It was very clean and comfortable. We slept very well in the beds, and had a wonderful breakfast when we got up in the morning. My family loves the cinnamon rolls that they have at the Holiday Inn Express!

We were in Wichita to be at the hospital with a family member! We were very frustrated with things going on there and had some addition stress at your hotel! We booked our room for a second night and left our suitcases in the room! We came back that night after being at the hospital all day to find that the room had not been cleaned or fresh towels provided. I called the front desk and was told that We had to come get towels at the front desk. I asked why the room hadn’t been cleaned and was told that we should have asked to have it done!!! We rebooked a room for Monday night and when we got to the motel, we were given a key to a room that was already occupied! Very embarrassing trying to get into a room that someone else was in!! Good thing that they had the dead bolt locked! Otherwise, we would have walked right in! We ended up having to stay one more night and it was uneventful, thank goodness! The best part about our visit was the beds! Very comfortable!

The cleanest of the faculty and friendly services breakfast was yummy.
