Bella 1 camera da letto 1 bagno condominio bellissima vista sull'oceano presso il bellissimo e incontaminato Northwest Point Resort. La bellezza di questo resort è la tranquillità e la privacy che senti dal momento in cui arrivi. È ben rimosso dalla folla di Grace Bay, ma solo un breve tragitto in auto da tutte le principali attrazioni. Il resort è situato su un tratto di quindici acri di terreno situato adiacente al National Marine Park e Nature Preserve, a 15 minuti di auto dall'aeroporto internazionale di Providenciales, dai negozi di alimentari e dai ristoranti di Grace Bay. My husband and I stayed for a week and it was amazing! We loved having breakfast on the patio every morning and enjoying the view and ocean breeze. The property, pool, hot tub, beach access was all wonderful! We look forward to visiting again in the future.

Northwest Point Resort is a lovely contained retreat spot, as long as you are prepared to be at quite a distance from everything else. We found the unit to be just what we needed, complete with lovely ocean breezes. Be prepared to plan for and/or pack in food/supplies. The pool is lovely and the beach setting too - a great spot to watch the kite surfers or walk and collect coral and shells. Hal left great information and suggestions for restaurants, grocery shopping, etc. Super helpful. Enjoy!

This property is 15-20 mins away from all other beaches in TCI and the solitude it provides is remarkable. Literally I saw no more than 10 others on the beach any given day. My wife and I were the only ones at the pool as well.

We were so pleased with our stay. The beach was amazing, the condo had everything we needed to cook wonderful meals and the views from the condo were spectacular.

First of all, Hal, our host was absolutely fantastic. So quick to respond when we had an issue at check-in, and let us know of a water issue in our building as it was happening. He also gave us a 5 page list of details about the property and other best places to go on the island. Our unit was clean, updated, and provided everything we needed for our stay. The views from the balcony were great as we enjoyed breakfast every morning. The resort itself is quiet and removed from the busy tourist areas. Yes, it’s a drive into town to go to the restaurants and other tourist areas, but it was just what we were looking for. Plenty of beach and pool chairs, umbrellas, and quiet for the whole week. If you’re looking for a place away from the tourist areas, this is it. Highly recommend!

This property is perfect for people seeking a remote, gorgeous, tropical experience. The condo is well appointed, spacious and clean and a tiny walk to the most beautiful ocean in the world. There is also a pool and hot tub in the complex. If you like to explore, the property is on the border of a beautiful, tropical national park, with a sandy trail that winds across the northern tip of the island to the northwest point. Our favorite part of this experience was the solitude of the location— approximately six miles from any touristy hubbub— but only six miles, so you can easily get to restaurants, Grace beach, etc. You must rent a car, but it is completely worth it.

This was a great place to stay and we appreciated we were isolated and not surrounded by other resorts and a bunch of people. The long walks on the beach and the conch shells were fabulous and the pool was a nice place to cool off and well maintained.
The host was very responsive and helpful especially when we needed to seek out a medical facility.
Only con we are coffee drinkers and there were only 4 cups so we were constantly washing.

This is our second time staying at Hal’s place and both times it has exceeded our expectations. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. We made most of our meals there. If you plan on doing so ensure you bring your own seasoning, oil, marinades, etc. Besides the apartment being absolutely incredible the property itself is breathe taking and pristine. We love how it is so isolated from the rest of the island but not far away that driving is a nuisance. I can’t recommend this place enough.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was literally off the beaten path (unpaved road) but a short drive from the airport and grace bay.
It was a lovely escape, quiet and secluded but with a ton of amenities.
The owner was great to work with and was accessible for questions while we were there.

We chose this resort and specifically the Palmas Del Mar unit for the seclusion and privacy that it offered and it truly didn’t disappoint. This resort is very well kept, from the landscaping and lighting, the pool and hot tub deck, to the privacy of the beach, this resort was everything we wanted. This was the first time my wife and I had ever done a trip like this and we planned and prepared for everything we wanted to experience at this resort. The condo unit was very tastefully decorated and looked fresh and updated. Hal - the owner - communicated well and all the descriptions were accurate. Comfy bed, great views, nice bathroom. The condo kitchen was well stocked and several amenities like beach chairs were a huge plus! We went out to the ocean and beach everyday. While the stretch of beach in front of the resort did have a lot of sea grass, a short walk down the beach to the left offered clear water and great swimming. Most days we didn’t see hardly anyone, which is what we were going for. Further down, maybe a mile, there is a huge section of coral reef and we snorkeled here all day one day. We saw turtles, reef sharks, and lots of fish. Truly a private beach! In the evenings, the pool was warm and always clean. We had planned to go eat out several days and did, but also cooked several meals in. You need a rental car to go to and from Northwest Point Resort. If you’re looking for a quiet place to enjoy the beach away from the crowd, this is your place!

