Beautiful two story bay view condo located in the heart of Avalon!
Un nuovo proprietario ha reso questo ben curato condominio appena un po 'meglio, mettendo una mano di vernice fresca in tutta la casa, nuova moquette in al piano di sopra e l'acquisto di nuovi letti e biancheria da letto per rendere il soggiorno il più piacevole possibile. Come si entra nel condominio, si noterà una spaziosa sala grande con pavimento in hardware, un grande schermo piatto e camino a gas. Una spaziosa cucina è accanto alla sala grande con spazio sufficiente per preparare i pasti in famiglia o appendere fuori se si è intrattenere !. Il sole pieno sala da pranzo si apre ad una vista ponte baia che è perfetto per rilassarsi con il vostro libro preferito o gustare un drink e guardare il tramonto! Il secondo piano dispone di 3 camere da letto belle dimensioni. Due delle camere condividono un bagno sala e la camera da letto ha il proprio bagno con un solarium! Ogni ospite viene assegnato 2 posti auto in modo da poter parcheggiare l'auto e raggiungere a piedi ristoranti, negozi e le vostre pozze d'acqua preferiti! Questo condominio è pronto per il vostro divertimento! Saluti!

Our family stayed here for 3 weeks. The condo was bright, cozy, and located in the heart of Avalon. Ashley was an exceptional host and readily available to answer any questions. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the beds were comfortable. Its central location is walkable to the beach, restaurants, and boutiques. The photos on VRBO accurately reflect the condition of the condo. We will be back!

Absolutely perfect for what we needed. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Unit has everything you could possibly need and is beautifully decorated and location to town can’t be beat. Host is helpful and more than accommodating. Can’t wait to come back and stay again.

We had so much fun and this beautiful condo. The location was amazing and the condo was stocked with many, many amenities making the stay very comfortable. Check-in was easy and Ashley was very responsive during our visit. We will come back to stay again!

We had a great weeklong stay. The rental was even better than in the pictures- the owners did a great job decorating! It was immaculate when we arrived. Plenty of space for our family of four. Well appointed with extras. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The condo is clean and very spacious and the location is fantastic. We barely used our car and could walk to the beach as well as lots of restaurants and shops. Ashley was very easy to communicate with and super helpful. Will definitely return for another visit in the future.

We had a great trip with our family (my husband and I and our two kids ages 5 and 3). The property was perfect for us - walking distance to restaurants and ice cream, short walk to the beach and overall had all the conveniences we needed as a fam of 4. Would definitely recommend for families with young kids! Thanks again for a great week Ashley!

Location is great. No need to drive so much is available within walking distance. The property is beautifully decorated and well maintained. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Enjoyed our month in Avalon!!!

Another great stay at this lovely property. Enjoyed hosting dinner for 8 with plenty of seating for all. Played games in the living room on those rainy beach days. Close to shops and restaurants and morning walks to the beach. Thanks for sharing your home!

We have been coming for father day fo last couple of years. Great two level condo with plenty of space for myself of my four adult boy children. Great location and a more sort of urban setting in Avalon if you want to call it that and near to all the fun things that town has to offer. Property owner manager is wonderful and the apartment is all updated and extremely comfortable and well equipped. I don’t want to sell it too much because we want to be able to come back next year lol. You can’t go wrong with this set up except if you’re old and can’t handle walking up a lot of stairs. 😂

The condo is beautifully renovated with an extra spacious kitchen/dining/living space. An immediate and very pleasing beach vibe is felt throughout the house. Great views and easy access to bars restaurants and shops. Location can be loud on weekends. Great stay!

The condo was meticulously kept, very stylishly decorated and in a great location packed with many places to eat and drink with friends or family. Ashley, the host, was prompt with replies, helpful in regards to suggesting places to visit while in the area and very accommodating to our small group. The beds are SUPER COMFORTABLE! Already planning to rent this next summer!

This property was absolutely perfect and beautiful. The main living area with the kitchen/dining/living room was amazing because it was one big open space which I loved. We stayed here because we were down for a wedding in October and it was the perfect space for us. I actually wish we had more time to spend at the house because it was so nice but we were busy with the wedding festivities. But for us, it was the perfect location because it was so close to the church, the rehearsal dinner and the after party for the wedding (at the Princeton, which was right down the street!) We could walk everywhere. Ashley was a great host, very easy to get in contact with! Oh and the beds were SO comfortable!!!

LOVED the condo. Really nice space. Top notch furnishings. Showers had good water pressure and mattresses and linens were super comfy. Location - perfect ! Owner - very nice and available.

Absolutely loved everything about our stay at Ashley‘s condo. This was our second time there. It is in the perfect location only a few short blocks from the beach and restaurants and shops. It’s very spacious and completely newly renovated and gorgeous! Will definitely stay again!

Ashley answered any questions that I had immediately by text. Neat and clean, updated. Full kitchen that had all the necessities. Great location. Bakery/coffee on first floor (limited hours). Coffee, take out breakfast/lunch, ice cream and other restaurants, entertainment, shops all in walking distance. Would have liked to have a brief print out on house rules, favorite local restaurants. Ample parking! Beach chairs are available to use. Trash and recycling receptacles. Must bring/rent sheets and towels FYI. Would rent again in the future!!

My parents, husband and I rented this beautiful vacation home for a week and had the best time! The decor and home are beautiful, very clean and provide everything we needed for the week, including kitchen ware, blankets, games, paper plates and cleaning products. You cannot beat the location, we loved being able to walk to bars, restaurants and all the shops! Can’t wait to come back next year 😊

Booking and staying in this rental was hands down the best (and easiest) experience I've had when booking a vacation. The owner was beyond accommodating and flexible, a true pleasure to rent from! I only wish all owner/renters were as attentive and helpful as she was. If you are trying to find a great booking in Avalon, save yourself the trouble of looking around and rent this condo. There are so many stylish and comforting touches, to go into detail would drag this post on and on. It is even more lovely in person than what the pictures online convey. The multiple balconies, all with accompanying furniture, were an extra special feature that we enjoyed very much. All in all, I can't recommend this booking enough! The owners are top notch to work with and you'll be hard pressed to find a more stylish and well decorated and arranged home.

I have never stayed at a shore house that was so well supplied. It had everything possible needed. The kitchen was bright and spacious and everything was professionally decorated. It was better than the pictures portrayed. I would totally recommend this to anyone looking for an immaculate and decorated shore rental. Great location!

I stayed for the Easter weekend with my two daughters. We had a blast. Even before arriving, the process was so easy and working with the owner was joyful. She is responsive, caring and flexible. The place could be in a magazine because it is so well coordinated and decorated. The location is fantastic - walk to everything. We will definitely stay again.
