Loved the easy access to the beach the lift was also a great feature used many times. The best property we have stayed at so far.

I had a lovely stay. The home was clean and well decorated. The hosts were friendly and helpful.

We have stayed here twice before and always enjoy our stay. The house is clean and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. We noticed the new beach chairs and wagon this year. The location to the beach is great. Celeste and Alan are great with updates and will answer questions you have. We really like the PB area. I am sure we will be back again.

We had such an amazing time at this fantastic property. Thanks for making our last Spring Break with our youngest before college an epic trip. Everything was so well thought out and communication was so fast. Already missing it!

We loved being able to borrow beach chairs & bikes. The home has everything you would need, the hosts are friendly & helpful. The area was gorgeous. We hope to visit again!

We came to visit family and enjoy a stay on the beach. This is the first beach house we have rented and it did not disappoint. The wrap around porch was amazing. We drank coffee every morning and looked out at the water. The house was stocked with everything we needed and more. We would definitely stay again.

Celeste and Alan were great hosts! We reached out due to a heating issue and they responded quickly and got someone out to fix it. The home is beautiful and was perfect for our family. We will stay here again in the future.

What a wonderful week. The home is beautiful online and gorgeous in person. It’s well-appointed and comfortable. And we used the elevator to bring in our luggage and groceries (a nice perk). Celeste and Alan were attentive and quick to respond. It was a lovely stay.

Property was as advertised. Great place to stay for a family and a great location. Far enough from the hustle and bustle of Pensacola beach, but close enough at the same time. Would definitely stay again if traveling to Pensacola beach.

We absolutely loved our stay. The house is in a perfect location. The walk to the beach was very easy and accessible. The owners were unbelievable hosts. The house is very well Maintained. The only thing that we hated was that we did not get to stay longer.

It was more than expected.

I'm not sure I can add anything to what has already been said by the previous guests, expect ditto on everything!! Since we traveled to Pensacola by Air, one of the best things for us was the decent supply of dishwasher, laundry tabs, etc. & not having to buy or bring.

We have stayed at this property in the past and it is our favorite. It is perfect for the 4 of us and conveniently located. I am sure another visit will be in our future.

The house was immaculate and clean. Open floor plan was spectacular. At the beach in like 2 minutes. Area is quiet and you really couldn't ask for more. They have bikes and beach chairs. A wagon and Cornhole. Perfect rental.

this year our trip was questionable due to the hurricane. The owners were AMAZING about keeping us informed and communicating all the changes with us. we were thankfully able to take our trip and we had such a fun time. this was our second year going here and we cant wait to go again

We loved our stay here! Beautiful from the moment you walk in the door! Everything you need for the kitchen, the rooms were decorated tastefully and plenty of room for our family. We were here for a family wedding and the location is great for the beach, shopping and restaurants. We would love definitely stay here again if we come back to Pensacola!!

The house was fantastic. The owners answered any questions we had. Overall enjoyed spending time with my family here. Close to the beach.

Overall the property was decent. The beds were super hard/firm in all three rooms. The pillows in the master bedroom were terrible. I’d suggest bringing your own. The beach chairs, umbrella and wagon are available but it’s all very rusted. My new towels have rust stains on them. Again, bring your own. The icing on the cake was the last morning I was there. Me and my girlfriend are on the couch in our pajamas when some man walks up the front stairs (there are no curtains or blinds along the front entrance). As it turns out, Alan the owner comes to the house unannounced. Creepy!

I believe the first words out of everyone’s mouths were “Oh My Gosh!”, and then “This place is huge!” I was so in love with the kitchen I wanted to sleep in it. My family had an incredible time and I can only rave about the accommodations. Extremely comfortable, spacious home which is well stocked with everyday items, beach towels, bath towels, beach furniture, a wagon, games, bbq grill, and seriously the most comfortable pillows I’ve ever laid my head on, and apparently my entire family. I almost felt guilty spending so much time on the porch, which is divine, and not in the living room, but it was just so relaxing eating and conversing outside hearing the crash of the waves and smelling the sea air. My son was ecstatic the master tub was big enough to fit him and his muscles:) There is a path to the beach and a very brief walk. We utilized the beach furniture but on our last day we rented chairs and umbrellas from Lazy Days which I highly recommend. The Blue Angels flew over so low you could almost reach out and touch them. Thrilling! Just an FYI: I remembered the toll bridge, however it is now cashless. We charged our tolls to our rental car, but there are other options you can google. If you are flying, the trip from the airport is about 20-25 minutes. Thank you for the little details in this gorgeous home. We all appreciated the communication, welcome greetings, extremely clean, spacious, accommodating, and beautifully decorated home. The pride you have in your home shows. We gathered our family from different states to beautiful Pensacola Beach where we frolicked on the beach, ate like kings, and drank like Scott’s, but we laughed, loved, and planted new memories which will be embedded for a lifetime. Our theme was “factory reset” and we did just that! There are numerous homes to rent and if our travels ever take us back to PB I would definitely rent again, and I encourage you to do the same. You will not be disappointed. Thank you again from our entire family!

They’ve thought of everything! This quiet neighborhood is the perfect spot for a family vacation. No over-crowded beaches or even restaurants when we were there. Will be back!
