Loved at stay at Music Beach 2!

BM3 was the perfect place for our family of 9! Easy access to pool and beach. Great location! Realtor was wonderful to work with on a couple of issues we had. Only recommendation would be an elevator 😊

Property managers ensured we had a great experience. Kids loved the pool and adults loved the proximity to the beach. Could not have had a better experience. We will be back.

Everyone in our group of 11 enjoyed the time spent at Beach Music 2!

The location was great for running to the store. The pool was a big plus for the kids. The duplex was very spacious and the bedrooms were a good size. Our family had a great time! We are already booked again for next year!

We enjoyed staying at the Beach Music House. It could use some updates though. There were several broken cabinets and the shower on the main floor had a huge crack/ hole in the wall. The parking was a little awkward having to park 3 vehicles in very tiny spots. Overall it was decent for the price we paid.

This was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The house was perfect for our large group. The views of the beach were spectacular. We had a private walkway to the beach and a private pool for our swimming pleasure after being on the beach. We would stay here again without hesitation and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great getaway to the beach.

Everything was wonderful. Being steps away from the beach made for an easy time with small children. Great communication.

This house is even better in person; new paint, everything you need in kitchen, comfortable, beautiful view from the deck... We did not want to leave. The boardwalk to the beach was so convenient, and then your just a very short walk to the waves. The property manager was the best ive ever worked with; immediate replies and very flexible with times in and out of the house. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 3 kids. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful family vacation in Orange Beach. The house was great and spacious and on a beautiful stretch of the beach. Shared pool was very nice and never crowded. I would definitely recommend to anyone!

This house is well arranged but not well maintained. Ants in upstairs bedroom. Kitchen cabinets not finished with catches to keep shut. Some blinds did not work. Some TV’s did not work. Light over stove did not work. Just multiple maintenance issues ignored.

We stayed here for 4 night. The boardwalk to th beach is very good. Overall we really liked the place, but there were a few issues. 1. 2 of the 4 TVs were not working and they never got them to work 2. We had a swarm of termites one night 3. There were ants in the kitchen All that said, we had a great time and enjoyed the stay

This property was right on the beach and had a very nice pool. The house was beautiful and had plenty of room.

While the property could use a bit of care, which they were in the process of doing to the neighboring unit, the amenities and location were excellent!! Beautiful pool,awesome location along the white sands, spectacular views from the balcony, and plenty of beds for all!! Will book again for sure!!!

This property definitely needs some updates, and we had some noisy neighbors, but management was very nice and responded to us promptly.

If you’re looking for a house with easy beach access this is it. A short walk and you’re there! But as far as cleanliness and quality of the house- this one is a huge no!! Check in could have been easier. After contacting the manager about our arrival time- it was about an hour before we heard back, then she had us confused with another house and gave us the wrong code. The house is dated and in need of repair. what has been repaired is cobbled together in the cheapest manner possible. Found old dried food in the dishes. Only the most basic of kitchen supplies were available. There was black mold under the lid of the coffee pot. The bathroom downstairs had a broken commode, mold on the shower curtain and around the tub. The shower wall had a huge crack down the wall and was screwed back in place. The tub would drain so slowly that it would be half full of water by the time you done taking a shower. Imagine a truck stop bathroom- that’s what it felt like. The mattresses were so cheap and creaked so loud with every turn. Very embarrassing for us to have even invited family along just to stay in a place like this. Only one trash bag and one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. We contacted the manager about the coffee pot and dishes. they brought us another pot and apologized about the dishes. The coffee maker they brought smelled like they had poured straight 409 cleaner in the water reservoir. Just a disappointment!! Considering all the issues- we definitely won’t be using this company next year, But if you literally plan on spending all your time on the beach, it’s a great place.

We truly enjoyed our time at this property. The location of pool and beach were ideal for our kids, ages 5-10. I would call this a true beach house, it may not be top level modern and brand new but it was perfect for us. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals at home, house had ample space to spread out and have privacy between families, and I cannot say enough about the location. Close to restaurants and shopping. Owners were fast with responses and check in was a breeze. I would definitely stay here again, no one wanted to leave.

If you are looking for a great location on the beach, this house has that, but not much else. The property is in need of updating and is poorly constructed as you can hear every footstep from the connected unit. There are NO amenities - no beach towels, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom for the entire week, and very minimal kitchen supplies. This may not be a big deal for those who drive to Orange Beach, but for those of us who fly in, we had to buy everything (salt, pepper, condiments, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, beach towels). Big groups tend to rent these units so it can be very loud if you are looking for rest and relaxation. The location on the beach is perfect, but everything else is average at best.

We really enjoyed the cleanliness and location of this property. It’s right on the beach and away from the crowds. Our building number was not included on our listing so we were unsure of where to check-in when we arrived. Would not have been a huge deal for most, but was an inconvenience for us since we have a 3 year old and just finished up a 9 hour drive. We also could have done without the workers loud music and noise repairing a building right next to ours. Because of that, we were not able to enjoy our beautiful patio and the pool as much as we would have liked to. Overall, we had a nice time.

The condo was clean. The furniture was OK. The cable was out the whole time we were there. We also had trouble with the front door lock. Sometimes the code worked and sometimes it didn’t. We just left a patio door unlocked. We will stay here again because of the location.

This is a great house to stay in as a perfect medium between relaxing beach/pool access and distance to Gulf Shores & Pensacola.

I had several conversations with the management team about the problems we had with the door. If you locked it, the code given would not unlock it. So all weekend we had to leave the house unlocked if we went out. Not very safe. But overall, we had a great stay.

I want to thank Ben & Ian for hosting us. The experience exceeded our expectations. They were friendly and available. The premise was family friendly, comfy cozy. The distance to the beach and pool was “perfect” Funny story. Grandchild was not familiar with shared deck experience and when other guests arrived the next day at “their” condo she asked “who are those people here at our house?”
