Spaziosa casa unifamiliare a due piani a est di Dune Drive, situata a pochi passi dal centro della città ea un isolato e mezzo da una delle migliori spiagge della città. Sarai in un paradiso divertente nel tuo lussuoso centro benessere / piscina rialzato privato con pareti in pietra, illuminazione e 3 cascate tra cui una cascata di 6 piedi dalla spa alla piscina. Il layout a testa in giù è perfetto per intrattenere, con una cucina spaziosa e a volta, un soggiorno e una sala da pranzo. Questa grande area della stanza è luminosa e aperta con grandi finestre in più direzioni. La cucina dispone di armadi in legno, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e una grande isola centrale. Il soggiorno ha molti posti a sedere per tutta la famiglia, dispone di una TV a schermo piatto sopra un camino incorporato personalizzato e offre l'accesso alla porta scorrevole a un grande ponte anteriore che è il luogo perfetto per guardare il sole che cade. Nella parte posteriore del secondo piano è una stanza di polvere e una grande camera da letto matrimoniale con un letto matrimoniale e un bagno privato. Il primo piano ha tre ampie camere da letto; una con un letto matrimoniale, una con un letto matrimoniale e una terza camera da letto con letti a castello. Una di queste camere è dotata di bagno privato, mentre le altre due condividono un ampio bagno. La lavanderia è al primo piano. We always gather as a family to celebrate the life of our daughter/sister who hopped ahead to Heaven 8 years ago. Everything is walkable so we spent that special day at the Avalon Beach Service. What a beautiful way to start the day! Even my 90 year Mom shared the service in a wheelchair on the boardwalk. We made the best of every day even dealing with Hurricane Debby a few of the days. Our grandchildren especially loved the pool & heated spa, swimming every day. We even attended a concert at the Avalon Community Center.

This house was perfect for us 6 adults. We loved being in close walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. The beach was never crowded. The house was big enough to have some space to ourselves. My favorite spot was the front porch. It was great to end a day at the beach in the hot tub. Eric quickly responded to any questions we had. We had a great week in our favorite beach town.

Property was above expectations, clean , spacious and beautiful. Eric was the best, was in contact throughout the whole process and was so helpful . He made us truelky feel that it was his own home!

Of course I had scoured VRBO to find the perfect place for us… Six adults and three children eight and under. Upon our arrival all were in awe of the place I had chosen. Clean, bright and airy, fully equipped, wonderful pool, and spa. Close to the beach with Eric offering beach chairs, an umbrella and toys for the kids. Sure made life easy for me! Our family had a wonderful time being together. Delicious hoagies across the street and putt putt down the road. I would highly recommend this VRBO.

We had a great stay! The house was lovely, beautifully decorated and furnished, and plenty of room. Traveling with young kids, the location was absolutely perfect, walking distance to beach, playgrounds, ice cream, dining, and more. Eric was very responsive and helpful and we really felt like this was our “vacation home” not just a place to stay. Would definitely stay here again. Our favorite part was the hot tub, where we couldn’t wait to relax after the kids went to sleep.

Extremely clean and well maintained house near beach and center of town. Very relaxing as we rarely got in the car as everything was so close by. The house was exactly as advertised, and Eric went above and beyond to make sure our stay was just right. We wouldn't hesitate to book Eric's place again.

We just returned from our second stay in this Avalon house and our experience couldn’t have been better. The house is in the perfect location (close to beach and downtown), has an amazing pool/spa, is well stocked and super clean. The owner is very responsive abs was a pleasure to work with.

This was our first family vacation with two families. The house was perfect and as advertised. Location is great for really easy walks to shops (bagels, donuts, ice cream, deli) and short distance to the beach. We did well with children ranging 3 to 7. We spent most days at the beach and finished the day with the pool. House was well appointed. Eric was very helpful and available if needed. Would stay again!

We had another amazing stay at this property! Eric is a fantastic host and was very responsive to our questions. The house is beautiful and in the perfect location for beach and shopping too. My family especially enjoyed the pool in the afternoons. 100% recommend for a fun beach vacation!

