Didn't make breakfast but the coffee was good. Check in was simple and quick.

Great service from all the employees. All nice and helpful. Room was nice and clean and room cleaning was good.

The area was a bit sketchy. Cops were there a few days looking around (I assume because management or some other guest called them?). The facilities weren't the nicest. The gym was super tiny with two machines. Pool was outdoor so during the winter it's out. They charge 3$ to wash AND dry clothes (so 6$ total). That was kind of a rip off. The breakfast was not the best, just grab and go stuff. Would definitely prefer hot meals of some kind....eggs, sausage.....

If you call some dog feed and coffee Human breakfast please book a night in this place .

Smell like urine mixed with mold , live and dead bugs all over , bed bugs under the sheets . Why would you guys from bookings dot com lie about the name of this hotel ? Board says Quality inn but bookings said Cortel .

Location. Bad furniture in room. Elevators out of date. Coffee amenities lousy. No eye appeal- very dated Electrical outlets suspect.

There was never anyone at the front desk to ask questions to or make requests.

Clean and very quiet. Large room and comfortable bed (single king). Good location for the things that we were interested in doing. i.e. Sedgewick County Zoo, B-29 DOC WWII bomber, dinner theater and trip to Cosmosphere in Hutchinson.

If this is your first trip to Wichita, you need a GPS to get to the motel. I lived in Wichita for a couple of years and still had some difficulty where to exit Kellogg freeway. The "hot Breakfast", left a little to be desired. After the first day we ate breakfast, and supper a couple of times at Spears Restaurant. On the corner Maple street and Tracy. Need more comfortable furniture in the room, a pull-out couch and a computer chair doesn't get it.

I loved the size of the room and the layout was very open and designed well. Beautifully designed Inn, which I loved the arboritum.

My frigerator is broke and they had no extras. I asked if I could put something I just ordered as take out, that i needed to keep cold, sine my fridge is broke. They said yes I could do that. Then I ended up not doing that, but it was nice to know they would accomidate me. It would of been nicer if they would of offered, but still nice. If they could have someone to help keep the breakfast things filled, plus cleaned up, or at least check more often. When I went out at 8:30, the coffee area need one of those little trash can for counters. No where to throw away your garbage thats hard to see at the other end of breakfast bar. Or put the can at least up against a pole in the arboritum, where everyone can see it. I myself wouls of rather had 2% milk , but all the had was skim. Maybe both kinds would be a nice for everyone. This all could be a Huge benefit and even higher ratings. You have a beautiful Caratel Inn here. Keep up the good work.

I was alone in room, but friends in another room. We had to check out around 5:30am and breakfast not served yet.

I booked room for only one person, myself, and reservation kept saying two people and I ask front desk and they said it didn't matter on price. And had to go to front desk twice cause A/C wouldn't come on. They finally came and found unit was unplugged but cord wrapped up under unit, so everything was fine then.

I paid for this hotel on booking dot com then got charged that same price again by the hotel. The door to our room doesn't open very easily. It takes about 5 tries before it will open. The receptionist was very rude and spent lots of time on the phone yelling at someone. He was down in the lobby and we could hear him on the second floor while in our room. The pull out couch was literally just springs. We asked if we could get another room or just switch out mattresses since the one we got was not sleep able but I was told we would have to pay $60 more a night to get a better mattress. We ended up just putting blankets and towels on the springs so our kids could have somewhere to sleep. Then later in the night my daughter seen a roach crawling on the hotel bed she was sleeping at. The hotel would not refund our money. So we had to stay in this literal roach hotel. It was the WORSE experience we have ever had!!
