We love Splash. We have stayed several times and plan on staying again. The only things we wish were better is the elevators and a ramp instead of steps to the beach. The lady at the check in is also so friendly and Micheal at the chair rental is the best.

SITE IS OVERCROWDED AND ONLY 2 ELEVATORS FOR WHOLE BUILDING. LEFT AND WENT TO ANOTHER CONDO. WAITING HOURS ON ELEVATORS.

We stayed in 401west had a great time, our granddaughters loved the kids play area, Jen was wonderful to speak with, we had a few issues with the TV, but other than that had a great Vacation and will definitely come back again..loved it..

Great room, pools and wading pool for kids are awesome. Food at pool and in hotel was great! We f you have kids this is the place to stay. It was booked but seem to always have room in the pool and access to amenities.

If you are looking for the perfect place to go with kids this is it! The condo was just as advertised! Spacious with plenty of dishes, pans, towels etc. perfect location on the beach. Pools both shaded and full sun. Property manager very responsive and check in check out Wasa breeze. If there was any complaint, the property could use more elevators but this is the 4th floor so stairs weren’t a bad option! If we travel with family to PCB in the future would definitely stay here again!

The condo was well stocked with kitchen supplies. The layout of the condo was perfect for our family. Very appreciative of the quick reply from Jen the host of any questions we had. The condo had several items for use that you don’t have in many condos.
The only downside we had for the Splash resort in general was the elevators very slow, hard to find luggage carts on check in and checkout, and the need for a ramp to access the beach.

We had 5 adults & 5 kids & loved this condo. Plenty of room & all 3 balconies had an ocean view. Kids loved it as there was a variety of pools for them to choose from when they weren’t swimming in the ocean. Property owner was super nice and very helpful. Would highly recommend!

We had a great time. Really was thankful for the bedroom with the kitchenette. It was perfect for the couple with the newborn. It was completely quiet for baby and convenient for late night feedings.

This condo is an excellent choice for family and young children. The splash pad was nice and clean. The room was also very nice with all the cookware you need to prepare your own meals. I highly recommend this condo.

We really enjoyed the stay. The property was very relaxing and the beach chairs that were included was a very nice plus! The kiddos loved the splash pad they played their hearts out. The rooms were spacious and the view was fantastic! We will definitely look at renting this property again…. Thank you Jen for the great vacation place !!!!

We enjoyed our stay at Splash 401W. Our grandkids loved the water slides and splash pads. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had.

The property was very clean, spacious and comfortable. My wife, children and my grandson all stayed comfortable in the property.

Excellent rental
We had a wonderful stay in this beachfront condo. The unit was clean and exactly as described in the listing. The only negative issue was the elevators for the condo were very busy and slow. Since this unit is on the 4th floor, we were able to use the stairs at times. Would recommend and would stay here again!

The condo was everything described and more. Beds were comfy, a/c was primo (my hubby's request) We took our 80 y/o mom she had a blast. would definitely recommend 401W to anyone. Next summer can't come fast enough!

The condo was very spacious and fit our family’s needs. We have a large family to accommodate and everyone felt like they had their own “space.” The rooms were very clean and had everything we needed for our week stay. We had a great vacation!

Family Fall break getaway
Could not have asked for a better place to stay. Condo was amazing. Plenty of room for my entire family. Something for all ages to enjoy. Lots of little extras were included in the condo. Beach toys and cart, extra beach towels, games to play and movies to watch. We had so much fun between the beach and all the pool choices. We will for sure be back. We were all sad to have to leave our home away from home.

Management is phenomenal!
We were in the condo when the tornado it last weekend. Management was in Immediate contact with me and kept me updated at all times about power and water. While the weather was crummy the condo was perfect and so was management. Thank you so much we will definitely be back in the future and hopefully have better weather, got to love Mother Nature 🌪

We booked for a short 3 day trip. Everything was great. The condo was very nice and spacious. Kids loved the pools and splash pad. Would definitely recommend!!

Fantastic condo!
This was our fourth year staying at Splash, and our second year staying in 401W. Everything was great. The condo was clean and well stocked. Jen was easy to communicate with, and she responded promptly to all questions. We will be staying here with our large family again for sure!

Baby's First Beach Trip
We really enjoyed our stay. The resort is perfect for small kids. Heard elevators were really slow but this was really only on check in and check out days. As far as condo, Jen was seamless in communication. Condo could have been a little cleaner and no storage space for food at all. We still gave it an overall 5.

Great week
The 401W property space was perfect for our family. We will be back next year. We have stayed at SPLASH for many years on the 1st floor, and this was our first time on a higher floor. The elevator waits were not too bad and did not discourage us from staying here again. The condo was beautifully decorated and everything worked as it should. The reservation process was easy and stress-free. The owners were very nice to work with. We love SPLASH for the children. It is really nice to have a covered swim area so they didnt have to be in the sun too long. Although we brought our own samd toys and beach toys, they had a wide assortment in the closet that could be used. They had a beach umbrella and a beach cart too. We didn't use them but I think it is great to have them available for those that want to use them. The condo kitchen was well equipped with the exception of pots. To offer a suggestion, I would suggest a few more pots. There are only 2 in the condo. However, compared to other condos I have stayed in , this one was one of the better with all the other kitchen supplies. The bar/ grill has really good food and they were fast and courteous.

Amazing unit!
This unit was much more than we expected! We had so much fun enjoying the unit, beach, and pools; it was more than we ever hoped for. There were sand toys, beach chairs, boogie boards, pool noodles, and a beach cart in the unit for use. The location and views were priceless. The only downside were the elevators were extremely slow and busy 90% of the time, but we were only on the 4th floor (which is actually the 6th floor), so we used the stairs alot. There was so much space in the unit we all could relax and not have to be sandwiched on top of one-another. We had 3 separate balconies as well as 3 large bedrooms, and 3 baths. We will definitely stay here the next time we come to Panama City Beach!!

Annual Family Vacation 2019
This is our 3rd year staying in this condo. We love working with the owner. Jen is great to work work with and very accomodating. We did have a small issue concerning the cleanliness of the condo. The floors needed to be mopped better. I spoke with the owner who very very apologetic and she said the condo had been vacant a couple of weeks and offered to have the housekeeper come in and freshen the condo up for us. I did tell her that it would be okay since we were already unpacked and moved in for the week. I do recommend this condo and the owner. We will rent from Jen again!
