The mini refrigerator in the room did not work . We could not keep perishable food cold that we had .
Hallway rug was dirty, not swept and bags of trash were left in the hallway all evening and night .

We knew the hotel offered smoking rooms, but our non-smoking room smelled of smoke. We missed that pets were allowed and listened to two dogs in rooms across the hall from each other barking in the middle of the night. I appreciate the pumps for soap, shampoo, lotion instead of little bottles, however, they are installed on the wall farthest from the sink basin. Appreciate coffee 24 hours.

Clean and comfortable but not quiet. The mini fridge was unbelievably loud. Doors slammed continuously all night. The rooms have little soundproofing, so our frisky neighbors kept us awake both in bed and in the shower. Hope we didn’t wake them when we checked out at 6:00 am. Lights and outlets on the bedside tables didn’t work. But cheap, clean and comfortable other than that. Pleasant and efficient check in.

The rooms were as pictured, the bedding was fresh and the room looked cleaned down. However it did have a wet feeling to the air in the rooms. One of our rooms had a strong smell I couldn’t quite figure out. The front desk guy was very friendly. The free breakfast offered 3 cereals and some pastries, as well as milk, orange juice, apple juice and coffee. No hot foods. It worked for the price & for our rest stop on the way home from Florida to NY, but i probably wouldn’t stay again or more than one night.

Hey…. the place looks like a museum relic from the 70’s. But, it offered a comfortable bed after 19 hours of driving!

Check-in was great, room was clean. Mattress seemed a little worn out. Fridge was very noisy throughout the night. A/C was also noisy, but worked fine. Bath towel was a little small for the average sized person.

The room was clean but the air conditioner had no way to adjust the air and even on the highest setting it was still hot. My kids turned the heat on accident and it smelled so putrid and disgusting the room smelled awful for an hour or so. Like burnt hair and dirty feet. This was room 115 i think I remember that right. Also the bed was so uncomfortable I went home hurting so bad and usually the beds aren’t that bad but this one def needed a replacement because it was like sleeping on straight springs!! The room was fairly clean though.

Room is small, outdated ,bed mattress is past its prime, stain on cover.The breakfast was the worst ever, as world travelers this says a lot. A few small yogurts, small cup cakes, 3 cereals, no spoons, a few apples

OK for an overnight stop. Rather run down but nothing really wrong except very noisy air conditioning and a strange noise which I think was from the plumbing in other rooms. Easy access from the highway but little external noise. Places to eat within walking distance.

The location made it hard to get into and out of the parking lot. The first floor smelled horrible. The stong musty smell suggests mold. My family was approached by a man asking for money in the parking lot. The breakfast is cereal and store bought packages of oatmeal. Spend a few dollars extra to go to a nicer hotel.

Unfortunately, this place had roaches and the hotel was not that clean. I cleaned the bathroom and had to wipe down everything. I even took the towels and cleaned the floor to make sure it was clean. Maybe it was just my room. The hotel itself didn’t look bad. They just need friendlier service and no roaches.

Worked for the closest place off I95 to sleep before moving on to our actual destination. Would avoid on the way back due to the mattress being uncomfortable.

Real bad the smoke odor not property clean

I enjoyed my stay. I was able to receive a smoking room. Upon my arrival, I was told that I would have to climb up one flight of stairs to my room, since the second floor doesn’t have a elevator. Not a good thing, when you have multiple luggage. The room was filled with cigarette odor, so I purchased a febreze plug in to freshen up my room. Overall, the room was clean and there was no loud noises from the other visitors.

Just needed a place for the night, room was clean but very dated. Bed had some miles on it. Rough sleep. Non smoking room but hallways smelled like smoke. Wouldn’t go again.

Old and filthy. Bad smell. I wasn't at all expecting a fancy hotel - I mean, It's a Red Roof Inn. But this was one of the filthiest places I've ever stayed in.

The property is a bit rundown, but we needed a pet friendly pace to stay. When I went to check in, I was not greeted and asked for my ID. I was given my key card and room number with no real conversation. I met my husband and dogs outside and led them to our room to find out that I was given keys to an occupied room. The guest was in the bathroom with the room open when I entered the room. I apologized and I returned to the desk and explained what happened. Even though the front desk staff member was helping another couple, he did address my issue and assign us to an alternate room.

We were just passing through, it was clean and comfortable although I would have enjoyed a cup of tea. No pot in the room and the hot water carafe in the lobby was empty. It was later (9:00ish), but it would have been nice.

This was the best of this chain I’ve stayed in. The staff was a little lazy in not wanting to print off a receipt but other than that I would stay here again. Great for the price.

The hotel was located in a nice place, surroundings were good with lots of restaurants. The bed was a spring bed, I think it's time remove this type of beds.

Exceptionally clean but the bleach smell as u walk in and in the rooms were way beyond strong to the point u could barely breathe. The room hadn’t been finished when we checked in no soap and no towels. The front desk lady was very nice quiet and shy type and the guy at night barely said two words when I asked for towels and soap. No breakfast like the advertised

We first checked in and went to our room, after one complaint about tv not working eventually it was checked out we needed to change our room to get one with a working tv.
When we returned from dinner we were welcomed with the false alarms going off.
Doesn’t seem we are having much luck this trip with hotel choices.
