We had a fantastic stay at Karen's condo on the beach! Location can't be beat, and the condo is clean, comfortable, and well decorated. There's something special about being right on the beach and opening the blinds to hear and see the ocean.
This is the perfect spot for a break from reality with a small group.

The view of the dunes and water was outstanding! Hearing the sounds of the ocean soothing. A dream week off from work. The owners were so helpful with restaurant recommendations and answered all our questions. Very responsive and truly cared about my friend and family having a comfortable vacation! 5 stars!!

The condo was very clean and comfortable; Great ocean view! The photos and description were as listed. The location was far enough from the boardwalk yet close enough to walk there and back. The kitchen was well stocked, the washer and dryer were a huge plus, and all appliances worked very well. Accommodations were great; The parking spaces under the building were a plus. We enjoyed our stay and would love to do it again.

Great property and location, it met all of our needs for a convenient, relaxing stay on the beach! The owner was responsive and helpful, the private beach is fantastic and close (but not too close) to the boardwalk activities. Will definitely stay again!

Compact 2BR, 1 BA condo with a lovely view of the ocean and a quick 5 minute walk to the boardwalk. It had everything we needed.
Beach passes would have been a nice touch. Owner was responsive. Guest parking at the complex is a bit challenging (we had family staying nearby), but I guess this is a common issue when staying on the beach. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

My husband, 2 year old, and I had a great stay. The location is great- right on the beach with a beautiful view from the lovely balcony. Close walk to the boardwalk for some kiddie-ride fun. The apartment is perfect for a week away. Very clean and exactly as advertised. The bedrooms are a bit small but there was still plenty of room and lots of space to unpack and be comfortable. Host was easy to reach and very responsive. Zero complaints- I would definitely stay there again!

I stayed at this lovely condo with my two teenage kids this past week. It is accurately described and has the most beautiful views of the ocean. People are very friendly and helpful. The condo itself has everything you need, except beach badges, sheets and towels. You should bring your own pillows too. I would also recommend an eye mask if you’re light sensitive like me and prefer a dark room to sleep in. I’ll miss the deck watching the sunrise, looking for dolphins and listening to the ocean waves. Truly an exceptional place. Laundry area is tight and takes some maneuvering. If I had to give any advice to the owners it would be: 1) get the AC looked into. It doesn’t cool the bedrooms and it’s hot even with the ceiling fan on and shades drawn. Maybe heavier blinds would help control afternoon sun. 2) Remove the water saving shower head. The slow drip shower actually makes you take much longer showers so you’re not saving on water. 3) replace large frying pans in kitchen. 4) it would be great to provide beach badges. Even if only 2.

We had the time of our lives this vacation-The condo is Absolutely Beautiful!!! The view of the beach is Amazing. It has a nice size private deck to watch colorful sunrises over the ocean. It was so much fun sharing our infant grandchild’s first vacation at this Gorgeous shore home. It’s Beautifully decorated-Immaculate and perfect size for our family of 4 and a baby. The beach is quiet, private, and so clean that the water is turquoise -you can see clearly to the bottom. Location is perfect. The owner is so polite, accommodating and attentive. We would love to stay here every summer!!!

Our second time staying at this property and it was perfect. We were fortunate to have beautiful weather 6 of the 7 days that we stayed and were able to entertain our 4 kids by taking them to the aquarium in Point Pleasant. You cannot ask for a better location with the beach right there. Perfect for families not over crowded like other locations. The hardest part about the vacation was explaining to our 3 year old that this wasn’t our house and we had to go home!!! Looking forward to 2020 for vacation.

Wonderful beach and views. The condo is a bit small but has all the basics. A bit more kitchen items would be nice like a large pot, large serving bowl, tongs, cutting board, etc. Overall the place is lovely. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Upon arrival to this condo we were very disappointed, the private beach was under major construction. There were 7 large excavators, trucks, trailers, outhouses, large pipes ect. on the "private beach". The crew worked 24/7, the ground shook as we tried to sleep, it was difficult to even sit on the deck with all the noise. We called the owner, who was very non sympathetic. We talked to the construction crew, who told us they had been there for 2 months, along the whole beach. It would have been much appreciated if the owner had warned us ahead of time that this construction was going on; it may not have been as shocking. The inside of the condo was as pictured. However, there were only 4 pillows there, two blankets, and 3 comforters (so if you bring 6 people you would have to bring extra pillows and blankets) on top of bringing all your own sheets and towels. The blankets that were provided were dirty, with food stains on them. We also found old food under the beds, which we cleaned up ourselves. It was nice to have a washer and drier, but they were in a very small closet and very difficult to get to. I am 5'8" and 150 pounds, if you weigh more than that I don't think you would be able to use the washer and drier with ease. On the fifth day of our stay, the construction did move next door, so we did get a chance to see the ocean. Our family had a nice time and made wonderful memories, but I don't think for the price this condo is worth renting.

from the 3rd floor. They were building up the dunes 22 feet. Did not expect that when we arrived,so the private beach was closed. We had a short walk to either seaside or Ortley. That was a bit disappointing,but they offered 6 badges for the price of 4 $100.00.Then they opened a section the last 2 days we were there. Our weather turned out great,it was suppose to rain all week,so we got real lucky! Kitchen was nice,small,but had everything to cook with. I wish maybe they had bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom,only cause I had 3 teenagers.Maybe a platic lounge chair for deck.lol.There are stairs,your on the 3rd floor,so if you have some difficulty walking be aware. Overall I loved it! I enjoyed my self,the boys had a great time,met some great neighbors and had a good time with them. I would love to go back next year,maybe with just the adults😉! I hope you enjoy your stay as much as us!🌞
