Great location on a beautiful beach block. The house had more than enough space and featured a nice, large pool with an outdoor bar/TV. Great space to wind down after a day at the beach.

Mike is absolutely amazing to work with. Hes attentive, responsive, pleasant and helpful. The house was immaculate and wonderful for our family (2 adults and 5 teenagers). Quiet street simple walk to the beach each day. The pool was a daily hit with the kids. The garage refrigerator and the extra beverage fridge in the room off the pool were extremely helpful for drinks. Plenty of room to spread out indoors and outdoors. Our only sadness was packing up to go home. I wish we couldve stayed another week!!! Thank you Mike for being such a great host.

There is nothing like the Jersey Shore for vacation! When our kids were growing up we would go to Avalon every summer. This year was our return but with grand kids. I highly recommend 58 15th St. if you are looking looking for a great house and location. Everything about this home made it great for our group! Very clean and spacious with everything we needed!

We had a beautiful, relaxing week in Avalon! ☀️ The house was well equipped, and had lots of room for us to spread out as a family with adult children! Our host was incredibly accommodating, and flexible with our stay! We will definitely be back to this house again! 😊

This was a wonderful location and a beautiful property. It was spacious with with multiple entertainment areas and large bedrooms. Just a short walk to the beach and a quiet part of the island. Mike was great with communication. We would love to go back!

The house is very clean, beautiful and in a great location. The host was super kind, personable and easy to reach. Will 100% stay here again! We stayed here with our two kids (ages 4 and 1). They had a blast and we had a great long weekend.

We had the most lovely stay. The house was so well equipped and perfect for our group. The outdoor space with the pool was a favorite for the kids as well as adults. The hosts could not have been nicer and in touch prior to our stay all during the trip. I would highly recommend this house. We will definitely be returning.

I stayed here with my two best friends and their spouses and children. My grandmother also stayed with us. Everything was perfect and our host was very kind and accommodating. This house is spacious!

Nice somewhat older home on beach block with very few other renters so the beach is not crowded. Kitchen is nice and well supplied. The beds were comfortable. The pool is very nice. Nice dual outdoor shower set up. The owner is nearby and very responsive.

The pool was amazing and heated and large. We loved hanging out outside, having lunch on the covered patio with comfy chairs and completely shaded. There were lounge chairs for sunbathing and a few couches. The kitchen had a great island with barstools, a dining room, awesome comfy couch and chairs. There was a patio off the dining room where you can sit and see the ocean. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms were good. There was a bar downstairs with two more bedrooms. We had Fresh Direct deliver the food the first day which made made it easy for all. Four houses from the beautiful beach made the vacation easy . This property was perfect for two families with kids. The location was perfect, the heated pool made up for the less than stellar weather we had. Michael was so responsive, kind and accommodating before, during and after our stay. The open floor plan on the upper floor with the high ceilings and large windows were so inviting and relaxing. And the first floor was entertainment center from indoors to pool deck and outside seating/bar. We can't wait to come back.

It was a beautiful home and very safe for little ones. We easily walked to beach ans the sand was so soft! The pool was nicely heated for the toddlers. The owner kept in contact with any needs or issues which was great. If i had to suggest any improvements, it would be to offer towels ans hand towels :) Would def recommend!!

Mike and Lisa’s property in Avalon far exceeded our expectations!!! Their home is immaculate, a perfect set up for my family… plenty of room to be together and still big enough to separate… Best of all this property is 1 block from the beach… we were in town for a family wedding and literally all festivities were under 4 miles away… Mike and Lisa were more than helpful and accommodating in every way… I highly recommend their property!!! Easy process. Very happy with rental property

Mike was very helpful through the entire booking process and visit. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed to help us relax and just enjoy ourselves. The kids loved the pool!! The husbands loved the multiple TVs. The wives loved the efficient kitchen, outside showers, and the awesome location of the house. The ice machine downstairs rocks! Thank you Mike and Lisa for your kindness. We had a great stay… hope to see you next year!

First of all, Michael was the best host. He sent us text messages when the property was cleaned and inspected. We actually were able to check in early on Friday. The house was ready to go, clean and bright. There were many options for sleeping and were completely adequate to our group. Bathrooms were clean and the laundry room contained lots of cleaning supplies. I brought laundry soap so we were able to do some laundry which was nice. The outdoors decks were amazing, catching that morning sunrise while sitting outside, drinking a cup of coffee was good for the soul. The kitchen was well stocked probably had dishes and silverware for at least 15 people. Multiple pots and pans, serving platters were adequate. The spice cabinet was full of multiple prodeucts which was helpful during cooking. Another awesome feature was the downstairs bar area, complete with an industrial ice maker which came in handy packing coolers for the beach. The pool was amazing , multiple chaise lounges, couches and even a swing. The pool water was warm and perfect for an Ocotber weekend. We all had and amazing time at this property and it was so close to the beach. Michael was a top host in our eyes and we look forward to returning the future. Joyce P.

