Il condominio è situato a pochi passi dalla piscina e dalla splendida spiaggia. Si trova al 1 ° piano, quindi non devi preoccuparti di trasportare i bagagli su per le scale. In un design a pavimento aperto, c'è un ampio soggiorno, una zona pranzo e una cucina recentemente rinnovata. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con elettrodomestici nuovi di zecca, macchina Nespresso Vertuo e tutti i piatti e gli utensili necessari per cucinare a casa. La lavatrice / asciugatrice del condominio tornerà utile dopo una giornata in spiaggia e ti permetterà di portare meno vestiti del solito.
Giochi da tavolo, 2 TV con canali via cavo e una Xbox forniranno intrattenimento quando ti rilassi in casa.
Il resort si trova adiacente a una riserva naturale, con una bellissima e naturale spiaggia di sabbia bianca con qualche erba di tartaruga. Puoi camminare per chilometri in entrambe le direzioni, osservando gli uccelli, raccogliendo conchiglie e facendo snorkeling.
Il resort è generalmente molto tranquillo e ha una meravigliosa piscina e vasca idromassaggio. Ci sono lettini / sedie e ombrelloni intorno alla piscina e alla vasca idromassaggio, lettini / sedie e palapas sulla spiaggia e dato che spesso sarete le uniche persone sulla spiaggia e in piscina, sarete in grado di rilassarvi e godervi davvero oasi.

The condo was spacious and well appointed. The location is remote and requires a car and navigating about a 2 mile dirt road. The resort is quiet and you will have the beach to yourself. Since it is at the northern most point on the island the Carribean meets the Atlantic.bwi

Definitely on the quiet side. The grounds, pool, condo and ocean were even better than the pictures. You definitely need a car. We would recommend an suv if you want to explore the island. Having the washer and dryer was also a huge plus. The kitchen was fully stocked, so we cooked most of the meals with the onsight grills. We ate at Da Conch Shack which was good. The best restaurant was Mango Reef, food was amazing! Condo was very secluded, which we enjoyed, but close drive to the attractions.

Our stay at Northwest Paradise was amazing! Naomi was super helpful with the check in process and tips for our stay! The condo was super clean and had everything a family would need, including a wonderful patio.
We rented a car and drove to different beaches and parts of town during our stay, which was really nice! We didn’t mind the 25 minute drive into town because it gave us an opportunity to really see the island. It was helpful that the condo had beach chairs, a cooler, beach toys and snorkel sets for our beach days!
We loved coming back home to a safe and quiet resort at the end of the day. The pool at the condo was amazing and even though the beach at the condo wasn’t the best for swimming, it was nice for evening walks and morning runs!
If we come back to TCI we would love to stay at Northwest Paradise again!

We had a great time. The house had everything we needed and was very clean. My kids went snorkeling and saw more coral and sea life here then anywhere else on the island. Only downfall is the road to access the property but it really was not that big of a deal. Would absolutely recommend!

We enjoyed the location for this home, it was as expected. Nice, calm, and tranquil. The home was clean and had plenty of beach toys, snorkels, ice chest, and chairs. The home was clean and everything worked as it should. The pool and beach were very relaxing, there were only a few people at the resort so no need to wake up early to snag chairs. There is an awesome beach around the corner, Malcolm road beach. Grace bay is always fun but way too crowded, this is a great location to sit back n listen to the waves. Thanks for the awesome stay and great communication.

The property is as advertised. It was very clean. It served our purpose and needs. It was myself, a dear friend and my adult daughter. We each had a bedroom. The pool and hot tub were very nice and well kept. We had dinner at the bar/restaurant on premises, it was very good. The resort is remote, if you want more action, stay somewhere else. It was quite here, which we enjoyed. thank you , we enjoyed our stay.