My sisters and I have been traveling to Avalon for many many Memorial Day Weekends. We had fallen off this tradition when we started having families. This year we made our grand return with all of our little girls and had THE BEST time. The location was so convenient to ice cream shops, shopping, mini golf, BEACH, and of course our favorite Uncle Bills Pancake House! We made so many new fun memories in this beautiful home and the host Eric was so lovely and responsive. We took the kids to the zoo per his recommendation (only about 10mins away!) and they loved it! An all star vacation we won’t forget!!!

We had a wonderful get away with our kids at this beautiful home. Gorgeous pool, fully stocked kitchen, incredibly comfortable couches and beds, this house is a gem. Steps away from town, beach, sunset and all the fun of Avalon. Eric was a fabulous host, very attentive and so welcoming. Highly recommend!!

Had everything our family needed but this rental property has some maintenance issues. Kitchen appliance, gas grill on deck need repaired. I was charged to replace an outside storage bin that was obviously in need of repair when we arrived.

My sister, brother-in-law amd nephews (7, 10) and my family (5 yr and 9 kids) stayed for the week while my teenage niece and her friend came for a night and later my parents stayed for a couple nights. The house was very well maintained, decorated with a fun beach vibe and well stocked. The pool and hot tub were so much fun and the outdoor shower made it easy to get the sand off before heading inside or to swim. There were plenty of beach chairs amd the umbrella came in handy. The location was iseal - two blocks to the beach and easy access to the five and dime (the kids were obsessed) - Otto restaurant and duck donuts and bills pancake house across the street was so convenient. The owner checked in with us mid stay amd has been nothing but helpful and a gracious host. This was an excellent multi-generational beach week! Highly recommend!

Great home and the location was perfect! Close to the beach and nearby restaurants, bars, ice cream and mini golf (all walkable). The pool and hot tub were fantastic and a nice way to spend our afternoons after the beach. The host, Eric, was an absolute pleasure to deal with and very responsive. 100% recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay 3229 Dune Drive! The location was only steps away from the town of Avalon and a short walk to the beach. The host, Eric could not have been nicer or more helpful. He responded to all inquiries promptly. The house had everything we needed. We had a blast in the pool and hot tub. My son loved walking over to the Arcade. We highly recommend this beautiful home!

Our week at this lovely property was relaxing and restorative on every level. The house was super clean, and the decor was both soothing and uplifting, so it was easy to instantly leave our cares behind and settle in. I can’t say enough about what an exquisite luxury it was to have a pool and a hot tub in the yard; we enjoyed both immensely, day and night. The location is superb as it is in walking distance to the beach, local restaurants and shops, and it is only a short drive from there to other lovely sights and experiences in the area. The property owner was extremely responsive to any questions we had. We left feeling deeply refreshed and restored. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our time at this property. Very close to town. Lot’s of walkable shops and also very close to the beach. Their beach access is on the other side of the pier which is great and much less crowded. Would rent again!

Beautiful home and weather all week however we would have liked to know about the beach closure on our street due to bulldozers and dump trucks hauling sand. We had to trek back to the house to drive to a beach several blocks away in order to avoid the noise of the trucks that drive back n forth all day like a highway on the beach!

Our family just returned from celebrating Thanksgiving in Avalon, we were 7 in total. I will start by saying I have been using VRBO for 2 decades, I have stayed in many properties and dealt with just as many hosts. That being said here is my review…….. This particular property is absolutely PERFECT, we wanted for nothing. The space, location, decor and amenities were all a 10+++. From the moment I inquired about this property Eric our host answered me immediately and followed through with any other questions I had from start to finish in the exact same fashion. The house is completely “turn key” the whole process was as smooth and easy as it gets. In all of the years I have been using VRBO Eric is an absolute stand out as a host because of how professional and attentive he was to me and my family, he is a COMPLETE gentleman and a fabulous host! We look forward to returning to this beautiful property for more family fun and everlasting memories!

Owner responded quickly to questions. Self check-in process was smooth and easy. House was beautiful and plenty of space for our group of 7 adults. Central AC and all the ceiling fans were great to have on the hot days. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and equipment for making meals. Make sure to bring your own bed linens and towels though. The heated pool and hot tub were amazing and great amenities we took advantage of for sure. Parking for 3 cars in driveway plus plenty of street parking available. Convenient location to restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream shops, the beach, and the boardwalk. I would stay here again for sure. My friends and family really enjoyed the house.