We were unfortunately very disappointed with our stay. Upon arrival the house was filthy. It was very obvious that the house had not been vacuumed and dusted. There were dirty socks and candy wrappers under the beds where my kids slept. In addition, we couldn’t use the BBQ because it was crusty and dirty. The very limited kitchen utensils were dirty as well. We couldn’t even sit out on the terrace and enjoy the weather because the chairs were torn. The shower door in the master bathroom was missing so every time we showered the floor got sopping wet. There was no laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, paper towels, and toilet paper. Several TVs didn’t work, lamps didn’t function, and perhaps most concerning was the antiquated stereo system which was a potential fire hazard. It would overheat and shut down. We followed the house rules by keeping the volume below 50, but the system still overheated and shut down completely. The house is advertised as having an Xbox, but it is connected to a tv that cannot be turned on. Lastly, the home owners called us screaming and harassing us after we left because we forgot to move the trundle bed back and we had moved one of the beds on wheels. They also tried to shame us by calling us “dirty and disgusting people” after we cleaned up after our stay, but as I had said earlier the house was filthy upon our arrival and there weren’t any cleaning supplies. We would have been happy to have done a deeper clean of the bathrooms and kitchen stovetop but that is impossible without cleaning supplies. We were instructed to bring our own linens and blankets so I didn’t remake the beds with the linens that were there, assuming that the home owners would want to launder them prior to the next house guests. This house was advertised as a high end rental, but be warned that it is far from it. The appliances are over 20 years old, and the plastic floor boards throughout the main living area move underfoot. My suggestion to you is find a different house to stay at in Avalon! I repeat, this is NOT a high end rental.

The owner, Mike, was easy to deal with. He was very nice in person. The house was very nice and worked well for us. I do wish that it would have been cleaner, especially the kitchen and bathrooms. Proximity to beach was wonderful since we had a 18 month old child with us.

Had a small get together with friends in Fall of 2020. The place was fantastic and immaculate -- what you see in the pictures is what you get. The owner could not have been more helpful. He responded right away when we had questions about uncovering the pool. Also, since he had no one booked right after us, he generously offered us an extra day for free (if only our work schedules would have allowed)!!! I would recommend this place and this owner to anyone.

If you’re looking for a place for a large group to relax and enjoy a vacation, this site is your answer!!!! The spic and span house provides multiple areas to visit, play, rest and enjoy —— whether in the living room area, dining area, eating bar area, multiple decks or spectacular poolside/patio area! The house is “spic and span” clean with a large garage available to stash bicycles, beach equipment and extra boxes and luggage. Easy access to the ocean and bike paths makes this your place to stay!

It was very clean, close to the beach, and well equipped. The owner was readily available with tips to make our stay more enjoyable.

This was our first time vacationing in Avalon New Jersey. The house was in the perfect location! We did have some bad weather for the first few days so the beautiful heated pool was key to our fun! The House was the perfect size for our families to vacation together! Everything went easy peasy with the owners of this rental.

Overall, we were very happy with our stay. The location is fantastic. All of the bedrooms have a great deal of privacy. The open floor plan on the 2nd level was great for socializing with a large group. A couple minor things weren't working right away (which is understandable pre-Memorial Day) and owner was immediately responsive to take care of it. Very easy to communicate with owners which was helpful. A great experience overall.

We can't thank Michael and Lisa enough for welcoming us into their beautiful home! It was a perfect long weekend away! From the beach right there, to a wonderful home and access to the heated pool - we had a blast and are so happy to have these memories with our family to look back on. Michael was incredibly responsive and a very gracious host. We honestly couldn't have asked for anything more and would love to come back and stay again in the future. My husband & I as well as our 2 adult children and 1 partner enjoyed a restful week in Avalon at Mike's beautiful home. We only needed to walk past 3 driveways before we hit the dunes and the path to the beach. This gave us easy access for morning beach runs or walks as well as afternoon beach hangouts. As the sun began to dip toward evening, we enjoyed the well appointed patio and heated pool. The house was clean, neat and well maintained with lots of space for cooking in, dining, and game playing. We would highly recommend Mike's home for your Avalon vacation.

It is a beautiful, spacious home with a lovely swimming pool, a 2-minute walk from Avalon's wide, wonderful beach. Mike was amazing. We hope to go back!
