The hotel and the staff were great. Good location.

The hot breakfast wasn't good. The eggs were obviously from a carton or powder, not fresh. The veggie sausage tasted weird. The oatmeal was runny and tasted watery. The mattress was lumpy on the edge and sagged in the middle.

Parking was a bit awkward with the deck, but it wasn't busy so didn't have to walk very far. Music playing in the back garden area was VERY annoying!

I was very impressed with the proficiency of the male front desk clerk. I can't remember his name, but he said he had been working there for 12 years. I needed to get a tax exemption added to my colleague's room (not my room). He was able to quickly verify what he needed, fix the problem, and was gracious the entire time. He even offered to print a new checkout statement for me --- without me asking!

The only inconvenience was parking. My GPS did not take me to front door. I finally found a few places to park at the front door and used these spaces to unload. However, you then have to park in a parking garage that requires you to walk in an uncovered area to your vehicle. Not good for rainy days. Parking was covered, well lit, and abundant. It just wasn't easy to access. #firstworldproblem

very much hated the parking arrangements!

The room was great, staff was very welcoming and kind. The breakfast was delicious.

We were really looking forward to the indoor heated pool. The pool room was so cold and the water was freezing. The kids were upset we couldnt swim.

clean and quiet

Our room was very nice. We had a surprisingly nice view. I liked the shower in the bathroom a lot. We had problems with our TV and a man came upstairs, fixed it shortly, and was on his way, being super friendly the whole time. The bar was cozy and we liked the fire pit out on the patio. It was a good weekend, and I'd stay here again.

Drinks are kind of expensive in the hotel bar. The breakfast food wasn't anything crazy good.