This was the perfect place to stay on the island. We drove into town for dinner every night and then returned to the peace and quiet of the resort. We did venture out to other beaches but liked the beach at the resort the most. The beach was groomed and there was very little seagrass. We will be sharing this location with our friends and family.

We had a wonderful stay here. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed waking up everyday to a beautiful view of the beach right from our room. We enjoyed swimming at the beach an in the pool, would defentily book again.

This was the best vacation we have had. The condo is beautiful, with lovely furnishings. We loved the decorating! The condo was squeaky clean. Did we mention the view?! OMGOODNESS! We spent so much time on the patio-morning coffee, evening dinner, glass of wine. Just couldn’t drink in enough of that view and the sounds of the ocean! We went for long walks on the beach and explored the shipwrecks on North West Point. The cabana’s were lovely. The pool is huge and brand new with nice loungers and tables. Hot tub was nice also. Staff were all friendly and helpful.
We cooked in two thirds of the time and went to some lovely restaurants the owner had recommended.
We had the pleasure of meeting the owner our first week of the three weeks we stayed. He was very responsive with any inquiries, and was so pleasant to visit with.
Simply stated we were sad when our time was up, and it was back to 6 degree weather at home.
We felt safe and secure in this resort. Worth the drive to enjoy this peaceful place!

Beautiful view, comfortable king bed, safe gated area.
Kitchen has everything. I didn't cook, but we used the coffee maker everyday. Surprised that there were no ants or other bugs. Many places we rented in tropical areas had some bugs. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. We didn't use the A/C, there was no need. Wifi was very good.
We rented a car. My husband got used to driving on the "wrong side" within a couple days. The dirt road to the resort is not bad, but the one that goes to the Malcolm Beach is in very bad shape. You need a 4-wheel drive for that road.
Safety was very important to us. We felt very safe at this resort. During our last trip to Bonaire before covid, the thieves broke into the house we were renting and stole our cameras, laptop, money, clothes...We have wasted a couple days at their police station and realized that they totally ignore these crimes. Parking places near the beaches were littered with shattered glass. Nothing like that in Provo. Still a safe island to visit. Highly recommend this condo.

We enjoyed our stay at Hal’s place. The unit was clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed. The memory foam mattress was very comfortable to sleep on. The ocean view from the balcony is spectacular. The resort has a beautiful landscaping and is well kept up. It is very secluded, but that is exactly what we wanted. We would definitely come to visit again.

Gorgeous views from the balcony, bedroom and living room. Everything worked as it should, clean condo, comfortably furnished as a beach escape, super easy interaction with host. Beach was soft sand and clean, found some great shells! Very nice pool/ hot tub, few other people around the resort. Felt private and safe! Would absolutely book again!

NWPis a beautiful and well maintained resort with staff constantly grooming the beach and grounds. It’s location allows for a peaceful and relaxing vacation away from the crowds.
We rented 208, a beautiful 2bedroom condo in building 1 with 180* views of the beach’s and ocean and sun and moon rises from the bedroom.

Beautiful unit in a remarkable setting. Extremely comfortable with everything we needed. We cooked at least one meal every day in the well-appointed kitchen. We also enjoyed the onsite kayaks and the pool. Great communication with host. A bit remote, but we knew that when we reserved it. We were able to get anywhere on Providenciales within 30 minutes (rental car a necessity). As such, it makes a great home base. Especially for those who want a beach to themselves most of the time.

Our stay here was exactly what we wanted and so glad we picked it. Nice and quiet, away from the resorts. The condo is beautiful and well equipped with views of the ocean and sunrises. NWPR was great!
NWPR is a quiet, secluded resort on the northwest point of Providence ales. If you're looking for peace, quiet and relaxation, it's a great option. It's about 20 minutes drive from the restaurants and nightlife of Grace Bay, so you'll need a car.

Grace Bay, Sapodilla Beach, Long Bay, etc are within 35 minute drive from the property. Hal is the best owner and is very responsive and helpful. Vacation exceeded our expectations. We truly felt at home while far from it in beautiful Turks ans Caicos Providenciales. Highly recommend this property to individual, couple or small family.

Secluded oasis
This condo was just what we were looking for on our vacation. We wanted something not in the middle of town while still getting the great beach views and this was just that. The condo was updated and clean. Hal was super quick to respond when we needed help. Would highly recommend.

A week in paradise
This was a great place to stay. It was nice to be out of the hustle and bustle of Grace Bay, but close enough to get there in 30 min. There is so much to do in Provo. We were there for a week and did not make it to all the beaches.
Hal is great! He answered all my questions right away and made sure we knew where to get tested to come back to the US. He is definitely a five star host! His place was perfect. Clean and modern everything you could need. He had a cooler and chairs for us to use too.
