We absolutely loved the property. It was clean and looked just like the pictures. Kevin was great to communicate with and always responded quickly. The check in process was very simple. The condo was perfect for our large family. The pools and lazy river were great for the kids and adults as well. The community area was really enjoyable and not overly touristy. We had several great options for fresh seafood just minutes away. I would highly recommend this rental.

The condo was so spacious and inviting! We had 4 couples. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was priceless! The view of the ocean is stunning! We cooked several meals as the kitchen has everything you need. We would definitely stay here again. Kevin is quick at responding to any questions you have. Check out is super easy too!

Great time with 4 generations ages ranging from 81 to 1. The condo was the best. Great grands loved the balcony where they could feel the breeze and watch the action but stay out of the sun. Would stay again.

We stayed here with our family of 11 for our annual beach vacation. The property was huge and absolutely breathtaking. Loved the huge great room and wraparound balcony. Bedrooms, other than primary, were a little small but we didn’t spend much time there anyway. The kitchen was very well appointed, more so than any other property we’ve ever rented. Best condo we’ve ever rented in Orange Beach!

We had a great vacation. This is the second year we have stayed in this same condo. We love the extra large balcony and there is plenty of room for us all. The youngest ones love the water slide and have talked about it all year. The only disappointments were that the air conditioning was out for the first two days ( building wide) and one of the showers had a really bad mold problem. My daughter thought it was part of the design of the tile at first but then realized it was just really dirty. That was the first time this happened at this location. Overall it was still a wonderful vacation.

Safe, fun, friendly family atmosphere, the condo itself was beautiful and clean with a great ocean view. My family and I enjoyed every moment. We have no complaints

We decided to spend time together this year away from home after the holidays and we were so glad we did. The condo was a great unit to stay in. It was close to OWA (about 25 minutes) and we got an amazing view. The only hiccup we had was about the parking but we got it sorted thanks to the wonderful lady at the front desk. We would absolutely stay here again.

This condo has a great layout. The kids loved the bunk beds. It has a spacious living /dining/ kitchen area with lots of widows, seating, and a very large balcony. It is very well furnished and the tastefully decorated.

We had a great time! I have stayed at many condos in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. We all loved this one. It was perfect for my Sons and daughter in laws. And our 5 grand daughters. The furnishings were perfect for all 11 of us. The queen size bunk beds and trundle was a hit with the little girls. My son mentioned he really enjoyed this complex because it was not as crowded as some we have stayed in. I also liked that we were able to have 3 parking passes. We will stay here again!

The property was beautiful, specious and clean. It had something for everyone in our group to enjoy. The only downside were long lines and waits at the elevators at times.

We had a wide range of ages ranging from 18 months to 69 and many in between. We all enjoyed the property and there was something for everyone to have fun and relax.

Condo is located directly on the beach. It had an outdoor and indoor pool, which was great for our kids, including a lazy river and a slide. The kitchen was fully equipped with cooking utensils. very nice large table for big families who want to sit and eat together. It is close to everything in Orange Beach many restaurants, stores, gift shops. It’s a great location!

Condo was great and had plenty of space for our party. Views were beautiful from the deck. Check in process was a bit daunting, and we were surprised by the hefty fee for parking that wasn’t included in our stay. Front office had issues with the parking passes and had to issue us temporary passes multiple times, which means we had to make 3 separate trips to the front desk and out to our cars to switch out passes. While that was inconvenient, it doesn’t have anything to do with the owner, so overall it was a 5 star stay. The only complaint we had about the condo itself was that the ice maker/water dispenser in the fridge door didn’t work, and there was a separate ice maker at the bar that didn’t work either. Other than that, everything was great and we would definitely book the condo for a future stay.

This place was great. The huge balcony is definitely the selling point, though the rest of the unit was amazing as well. Nice large kitchen, plenty of beds and bathrooms, good view (no high rise unit next door, so you can see all the way down the beach), and just steps away from 2 indoor hot tubs, an indoor pool, and outdoor lazy river, outdoor pool, outdoor kiddy pool, and most importantly, the beach! Would stay again next time I'm traveling with a large group.

This property was perfect for our family.....us, kids and grandkids. Spacious living area, great kitchen, and the facility is first rate. The weather was quite cool so it was nice to have the indoor pool. We had a wonderful week and would definitely re-book this property. Thank you!

This property was awesome. The 16th floor balcony had the best views. This place was spacious enough for 11 of us to fit comfortably with room for a couple more.
There were some issues with the property, however. You had to wear shoes in the condo, otherwise your feet would turn black. Some of the lights in the showers didn't work. There were burn marks on the table on the balcony. The fridge door did not have blockers to keep the foods or drinks in the door. There was no real cleaning supplies...not even a cheapo swiffer sweeper. And, there was a strong smell of (substance people smoke) everywhere throughout the complex and on the beach. Someone even dropped a "smoking device" either from the story above us or below us, and it landed in the baby pool.
Other than the above, the property was great. The pools, water slide, and lazy river were a hit for the five who were 18 and under.

Loved the property. The condo was very spacious. Beds were comfortable. Some of the light bulbs were burn out and no vacuum that worked. Thought the rugs and carpets needed a good cleaning. Overall enjoyed our stay.

My overall experience was not short of amazing. The listing was very accurate. The location was not only beautiful but quiet and peaceful. The house was very clean and well kept. I truly enjoyed the patio listening to the white sounds of the beach. And the view was amazing from all angles.
