough foreign languages being spoken around the pool and on the beach to transport us away from our everyday, hectic lives -- exactly what we were looking for! Our hosts were gracious, accommodating, and responsive to us as were the staff at the management company. we would recommend this property to anyone looking for that tranquil, away-from-crowds vacation!

My wife and I traveled to Turks and Caicos with our 2 year old daughter for a week in January. We wanted to stay somewhere a little more remote and not overrun with crowds so we selected Northwest point and could not have been happier. We typically use services like AirBnb and VRBO to find other peoples homes to rent. In my opinion you get a lot more value than a mainstream hotel room. Plus we typically don't like to eat 3 meals a day in restaurants on vacation and a condo often has more amenities than a hotel room would have. On that topic, our condo was very lovely. The pictures listed in the listing were very accurate and our condo was exactly as we expected it to be. Very nicely furnished with a beautiful view of the turquoise ocean water from most of the condo (only the second bedroom was lacking the view). The kitchen was well supplied (just add food), and we used it often to make ourselves numerous meals. The covered private deck had a 180 degree view the water and was quite and wonderful for eating and reading after the sun (and our daughter) had gone down. Northwest Point itself is also very nice. There is a beautiful pool and warm hot tub area to compliment the several miles of practically private, pristine beach frontage. Given the quite end of the island it's on, we had much of the beach to ourselves and never had to worry about finding an open beach chair, or a spot at the pool. The restaurant on the property is convenient and the staff was friendly. Given its location on the northwest end of the island, you'll probably want to rent a car as there isn't much in the way of shopping in the immediate vicinity, but the island is only 15 miles across so every possible activity is easily accessible. Speaking of those activities, we went snubing (a mix between snorkeling and scuba diving), stand up paddle boarding, para sailing, as well as visited several restaurants on the island, all of which were extremely enjoyable. Overall if your looking for a quite getaway on a warm tropical island where you and your family can relax without the throngs of other vacationers constantly in your space, Northwest point is exactly where you want to be. We will definitely stay here again and look forward to coming back soon.
