Ben arredato 4 camere da letto, 2 bagno completo residenza cittadina a soli tre isolati dalla spiaggia e ad un isolato da tennis, basket e un parco giochi. La casa si trova vicino al West End di 40th Street, vicino 4th Avenue.
Il primo piano ha tre camere da letto (una con un letto matrimoniale, una con 2 letti singoli, una con 2 letti queen size) e 1 bagno completo con vasca. Il secondo piano ha la camera matrimoniale (letto matrimoniale), 1 bagno completo con doccia, cucina completamente attrezzata con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e soggiorno con soffitto a volta, camino, montato 42 'HD TV a schermo piatto, divano componibile e 2 tavoli da pranzo. Porte scorrevoli si aprono su un ponte con un tavolo da pranzo e 6 sedie. Il cantiere è completamente recintata. Il cortile ha una doccia esterna e un grande ponte con 3 sedie a sdraio in teak e un grill a gas.

Well equipped spacious home. Easy for our group and the enclosed yard worked well for our furry family member. Easy walk to town and beach entrance was only a 3 block walk. The outdoor shower is always a treat.

We absolutely loved salty pause. It was perfect and had everything you could need. It was such a pleasure to be able to have our dog Bruce come with us on vacation.

We had a great time at this beautifully decorated house. Bedroom and full bath on ground floor was perfect for my mom. The neighborhood was quiet, deck and backyard were perfect outdoor spaces and we loved having the use of the bikes. Bonus that we were able to bring our dog. Properties like this are limited and this is one of the nicest we’ve found. Highly recommend!

We decided to book a last minute trip to celebrate New Years and were happy we could bring our dogs with us. Susan’s home was clean and recently updated, which is hard to find in pet friendly rentals and made for a comfortable and relaxing home away from home.
We had a minor hiccup at check in but Susan called immediately and had her property manager there in less than 5 minutes. Great communication and everything was quickly resolved.
Would love to stay again!

We enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable. Very clean. I was worried because we are not dog people and it is dog friendly. Unfortunately, the weather was pretty bad, but we made the best of it. Wish we could have enjoyed the beach amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved this home from the minute we walked in. My now husband and I got married at the Icona in the middle of our almost two week stay. We had a few friends and family members stay for a few days with us and they enjoyed it too. The house is very clean and modern you can tell it’s updated and that the owner takes care of it. It’s is very spacious and fantastic if others are joining you. We want to return for sure! This house is an A+

House was very clean and well kept. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. It was nice not having to bring our own bikes or beach chairs. There were plenty for all of us.
We especially loved the kitchen and bathrooms. Nicely decorated, clean and spacious.

This home was well equipped for our beach vacation. The rooms are cozy and in the common area there are plenty of places for 8 guests to sit comfortably. The outdoor space, outdoor shower and amenities were all well maintained. I would definitely return and recommend!

I was very happy with this rental. The bedrooms were a good size with good quality beds and mattresses. The bathrooms also were large.
Overall the house is very well equipped. We came down packed to the gills, which has always been necessary in other houses. This house had enough working bikes, beach chairs, and other equipment that we really could have left ours at home. I'm picky about kitchen equipment, bringing my own knives, serving platters, etc., but this kitchen would have been fine if I'd brought nothing. The kitchen island is a really good add and we set it up as a buffet every dinner.
Someone with taste put a lot of thought into this house.

Great house and awesome location. Our dog enjoyed the deck. This was our second time renting this house and We love staying here. Loved the new kitchen. However…Check out was 11 but the cleaners arrived at 10.

Great place to stay with our fur-babies. Very impressed with the cleanliness of this dog-friendly rental, as well as the responsiveness of the owner when we had an issue with one of the the showers. The fenced in yard was a perfect hang out for the adults, kids (and dogs) after a long day at the beach. We had a great time. Thank you!

This house was organized, clean, and had everything we needed.
The upside down layout was perfect for sleeping arrangements- kids (downstairs) and grandparents (upstairs on main living floor).
Note: It is a bit of a walk to the beach. It's 3 blocks and then 40th St beach has a long-ish walk through the dunes- it took some of 10 minutes, and other closer to 20 minutes.

This was our second time staying at this house, after trying out other dog-friendly options in the same part of Avalon.
In short: we tried the rest but came back to the best. The place was very clean (by normal standards, not just “dog friendly” standards). The bathrooms and back deck are newly renovated. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was stocked with all the utensils and pans our family needed. And just a couple blocks from the beach!

My family and I Ioved the property and enjoyed our stay. Our dog Crystal especially loved the deck. Should would stay out there for hours even in the sun. It was a great location and the front deck was a bonus. We had a great time and would definitely rent again!!!

Our family had a wonderful time at Susan's homey and well decorated property. Although we had two families, the common spaces were very open and airy and we never felt cramped. The location is also ideal. It's a 5 min walk to the beach and less than a 5 min drive to all restaurants and critically, the ice cream shops! Susan was a great host and was very responsive with the few minor questions we had. Highly recommend!
