何度か出張の度に利用させていただいてますが、 駅近、格安ということもあり非常に便利に使わせていただきました。

ホテル側に落ち度はありませんが、 Aスペースの同スペースになられた方が団体で利用されたのだと思いますが、深夜3、4時頃にチェックインなされ通常の音量で会話をされていて、寝ていた私は目を覚ましてしまいました。 ドミトリーということもあるので、まあしょうがないと思い、静まり返ったタイミングでまた眠りに入りましたが… 早朝6時頃に人が出入りする音で目が覚めました。 一部屋に2名ほどで入っているようで、ガサゴソと音がしておりどうやら男女で性行為をなさっていました。 非常に不衛生で気持ちが悪くなりました。 就寝に着くだけと思い格安で駅近な場所を選んで宿泊させていただきましたが、流石に民度が低すぎです。 何度か利用させていただいていますが、 男女共有、ドリトリーということで格安でご提供なさっているかと思いますが、流石に女性専用などスペースを作っていただくか、何か対策をなさっていただきたいです。 そういう行為をするなら専門のホテルに行ってほしいです。 ただもう利用することはないです。

設備も良く清潔感もあり、安い。

同じ日の宿泊者でドスドスと響く音を立てて歩く人がいて不快だった。 できれば乾燥機があれば最高だった。

Really beautifully arranged, and despite the small space, there are all the amenities you might need - kitchen, common area, toilets, showers, and laundry. The area around the hostel is very cool as well, even by local Tokyo standards (although it's not accessible on the regular subway system, so keep that in mind if you buy a metro pass). And I'm so appreciative that they allow pets in the private room!

Unfortunately, although the hostel is no smoking, the stairway up to it is not; I was woken up at 2am by the sounds of partying and the smell of cigarette smoke drifting in through the front door. They also need to be a little more fastidious with how they clean their showers, as there is some mildew forming on the upper walls near the door.

Good location in terms of closeness to station. Not good in terms of loudness. Staff upon arrival was so super lovely and kind.

This is probably the worst place I’ve stayed since living in Japan for 5 years. It was directly below a 24 hour VERY LOUD karaoke place. The room was moldy, dusty and tiny. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting- full of trash, mold (pink and black), hair etc. It was not comfortable at all, my friend and I slept maybe 3 hours due to the constant screaming and music upstairs and I cannot believe we paid 10,000¥ for a place like this. We were so tired the next day we couldn’t rven enjoy Shimokitazawa, we just wanted to go home. In all of my time in Japan I’ve never felt so passionately about how horrible a hotel/hostel is. It takes a lot for me to complain but I would never stay here again.

下北沢駅から近かったこと

カーテンで仕切られただけの作り付けの2段ベットが並んでいるような個室でした。男女一緒くたでした。

Absolutely nothing. Disgusting hostel.

Completely different from the images on the site. The building reeks and the stairs look like you will get hepatitis from touching anything. Cockroaches on the bed and walls in the private room. Bathrooms were suffocating and filthy. It’s by far the worst budget hostel I have ever stayed at in Japan. Literally a scam. Staff leaves the reception at 10 PM and they don’t take calls or reply to messages, even if it’s an emergency. Stayed out in the common room for most of the night, then left for another place as soon as the trains started running. I explained this situation to Booking.com and they tried their best to help me get a refund. But these people never replied to any of Booking.com’s emails/phone calls, so in the end I lost money without even using the nasty, cockroach infested room. They are also completely ignoring my messages since my stay. Be warned that this place is impossible to reach in case something happens. And there are much better hostels in Shibuya / surrounding areas. I chose this one for its location on the Keio-Inokashira line but it was a huge mistake. I’m tempted to go and give them a piece of my mind in person, but I don’t want to catch diseases in that ghastly building. Yuck. Never again.

Great location in Tokyo, but the property was also somewhat difficult to find. Saw staff briefly, they were very helpful.

The rooms are very small. Sleeping space is big and comfortable enough but there is no where to store your luggage in the individual rooms.

Amazing location, very nice beautiful neighborhood, shops and cafes all around. The hotel is 2 minutes away from the train station, but the noise does not reach the hotel, it is a very quiet area. I found the bed very comfortable, during my stay I could sleep very well and there was no noise from either outside or in the room itself. The design of the common area is beautiful!!! and it is also quite big.

The room itself was extremely small, there was barely any area to walk or store the luggage. The kitchen did not have many appliances, but was satisfactory. It felt like the hotel was understaffed.

Overall I had a good stay. The staff was very kind, and the common living room space is wonderful to meet new people. The premises are also quite clean, and I had a great time.

The rooms are extremely small, and there is not much space to put any of your luggage. With that being said, I didn't have too much problem with that, as I just left it in walkway within my room.

Location was great! Lots of cafes nearby and amazing shopping. Small room but was good for a night or two to enjoy the area.

The street was a little noisy through the night. It was a little hard to find from the street and had to walk up a lot of stairs to get there.

The location was amazing and it was so easy to find, just next to train station. I had no difficulties to get the location. It was so clean and definitely tidy. The staff was so helpful and instruct me very kindly and well established. The main common space is so tidy and well prepared. What I like the most is that toilet, there were 4 toilets and all so contemporary and nice ones. Bathroom was good and enough space compare to other hostels. The owner of the hostel is so helpful and so kind to all guests, make us feel like we are at home.

Best hostel in Tokyo!!!! It's in the best area, shops and food everywhere. You could spend a whole month in shimokitazawa and have an amazing time. The train is so close to this hostel it's unbelievably convenient. Laura the owner is so nice and accommodating. I will definitely be coming back in the future

Hostal did not have internet, for samsung phone is not connected and owner did not give the solution, just said "you should have iphone" .. please is about your wiffi and network set up issues... in all booking i connected without problem but here nothing.. so a tourist need 100% internet for everything... owner no polite!!!

Awesome facilities in one if the coolest locations in Tokyo. The staff are all super helpful too!! I stayed here twice and would stay here again :)

The staff were incredibly nice and kept the hotel very clean. The location was just down the street from the public trains so it was in a convenient location.

Extremely friendly company. Provided an opportunity to meet people from around the world.