This property was absolutely stunning. Its a perfect place to stay with the whole family. The check in process was easy. The property is clean and has everything you could need. Pleanty of beach chairs, beach toys, games, towels, pillows, blankets and a well stocked kitchen. Instructions for the property were helpful, and made it easy to plan for the stay. The beaches are secluded and wonderful to explore. The northwest point is a must see. The kids LOVED the pool and hot tub, which we were almost always the only ones there. The restaurant on site was awesome after a long day of travel. You will jeed a rental car, and definitely stop at the grocery store before heading down to the condo as its quite a ways away but trust me when I say its worth it. We will be booking here again for our next visit to TCI. I cant say enough good things about this condo. You will not be disappointed!

We had a fantastic stay here! The hosts were extremely kind and prompt in answering our questions before our visit and they made sure we arrived safely without issue. The property manager, Debbie, went shopping for us before our arrival which was super helpful! She continued to check in with us throughout the week to make sure we didn’t need anything. The condo is stocked well with lots of beach chairs, towels, coolers and ice packs, kitchen gadgets and fixings for cooking meals. We also ate at The Tides (onsite restaurant, closed on Mondays). They were very good to us and had good food too. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We probably spent more time at other beaches but the one at the condo is also nice. Many people commented on bug spray which we didn’t feel a need for it until we were 4 days into our vaca, probably because it had been windier earlier in the week. I absolutely recommend Grace Bay Car Rental vs the other mainstream agencies. It’s the only one at the airport and easily accessible. They also had AMAZING service! The beds, showers, lanai and entire property was nice but keep in mind it isn’t close to shopping or restaurants. We were okay with that but good to keep in mind.

Party of 6 couples had an amazing time and well needed rest away from our 18 kids combined. Condo was well equipped with anything we needed and more. Beach and pool were great and never crowded. We really enjoyed being able to snorkel so close to shore and see lots of fish. Kayaks and paddleboards were great to use also. If you want a more secluded area away from the hustle and bustle this is your place! It was fantastic!!

Great property, tranquill and away from it all. A Great 3 bedroom 2 bath Condo. Fully stocked kitchen, clean and comfortable. The Pool jacuzzi and Beach are even more Beautiful in person.
Hosts were on top of everything and communication was super simple.
Plenty of towels and Beach gear which is an extra added bonus and savings.
This truly is Heaven on Earth! Weather was exceptional.
We will definitely be back.

Our family of 5 traveled over the holidays to TCI. We loved our stay at this home. The beach is natural - so yes there is seaweed - but borders a national park which has tons of birds and apparently sea turtles (we missed them tough). You can walk to another beach too it’s about 2 miles. Often it was either just us or maybe one other family on this huge beach. The pool and hot tub are great. Condo was clean and well stocked kitchen and well stocked beach/swim toys. Regarding location - it is VERY quiet. It is a 20-30 minute drive to wherever you want to go in regards to restraunts. We didn’t mind that and the owners clearly say that in their property discussion. The patio is lovely. Overall - the condo is perfect if you want to stay in this location! One thing to know - eating out is incredibly expensive. ($300 for most dinners and that includes no appetizer and one beverage per person). There is a restraunt on site that opened while we were there and the food was delicious. Make sure to bring bug spray as the mosquitos were pretty intense, though I think this might be unusual.

This condo is exactly as described! It is off the beaten path and away from most activities but it’s listed as such and gives you a private getaway when you’re done for the day. The condo is well stocked and clean. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The pool and beach is beautiful. We walked for forever on the beach and never encountered anyone! I highly recommend this condo. The communication was also very good with the owner.

This is a beautiful condo in Northwest Point Resort. The rooms were large and airy. The patio was spacious had a great view. The condo was clean, modern and beautifully decorated. The condo came supplied with beach towels and snorkeling equipment. We had a great time on the private beach (which had free beach chairs, umbrellas and kayaks) and we loved the pool. My son’s eyes lit up by when he saw the Xbox. Naomi and Raz were great hosts and extremely responsive.
Aside from our beach we easily drove across the island to visit other beaches and go on excursions.
This was such an affordable and convenient way to travel with full kitchen and washer and dryer. The island is beautiful, the condo was perfect, my family loved it and we would definitely come back here again.

