The look of the hotel and the pool area

Well we paid a lot to stay there and still had to pay for breakfast, a can of soda in the lobby was 3 Dollars, and had to pay for parking in garage.

Staff was very informative and good. Breakfast was awesome compared to most other motel/hotel facilities that include breakfast. Exceeded our expectations.

Getting from parking facility to the hotel...and lback.

Breakfast was fantastic and location. The gentleman that checked me in did not tell me about the breakfast coupon though.

Little more communications about what comes with your stay.

The location was great. Everything was nice and new.

A lot of staffing issues - at times no one was at front desk? My husband tried to get a burger and gave up after 45 minutes. We found SOMEONE ELSES UNDERWEAR IN OUR BATHROOM. Was it even cleaned? I will be writing the manager. There is no manager on duty for questions. The front desk guy did not know what to do with complaint. I asked for a voucher.

House keeping tried to access room while me and my wife wa still in there almost gave her a heart attack

The walls are thin and the room next to us sounded to be partying at 2am while we were trying to sleep

The location was perfect for this trip. We traveled in from out of town to see stand up comedy at Vorshays. It was literally a 1 minute walk from the Hilton.

The free parking situation was very limited, besides that I liked it all, we went down at 4 am to get some items from the shop in lobby, the self check out wasnt working and the friendly staff took care of us immediately. It was all together a fun and enjoyable experience.

I had to ask for towels and take out my own trash, the parking garage was creepy, I was told there was security, I did not see one security person the whole time I was there. The guy i checked in with was not friendly at all, explained nothing to me, acted like I was putting him out. I know this is not something you can do anything about, but it is a sketchy neighborhood, I had, what I assume, is homeless people right outside my window.
