The family helped celebrate my wife’s 60th here and we really enjoyed our time at this property. A great place to relax and enjoy being together cooking, playing games and catching up.

Amazing place to stay. Dolphins played right out side by our dock. Kids loved fishing and we loved being able to dock our boat on-site and take it to the beach. Large enough yard to cook out while family played in the grass. Main house is newly renovated and the pictures don’t do it justice. Beautiful place to stay. Great folks to work with. This place surpassed expectations. You take a little bit of a risk when searching a place online, but this little slice of heaven was perfect. It fit our family’s needs just right.

This is the third year we have stayed at this property and we hope to stay here for many more years. This has absolutely everything our family loves - great fishing, crabbing, wonderful location! The house is beautiful and more than spacious for our entire family. It is absolutely perfect for us!

All went great, pictures coulda better presented amenities. Like, there was no fire pit/ring. Better pictures of gazebo would’ve prompted bringing hammocks. Note please adjust sprinklers to not come on during the afternoon when people would be sitting enjoying the view. Late night or early morning would’ve been great. Great place will consider again Nxt year…

It was a very smooth, straightforward and stress free rental process with no hidden fees! Mr. Charles was quick to respond and amazing to work with. I also reached out to him for recommendations to support local business owners and he was super helpful. The house was pristine as were the grounds. Our group of 12 ranged ranged in age from 8 to 84 and this was perfect for all. As far as we’re concerned this will be our final destination. No more condos or beach houses for us. We have found our Oasis!!!

This property is about 30 minutes away from gulf shores/orange Beach area. Beautiful view from back porch and long dock. Sunrises wete amazing. Will definitely book this property again.

The 4 and 5 year olds were able to swim and touch the bottom off the end of the dock. We were also able to ski and fish nearby. Spacious house and beautiful yard for barbecuing.

Lots of open space for a large family get together which included ages from 1 yr to 76 yr. Pier is an added benefit. Charles and Neal were responsive to all our needs and requests.

We really enjoyed our stay! The week went by way too fast! Each morning and evening on the covered dock was great and my grandsons caught a lot of catfish including a stingray. We brought kayaks and put lights up in the back yard and the deck. Also had several days the dolphins were out around the dock. It’s a little drive to the beach but for the diversity we wanted, it was perfect!

The house is very nice!! There detached guest house would have been very useful if our entire party had arrived. It was so nice to walk out on the dock and enjoy a cup of coffee at sunrise and at sunset. Amenities are very acceptable. Area is peaceful and quiet. The water depth from the covered portion of the dock to the rock wall is shallow, which is great for children. They enjoyed catching the hermit crabs and seeing the stingrays. We also enjoyed watching the dolphins! Distance to major beaches is only 40 minutes. We would stay there again.

This is the 2nd year our family has stayed in this house and we hope to be able to come back here every year on our annual vacation! This house gives us the ability to enjoy what we love most - shrimping, Pirates Cove, fishing, crab traps, sunning and relaxing! This is a great property!!!

The property is well maintained, it is an old Beach house, that could stand some upgrades, an ice maker would help cut down on the ice runs. The location is great, and well built new pier,and boat dock. This was our second trip to this location. Looking forward to returning.

Everything I read in the listing was spot on. Plenty of room for all, the back porch was where. We spent most of your time, as the views were amazing, and peacefull. Centrally located to everything we wanted to go do during the days. We highly recommend.

great for us want to stay again

The tile floor and area rugs in the living, dining and kitchen areas could have used a more thorough cleaning. The towels, hand towels and wash cloths in all of the bathrooms were terrible!! Old, ragged and stained. I went to WalMart and purchased towels! Lamp in full bedroom (main house) didn’t work. The bedrooms did have new and nice carpet! Furniture in the living room was also VERY dirty and stained.

Had an excellent time staying at this house. We had 3 families in the house and it was very comfortable. A lot of stuff for the kids to do around the property too. Had a great time for Spring Break. Hope to return. The only negative is the that the furniture is a little dated but with kids that didn’t really matter

Overall experience was what we were looking for. On the water, warm weather, off the beaten path. House was well taken care of. We liked we could do laundry too.

10 of us made the trek down from Nashville and Atlanta for our annual company fishing trip and team building weekend. This property is beautiful and private. We brought all of our supplies and really enjoyed some grilling, cornhole, poker and college football. It was really nice having the AC cranking upon our arrival as well! My only opinion on how this property could be better is if there were some exterior lighting for the backyard. We saw some dolphins off the beautiful long dock that were pretty cool as well! We will definitely be back and really enjoyed ourselves. Thank you Charles!

This property was spacious with a great dock on the water! Communication with the property manager was very easy as was the check-in process. We would stay again!