The resort is a bit of a drive, but it's well worth it. The condo was one of the best we've stayed at in Provo and across the Bahamas - updated and well-equipped. The beach was very private, with sea turtles at the west end. We enjoyed kayaking, paddle boarding, and our kids adored the pool. We'll be back.

I stayed here with my family for a week - the apartment was spacious, clean and had everything you could think of for a weeklong stay! It felt like a resort without the crowds. The pool area, gardening and other surroundings were well kept and quiet. Although there was seaweed in the beach area directly in front of the resort, a 5-minute walk down the beach had beautiful clear waters shallow enough to walk out far! The condo had chairs, umbrellas and a cooler, all of which we used to enjoy our beach days. Recommend renting a car and stopping at a grocery store to stock up on food and drinks as the condo is approx. 10-12 mins from the closest grocery store and approx. 25 mins from the Grace Bay area. We truly enjoyed staying at Northwest Point and would stay again - thanks Naomi & Raz!

Northwest Paradise / Wheeland Settlement was a perfect home-away-from home for our family that included my husband, my parents, and our two children, 13 and 11. The 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo was clean and just the right size for us. Naomi and Raz were top notch communicators throughout the entire process from inquiries, to reservations, changes with dates, check-in, questions once there, etc. Always fast and efficient with their replies. They also offered tips for our stay. The pool area was spotless, looked like a resort, and hardly ever had people. We saw groundspeople several times making sure everything looked picture perfect. The beach is very different than the "famous" beaches in T&C but beautiful none-the-less. Miles to walk with no one in sight. The dirt road is about three miles I think so gather supplies before you head out and try to minimize how many trips in and out you have to make. It is all worth it once you arrive. Our only complaint is that we didn't have enough time at the condo / pool / beach to do all the water activities that were available to us! (Kayaks, paddleboards, beach games, etc... We did have an airline issue that cut us a day and a half short but even if we had been there, we would not have been able to fit everything in. The place is heavenly!) Would absolutely rent here again. Thank you Naomi and Raz for sharing your slice of paradise!

I stayed here with two of my sisters and their family's. We all absolutely loved it. The unit is amazing and very well stocked. If we could add anything it would be mirrors in the bedrooms to allow someone to get ready while someone else was showering and plastic stemless wine glasses that could be taken to the pool. We loved the fact that there was plates, cups and silverware for little kids. Though the beach immediately in front of the resort was often full of seaweed and grasses if you walked less than 5 minutes up toward the Nature Preserve there was a perfectly clear area where the water was crystal clear and you could walk out into the ocean as far as you desired and it was no more than chest deep most of the time. We loved having access to a pool and hot tub as the kids tired of the sand occasionally. We loved how secluded and quiet this place was as we felt safe to let the older kids have a little more freedom to roam on their own and enjoy the resort. The few people that we met were all very nice! We could not have made a better choice for our vacation!!!

I cannot even explain how beautiful this place is. The pictures cannot even capture it. The resort and home has everything you need to be comfortable and there is nothing Naomi and Raz did not think of. It is a quick drive to multiple grocers, we personally liked Smart. You are also steps away from an amazing beach with great snorkeling just around the bend. We loved the smaller crowd and everyone we met loved it as well. I will be back many many times.

We love North West Point reserve and Naomi and Raz’s beautiful space! The resort is all the way at the point of the island with a long beautiful beach for walking and swimming. The pool is wonderful and a lovely hot tub, and we love grabbing groceries on our way from the airport so we can cook and be set up for our entire visit! The condo is on the ground floor with a gorgeous view of the sunrise, and it’s quiet and a great combination for a blended family. We have 2 teens and a little guy and this condo gives us enough space and privacy that we can be comfortable for 10 days. The recent Reno’s are a bonus. We always come back from our vacation relaxed and so happy we found a home away from home!

