2800 piedi quadrati di lusso sulla spiaggia, in realtà si tratta di due condomini che sono stati trasformati in uno, quindi hai l'intero fronte del settimo piano tutto per te. Meglio di tutto? È proprio sulla spiaggia! Questa è una camera con quattro camere da letto, tre bagni completi, 2800 piedi quadrati, con incredibili viste sull'acqua da ogni stanza. Si trova direttamente sulla spiaggia di Pensacola. Situato a Regency Towers verso Portofino, ha una bellissima piscina grande e accesso alla spiaggia privata. Le caratteristiche includono un doppio balcone fronte mare, lungo circa 40 piedi, due master suite ognuna con bagno privato, una camera per gli ospiti con due letti queen size, una seconda camera per gli ospiti con un letto queen size, un divano letto queen size estraibile con spessore 5 "aggiornato materasso in schiuma gel, lavanderia separata con lavatrice e asciugatrice full size, due frigoriferi full size nell'unità, cucina completamente attrezzata, zona pranzo separata con posti a sedere per 8, soggiorno estremamente ampio con HDTV da 50 "e due tavoli da gioco per 4 persone, bluetooth altoparlante impermeabile per la spiaggia, doccia multi soffione e vasca idromassaggio in master, teli mare, sedie, ombrellone, skim board e grande dispositivo di raffreddamento fornito. Forniamo set di avvio di sacchetti per la spazzatura 1-2, carta igienica 1-2, asciugamani di carta 1, biancheria 1 e cialde 1. Quindi non devi correre subito al negozio !!

This place fit our family wonderfully! We had extended family that flew in and stayed elsewhere, but we had our beach time and meals together and two tables, two refrigerators, made this so much easier! The hosts were amazing, there were some slight cleanliness issues that they resolved quickly and really didn’t affect our stay. We had an amazing time and look forward to next year!

Omg!⭐️💫Where do I start with this double condo! It is spacious with enough room for a large family! Beach access and pool on point! It’s close enough to get to everything. Far away enough to get away from the crowd. Enjoyed the establishment from walking in to leaving out! Hates to leave!!🥰Thanks to the owners for a safe andgrear place to stay!!

We absolutely loved the views in this condo! The place was very clean and extremely nice! Loved having easy access to the beach with the added benefit of the pool. Michael was very easy to work with and very accommodating! Definitely would stay here again!!

Went on a beach trip with 3 moms and 7 girls to celebrate my daughter’s 17th birthday. This condo was huge! It was in a perfect location. It was just steps away from the beach. We had a great view of the beach on a huge balcony. The owners were always quick to respond whenever we had a question. Great trip! Thank you for your hospitality!

I’m not sure where to start! This property was gorgeous! A beautiful view from every room! To be honest, the online pictures don’t do this property justice! Plenty stocked with kitchen stuff, towels, beach toys, chairs, etc.. Parking was so easy, with parking spots right in front of the building. Easy access to the pool and beach. We saw dolphins every single day (sometimes, multiple times). The water was so, so blue. The sand soft and white. Plenty of seashells lining the beaches. Our teenagers never ran short of things to do, and LOVED playing in the big waves! Restaurants and shopping within minutes of our condo. The managers were quick to answer any questions we had along the way. We would 100% recommend this condo and hope to stay again in the future. Thank you for a great vacation!

Beautifully renovated condo! We had 5 adults + 2 kids (ages 3+4) and had plenty of space to accommodate us all very comfortably. Loved the big kitchen + 2 balconies. It was awesome to have access to chairs + beach toys galore!
Michael could not have been more helpful- very accessible, friendly + welcoming. The additional touches he + his wife included during their renovation with guests in mind were greatly appreciated.
We would absolutely stay in this condo or any others of these owners without hesitation.

We loved this condo. The sleeping arrangements were many and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and the table seating for 12 was amazing. Met and exceeded all expectations.

This condo was perfect for our family group. The extra large living & dining definitely made a big difference on those rainy days. Lots of amenities inside the condo. Already booked again for next year. Owners are great with communication. Unless things changed, the beach chair service offered by Lazy Days is not worth the price (this is nothing to do with the owners, just a bit of extra info).

We love that the condo was so close to the beach and we were able to set up our tent and chairs right next to beach. The condo was a perfect size for our family with a well stocked kitchen. We loved it and have already booked it for next year.

The condo was clean, spacious, and perfectly located. Right on the beach with an awesome view. All of the rooms are updated, and there are two large refrigerators in the kitchen, which was so helpful.
Meeting and communicating with the owners was a pleasure.

Location was perfect. Just outside of town so the beach was not packed. Property was exactly as described. Only issue was the sand on the floor when we moved in - but then again how do you keep it all out if your enjoying the beach:) Having a vacuum available would be my only suggestion. I would definitely recommend this property.

This was our 3rd time visiting, still beautiful views and easy access to some great restaurants. Exterior renovations going on so a little noisy but still had a wonderful time. Although our son is being transferred to Virginia we all agreed we would like to come back again sometime.

We rented this property for my daughter wedding and it couldn’t have been better. The property was perfect for our large party and was located so close to the venue. If I ever need a rental in Pensacola again I will definitely look to see if this property is available!!!

Very convenient to everything, right on the beach, quiet, safe and had plenty of room for all 12 of us. Plenty of bathrooms. I would definitely stay here again. Owners were great and answered questions within a couple of minutes usually.

This property is a hidden gem! We absolutely loved the whole condo and will definitely return. We also loved the short walk down to the beach and pool. Pensacola is a favorite of ours, and this condo is our new favorite!

The place was exactly as described. Great view. Plenty of room for the whole family. The large dining room table and 2 refrigerators were a big plus. There was a little construction going on in our building, but didn't effect us in any way. Not within walking distance of any restaurants, but a very short drive. Beach wasn't crowded at the time we was there.

Beautiful condo and an amazing veiw
This condo was perfect and we were able to get in the room early!! We had 2 families, 10 of us total, and we had more than enough room to move around, sit & relax and of course run around and play. The 2 separate balconies were perfect for morning quiet time. The storage closet on the balcony was full of chairs, umbrellas & beach toys. The elevators were never busy, the pool was never crowded, and access to the beach was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this condo to family and friends. Thank you for a fabulous stay!

Great 4th of July week at Pensacola Beach
The suite was wonderful! The beds could be somewhat more comfortable and there was condensation in one of the bathrooms on the upper vent. Overall, it was a great place. Very open space in regards to the kitchen, dining area and family room.. nice views from all the balconies. We would stay here again.

Fabulous Condo!
We loved our time in Pensacola and especially this property. The condo is well furnished and very comfortable. Having two refrigerators was great! The owners were very attentive and responded quickly when needed. We will definitely rent this property again!
