The property has very old and stained furniture especially the sofa and chair cushions. The mattresses in both rooms are old, hard and need to be changed. Lack of kitchen utensils ex 4 forks 2 spoons 5 knives. When we arrived we had to ask for more bed pillows as there was only one for four. In general this condo needs a huge facelift . The exterior of the complex including pool and beach access is fantastic. The condo owners in the complex are really nice and useful.

We had an amazing time at Northwest point. The staff are all super friendly and informative . The condo was very clean and comfortable. The grounds feel very much like a resort with all the amenities. Our host Lisa was very responsive and friendly. We would recommend and return!

So pleased we stayed here! The Condo was spotlessly clean, bright, fabulous patio with view of water. Perfect location, beautiful beach, great walks and very quiet location. The gardens, pool and spa are also lovely. Lisa our host answered all our questions and was very easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again - maybe even bring the kids!!

This condo resort is great. We were very happy with the cleanliness of the condo and grounds, beautiful pool, landscaping and beach area. The restaurant and bar is still closed but we shopped for groceries in town and the large well equipped kitchen made meal prep easy. The patio is a great size off the living room- was nice for coffee in the mornings. The stackable washer and dryer was a plus too. The drive to the resort was far from town and shopping so must have a rental! We would definitely stay here again. Lisa the property manager is amazing and answered all questions and concerns! One wish would be to have tower fans for rooms- otherwise we were very happy with all furnishings and comfortable.

Northwest Point is OFF the beaten path and totally worth it! Remote beach, secluded area, calm vibe. Constant Island Breeze makes it feel like the tropical paradise it is. Always space available by the pool and plenty of chairs and shade on the beach. Must rent a car. Well kept. Reef off shore is a solid area with plenty of purple coral and fish, and no one else snorkeling there. Communication with owner was easy and Check-in/Out was very easy. We would stay there again.

If you are looking for quiet, secluded with a beautiful beach then this is it. Accurate description of the unit. We were 2 couples looking to unwind for 2 nights after a week of a work-related stay at another location. We didn’t use the pool but it looked nice and when we were there it was so windy we didn’t hang too long on the beach, but we were able to watch some kite surfers, which was incredible. The restaurant is closed but the kitchen was fully equipped. We had a long walk in the morning along the beach and didn’t see a soul. It was like we were on our own private island! The communication with the host was amazing.

Nice place. Great pool. Beach is good. Great area and not busy. Listing says restaurant on site but was told by residents it hasn't been open since 2019. Buy groceries for meals.

We really enjoyed our stay. This property is a 20-30 minute drive from Grace Bay and the touristy parts of the island. However, we enjoyed having some peace and quiet while still having a hot tub, pool, and beach access. There were kayaks and Paddle boards to use by the beach and lots of shells and coral to explore. We saw a turtle in the water and some ospreys. The restaurant and bar was not open. We spent most of our time exploring the island, scuba diving, and snorkeling. If you are willing to drive around for food and activities, this was a great place without the high cost of the all inclusive resorts. You will want to pick up breakfast or perishable items, since there are no stores, shops, or food options within walking distance. Overall, we had a great time, the weather was perfect and there is a lot to do on the island.

What a beautiful resort! Lisa was super responsive and helpful. The resort had everything we were looking for - a really nice beach, great pool and quiet spot. Will return for sure!

We stayed at this location in the beginning of Aug 2022 and it was the best vacation to date! We must have hit the off season because it was very private, minimum other guests and very peaceful resort. Lisa is so professional and polite, she was extremely helpful before we arrived. She gave us very detailed instructions on what to expect and how to get to the property. Speaking of property, it was immaculate. Everything was clean and fresh, there was a full kitchen to make food there vs eating out, the bedrooms were pretty large in comparison to other areas. The entire resort was kept so clean, the heated pool and hot tub were used every day or evening by us - it was so private we were usually the only ones using them! And the highlight: beach within walking distance!! Perfectly manicured, not busy, secluded from public, pristine beach! Every single thing about this resort and Lisa’s rental was amazing, I’m so lucky I stumbled on the reservation!! When we go back, I’ll def be reaching out to her again. Thank you Lisa for helping us have such an amazing holiday!

This property states that it has a pool and a restaurant on the property but when I got there pool was closed for construction and the reastaurant was closed. I was told that the pool is getting fixed and because the place doesn’t have enough people visiting the restaurant stays closed also the ac wasn’t working for 5 days.

AMAZING! I cannot speak more highly of the North West Point property and the property manager Lisa. The property itself is absolutely gorgeous. The beach was really never busy and neither was the pool. I also did not mind the sea grass (others have suggested it was a negative) because there is plenty of beach without it. The pool was clean and very relaxing. The apartment itself was also very clean and the decorum was very modern. The only down side of the property is that you have to drive around 30 minutes to get to Grace Bay, but that was not a problem with us with a tiny rental car. The road really isn't that bad at all. The distance is most definitely worth it, especially if you are looking for a more private place to relax and enjoy paradise. My girlfriend and I only came this time with another couple but we will definitely be back with more family next time....This place is a must stay for adults looking to enjoy the island.

We loved this location which is right on the beach and the units were beautiful with amazing views of the ocean and pool. The manager/owner stayed in communication with me to make sure that all went well. We will DEFINITELY recommend the location to friends and we will return soon! Thank you for making our first trip to Turks and Caicos a wonderful experience!

Love the place. Very peaceful and gorgeous resort ! 5 min walking distance toward national park and ocean water is very clear and not deep. Not a lot of people . That what we were looking for. Unfortunately restaurant was closed . Had to cook and BBQ... Would like to come back !! PS the island is small . So have a car to explore!!!

We’ve stayed here twice before and are always happy to return. I like the aesthetic updates that have been done since our last visit. The pool and hot tub were amazing as usual.

These condos are about as far away as you can get on the island from all the party resorts, but that is more than fine by us. The location is secluded, but right at hand is the beautiful beach with coral reefs literally meters off shore. Be sure to bring your snorkel. The condo itself was great; we didn't stay long, but it seemed like it had everything a guest could need, including beach towels. Lisa was very communicative, and helpful. We enjoyed it, and would love to come back again.

The condo was aged, the internet didn’t work for 2 days, the ceiling was leaking so much I had 2 towels to clean up. I called the property manager and she said I get someone over there to look at it, he came about 3 hours after the call, and looked at, and nothing was done, the upstairs condos was empty, that solved it for time being. Thewater for entire condominium was shot down, the property manager never contacted me.

Highly recommend for a couple and definitely get a rental car but the place is secluded and awesome!! It would have been nice to know that the restaurant was closed. It somewhat forced us to spend alot of time commuting to meals But we also wanted to taste some of the different cuisines on the island. However cooked breakfast onsite.

Beautiful 2 bedroom condo with a big pool and hot tub! You can hear the ocean from the place and there’s a small view of it. We loved staying there and we are coming back! The host was able to set up a big pack and play for our 2 year old to sleep in. So great!

While the property was somewhat isolated, it was probably the most peaceful and quite resort I've ever been to. If you seek rest and relaxation, you'll not find a better location in Turks. Lisa was attentive to all of our needs. Don't rent a car from Payless! Lisa is able to help with car rentals and she knows the island well. Overall, a great experience and we would rent through Lisa again.
