Rooms were huge! bathroom was oversized, maybe I was in a ADA room. The gentleman, Derrick Benson, who worked the front desk on Friday night and Saturday morning, should be commended. He is a bright spot in your company. I have been a Director of Customer Service and Derrick is an employee to measure other staff against. He should move up the ladder of IHG.
