We have stayed at the Royal Mauian many times and find the location, pool, BBQ all great. This condo has spectacular views of the sunsets and was very comfortable and well stocked.

We loved so much about this rental unit. The pictures of the property are spot on. You can hear the waves as you lie in bed and you can see the ocean from the living room and even the kitchen. Perfect place for a family vacation!

I honestly can’t say enough good things about this condo. The place is exactly as described, very clean, and has everything you will need. We enjoyed falling asleep to the ocean waves every night. In fact, I’ve never slept better. It’s walking distance to many restaurants as well as coffee shops. We are already looking forward to planning another trip and staying there again.

This is the third year my Mom and I have spent a week at the Royal Mauain during winter. The location of the property is perfection...right on the water, easy access to both Kamaole 1 and 2, and whale and honu watching from the lanai. This unit is very well decorated, and the kitchen nicely stocked with all the gadgets you may need.
The guest bedroom left a bit to be desired, and I opted to sleep most nights on the couch (thankfully I am on smaller side, couch does not open into a bed). Strange noise (pipes?) in guest bedroom every couple or minutes was so distracting. Neither closet has much space for guest's clothing, and guest closet doors are lying on carpet; not easy at all to open/closed door. It would be great to relocate huge vacuum out of that space. Dresser upon arrival had not been cleaned...lots of finger/handprints on glass.
We will be back to RM for sure, not sure if we will return to this unit.

Can't wait to go back! Condo 610 was the perfect location in Kihei, safe and quiet area and walk across street to shopping and grocery. Unit had beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, and full kitchen. Complex is steps to the beach, great lawn and pool, and the roof top with grilling areas was perfect for a night in. The best was waking up in the morning to have a coffee on lanai to whale watch and then end the day with the sunset in front of you.

Perfect location for a 2 BR condo on Maui. Unparalleled views from porch and MBR window. Walking distance to plenty of small food places, Auntie’s snorkel rental, and ABC market for the items you forgot. Very easy 30 minutes drive to airport. Much easier to do day trips from this location than the resorts on northwest coastline.Very clean unit w/updated fully stocked kitchen, including a few spices.Each bedroom has a king and were very comfortable. Not much storage in the MBR, one hanging rod with plenty of hangers, but no drawers or dressers other than the nightstands. We had to get creative for storing clothing they couldn’t hang. This drawback would not keep us from renting again, just a good heads up going in.The condo is situated in between 2 beaches and within walking distance to many be try good food spots, and is across the street from Auntie’s Snorkel rental and an ABC market for everything you could need they you forgot to bring.Everyone at Rentals Maui was super friendly and helpful.

Had a great time staying here! The place was well kept and had amazing views of the sunrise and sunset right from our room/balcony. Close to several beaches and restaurants so extremely convenient to walk or a short ride to just about anything in Kihei. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

We had a fabulous vacation and loved our stay in 610. The accommodations were wonderful, access to the beaches, restaurants, food all in walking distance. Check in and check out were easy and painless as was parking our vehicle in the parking lot. The location was central and we easily maneuvered around the island. We would absolutely book this room again. Thank you very much for hosting such an exceptional condo.

We really enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable beds, awesome view, right on beach and close to numerous restaurants and shops. Parking was convenient and communication with management company was top notch and prompt. We did have a minor issue with a piece of glass missing on one of the windows when we checked in. Management company gave us the option to get it fixed during our stay or wait until we leave. Didn’t bother us, so we left that to their discretion.

We chose this unit because of the view and close location to the beach and pool (both of which were important to us with two young kids)
The unit was clean and well equipped and we very much appreciated having the air conditioner.
I think you probably pay more to be right on the water in Kihei but it was very much worth it for those sunsets and getting to watch the sea turtles while the two kids napped.
We loved how close we were to groceries and restaurants and rental shops. We really didn’t need our rental car because of how central the condo is.
We also very much appreciated the communication from the host. We knew exactly what to expect before we even got there and the instructions were clear.
We would absolutely stay here again

The other reviews didn't lie! This condo was perfect for our two adults and two teens. Walking distance, like across the street, to food places, shops, equipment rentals. Steps to beaches. Adjacent beaches for snorkeling and swimming with turtles is right outside your condo to the right or left at Kamaole Beach I or II. Great boogie boarding is at kamaole Beach III one beach south. Great service from rental company. Can see turtles in the water near the rocks below/from the lanai. And, oh ya, the VIEW! It was our first Maui trip and we nailed it by choosing this place.

Lovely condo! Very clean and organized meaning drawers and cabinets in order. My brain likes organization. Nicely furnished and the pictures on the wall were very Hawaiian. Especially liked the islands map. The view was amazing. Didn’t miss one sunset. Many nearby restaurants. .Cinnamon Roll Place across the street is the best. Mama’s Fish House excellent food and service. Plan to come back to this condo next year.

Gorgeous views, very clean, comfortable beds, and well-maintained. We really appreciated the extras like nice towels, beach chairs, and kid's life jackets. The location was excellent- close to amazing beaches, shopping, and food. We would stay there again.

This was our 3rd stay at the Royal Mauian property as it is simply that great! The location can’t be beat and the building offers great amenities, most notably the rooftop area. This trip we rented unit 610 which was clean, well appointed, cool (A/C), and perhaps most importantly of all, offered exceptional views. Thank you to the hosts and would recommend to anyone looking for the quintessential Maui experience.

This unit was great. We have said at Royal Mauian multiple times and it has great views and in nicely located between Kam 1 and 2. Sunsets are spectacular if Mother nature is cooperating. As per someone else's review the knives are super sharp which we appreciated, except for a finger knick;) Well stocked. Had 4 Tommy Bamaha chairs which we believe is must. Not a big deal but it could use a boogey board/ and a couple sand buckets/toys for the kids.King in master was firm.