This property may be away from everything, but it’s not. It’s clean, easy to get to and very peaceful.. The beach, pool, and accommodations are all I need, and the island is small enough that it does not take long to get to the numerous other beaches. I am definitely coming back again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Raz and Naomi's place! Check in was a breeze, the space was clean, spacious, and perfect for what we needed. Naomi and Raz were always super responsive when we had any questions and they provided a ton of info before our stay. They thought of every last detail to make our stay as memorable and comfortable as possible. They went above and beyond our expectations! The condo was so nicely taken care of and there was such a great view from the balconies where we had breakfast every morning. The condo had so much to offer us that made us feel at home...comfy living spaces, board games, beach and pool accessories. The beach at the resort was lovely, there were chairs and umbrellas ready for us to access each day. The pool and hot tub were also an added bonus. Keep in mind that it's going to be about a 30 min drive to the Grace Bay area which is where a lot of the main resorts and restaurants are. We made a few stops at the grocery store and we happily cooked in the condo using the provided cookware. We highly recommend renting a car to get you to and from places easily. This place was more than we expected and we will definitely stay here again!!

This condo was exactly as described and has everyinthing you need to have a great trip. While the condo is about 20-30 minutes from all the action, since you probably rented a car anyway, that wasnt really an issue and shouldnt be for you. The listing mentions a gravel road to get there but its in better condition than it sounds.
The Host has graciously provided plenty of beach equiptment including more than enough chairs and snorkle gear that really saved us a ton of money on items we would have had to rent. The resort also has plenty of kayaks and paddle boards in great condition and the small size of the property means you never have to wait to use equiptment. Additionally, the pool and hot tub at the resort are great!
The host was easy to work with, very accomodating and communicative and had one of the shortest lists of check-out duties that I have experienced in a rental.
Make time to explore the beaches by the resort as the neighboring parks mean you get some truly unspoiled and natural beaches where we saw multiple sea turtles swimming right up next to shore ankle deep in the water. Also, dont forget to go out to the beach at least once at night and take in the stars, the location of this resort away from the hustle and bustle of Grace Bay makes for true dark skies and great visibility for stars.

My family of 5 enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and peaceful paradise! The condo was clean, updated, spacious, and had everything we needed! The property had all the amenities - just steps away- pool and private beach. We loved it! It’s about 25 minutes from the busy center of town, but we preferred being away from the noise and the crowds. The owners were very helpful and responsive. We would definitely recommend this for folks who are looking for a quiet and peaceful experience!

We stayed at Northwest Point and we’re absolutely happy with our decision. I truly appreciate how helpful and responsive Naomi was during our stay. I also want to give a shout out to the property manager, her name is Debbie. Our trip did not start out as planned because our flight was delayed several times and our car rental reservation was canceled. Debbie helped us locate a rental on short notice, drove us to the grocery store, and checked in on us daily to see how things were going. She was awesome! The property is beautiful and well maintained. I would definitely stay here again! Naomi and her team actually cares and want you to enjoy your time while in Turks and Caicos.

Naomi and Raz had very easy and detailed instructions for the trip. Everything we needed for our stay was clearly spelled out for us. We enjoyed the property and the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were very convenient. The pool very close to our suite and we had a clear view of the water from our bedrooms. The house was very spacious!
If you are looking for more of a party scene, you should stay in Grace Bay. What we loved about this resort were the quiet and peaceful grounds. I do highly highly recommend getting a car because most of the activities we ended up doing were 15-25 minutes away. Thank you again Naomi and Raz! We enjoyed our stay!

Perfect tranquil location
Our family of 7, grandparents, parents and teens stayed for ten days at Northwest Paradise. The condo was clean, comfortable and stocked with everything we needed. The pool/hot tub area is beautiful and very well maintained. The beach is minutes from the condo, and is very quiet. You can walk for miles on the beach. Paddle boards and kayaks are available for use, which the kids really enjoyed. We had a wonderful stay and the hosts were helpful and contacting them was easy.

Away from it all
We enjoyed our stay at Northwest Paradise. The property was clean and well maintained. It is definitely remote and peaceful being away from almost everything else on the island; be prepared to drive on a dirt/sand/gravel/rock road to get there. There was significant sea grass at the immediate beach but you can walk down the beach toward the national park or take a trip over to Grace Bay for better swimming areas Paddle boards available, but no kayaks.
