This is our second year to stay in this condo. It is neat and clean and any necessary correspondence and been replied in a very timely manner. I would recommend this condo to any group looking for a nice place to stay. My family will be coming back again next year.

Very roomy condo. 4 beds 3 1/2 bath is perfect for a group of 8 women. Could use some updating/paint touch up/cleaning could improve, but overall it was a good condo we enjoyed! The view was great! Being in a wheelchair, it had good parts that were good for me, but luckily they had a rolling desk chair I could transfer to to use the bathroom bc the doorway is not wide enough. Pull down sprayer in shower, helpful, but need more options for the sprayer, LOL! I couldn’t get out the door from living room to balcony, but it was okay. Overall though we all enjoyed it. We were celebrating my bachelorette weekend. Thank you again for the condo. I’ve stayed at the Caribe many times and this was one of few good ones I’ve stayed in.

Stayed the 3rd week of August. A heads up on the jellyfish migration would have been nice and you'd think also reflected in the price. Couldn't do much at the beach. Pools were nice but difficult to get to because of construction and inoperative elevators. Condo cleanliness left alot to be desired. Found a popsicle wrapper in the couch, a toothpick in bedding, and other issues. Condo also showed signs of wear that were surprising for the price. Kitchen was well equiped and the condo did have beautiful views.

For anyone that needs items refrigerated (i.e. breastmilk, medications, etc) I recommend checking, double checking, & even triple checking with VR Club the fridge situation in your rental. As a mother who struggled with breastfeeding, and then lost a full day’s worth of breastmilk due to a complete lack of communication from VR Club, we will not be renting through them again. We also lost over $100 worth of groceries, which can be replaced (although not an expense we had budgeted for), but when we notified VR Club of our fridge not working they neither admitted to neglecting to communicate this with us nor did they offer an apology. As far as the resort - it was the most family-friendly facility we’ve ever been to! Plenty to do, beautiful views, great location. We hope to stay with Caribe again in the future, but will not be return customers of VR Club!

Caribe Resorts was great for our family vacation! We enjoyed the pools, putt putt golf and overall it was a great experience! There was a lot of steps to get from one place to the other and not very many staff available to direct you where to go. The down button to the elevator on the 9th floor wasn’t working and the refrigerator kept saying it was over heating and wasn’t keeping our food cold (even after being mindful to keep the door closed). I would come back and recommend to others!

Roomy condo, kitchen well stocked, great pools.I had questions about property and communicated on VBRO & owner never responded. We were looking forward to lazy River and when we arrived, it was closed for repairs all week- the vbro site never updated that. The condo was filthy- showers mildewed, the bathroom with jacuzzi jets was gross and black stuff came out of jets. It didn’t even smell clean. We have traveled with our family every year to beach areas 40 yrs- will never stay at caribe’s again- we can’t do dirty!

The place was great perfect for a winter vacation or work stay.

Would love to come back can’t afford in summer but maybe spring or fall

The condo more than exceeded our expectations! It was very clean, well appointed, and perfect for multi families. We were surprised by a fireworks display which we enjoyed immensely from the expansive balcony. Email response time from the management company was quick and professional, the app was easy to navigate and check-in/check-out was a breeze. I can't wait to visit again!

We had an amazing trip staying at the Caribe!

Excellent views of the beaches and water on both sides of the property. Amenities and indoor and outdoor swimming pools for all ages were outstanding. The condo was extra roomy and 10 adults with 2 children had no problems finding comfortable sleeping arrangements with room to play. Can't wait to go back and stay longer.

Very well appointed. Every detail attended to, clean, and extremely comfortable. Caribe is a wonderful property, D915 is a wonderful unit! We will stay here again.

The Condo was beautiful and spacious! View awesome. Will definitely rent again Only two issues: Floor not clean at all. Our feet were black running around barefoot 2: the refrigerator not working properly. I contacted by email the third day of our stay. We had lots of food that spoiled because of this. Very unhappy about this as it was around 150.00 of food that spoiled

Everyone had plenty of room with own bathroom, huge kitchen and huge balcony. So much space. Loved the lazy River and multiple pools. Beach access was across the street and so nice. Will definitely go back.

We enjoyed D-915 at the Caribe Resort. We were a group of 9 (all adults from 21 -60). Everything was as advertised on the app. Yes, the resort itself is showing its age, but we found it all enjoyable and relaxing. We swam in the pools, floated in the lazy River, chilled on the balcony, grilled some dinner on their grills, and had an all-around nice few days. If possible, we will return.

Our trip consisted of myself-two (2) grown daughters and five (5) grandchildren ranging from 6-15 years of age. Perfect rental for a crowd of different ages-everyone had their own privacy. Balcony was huge. Will rent again.......

THE PROPERTY WAS BEAUTIFUL AND THE AMENETIES WERE GREAT FOR THE KIDS. THE PARKING WAS TERRIBLE. EVEN THOUGH WE WERE ASSIGNED A PARKING SPOT.

Well maintained and lots to do on and around property!

When we first walked into our unit, e noticed how scuffed you the walls were. It really needs a coat of pain badly. Then, when we entered the master bathroom, a tile was missing from the bathtub, exposing all of the plumbing work for the tub. The tile and wood trim were in the closet, nail side up for anyone to step on who wasn’t paying attention. Then, in the kids room, the ladder to the top bunk is completely broken off the bed. The ladder is laying on the floor. Yet again, the tv room has a light mounted on the wall that is barely hanging on, it needed some screws tightened or something. Several light bulbs were burned out throughout the unit. I emailed the property manager, who had someone come fix the ladder, tile, and lightbulbs the next morning. It was just a terrible start to our trip to walk into a condo that was in such bad condition. I know these properties have a tight turnaround and see a high volume of guests all season, but it was our only vacation. So it was very disappointing to walk into something that was not cared for at all. It was clean. The sheets and towels were clean. The floor was clean. But it really needs some TLC. The property itself-nice. Sad that the poolside deli was closed due to COVID. As with most older properties there are areas that need repair. My husband sliced his hand open on the lazy river, there are many missing tiles on the edge of the pool. He was pretty over it at that point—he was still angry about the units condition, then to sustain an injury while trying to enjoy the pool—he won’t ever go back. I, on the other hand, enjoyed all the pools and the view. The beach was just ok, lots of jellyfish. All the kids got stung a few times, no avoiding them. Marina day was good, they were helpful and the boat was old, interior all torn up, but didn’t break down on us. We had it out for 8 hours.

This is a great condo, new furniture in living room isn’t shown In pictures but it’s comfortable and pretty. Lots of pools and slides for the kiddies.

This condo was everything my friends and I wanted! It was very close to several restraunts and bars! Only thing I would change is that it was a good ways to the beach but for the price you really can’t beat this property!

I absolutely loved the unit. It was clean and well kept. The assigned parking spot is right by the building entrance for easy access. The unit is right by the elevator. The only reason I didn’t give the unit a 5 star rating is because when you turn the sink water on in the bunk room bathroom, it makes a very loud noise, loud enough to wake others in the condo. If whatever is causing that loud noise if fixed, the unit would definitely be a 5 Star unit.
