The complex is in a unique location. You have the beach directly in front of you, a rock wall, and get to watch the boats go in and out of the pass. This property is directly on the beach, but it’s at the “end” of the beach so it wasn’t near as crowded as the other properties next door. Fantastic! We had the best time and loved the little sandbar right in front of us. The condo itself was clean, the beds were comfy, felt safe, very nice lobby, elevators didn’t take forever. Our check in code didn’t work, but the owner answered right away and corrected. She was very nice. Overall, we were extremely pleased.

Wonderful condo with broad views of the Pass into the open ocean. Saw dolphins hunting and playing in front of us every day. Only caveat was Wi-Fi was weak on the balcony. Thanks, owner.

I booked this place because there were 3 of us attending a medical conference nearby. The hotel where the conference was was sold out, as was their "partner" hotel. This place was closer than any other hotel and the fact it had 3 large bedrooms, each with it's own bathroom, was perfect. The check-in process was pretty seemless, coded door entry, if I were forced to offer one gripe, it would be that the door code is a bit long, I had to look it up on my phone every time I had to get in. That said, once we entered, it was great. It was SUPER clean, well stocked with towels, and enough amenities to get you though a day or two. The complex had an outdoor pool and hot tub, and great access to the beach, and it ALSO has in indoor pool, indoor hot tub, a small steam room and a small sauna. Great for when the weather doesn't cooperate. The balcony at the room was great for enjoying coffee or a cocktail. It was also nice to have a common space for us co-workers. We could gether in the mornings, have coffee, and walk over to the conference together. I would 100% recocommend this place for vacation, or business travel. Well worth the money!

This property is in the best location is the orange beach/gulf shores corridor. The balcony view of the pass into the Gulf was stunning. The low occupancy beach was amazing. We were there on a busy spring break week and the Grande Point beach area was never crowded. The unit itself is larger than we were expecting. We will be staying here again!

The layout of the unit was great for our family of five. We enjoyed being at the quiet end of the beach. The unit was clean and the property managers were communicative and easy to work with. The unit could use a bit of updating/maintenance, but we did not have any problems or issues while there.

This place was really nice. The view from the patio was spectacular. Close to the beach. Loved that it had 3 bedrooms and 3 baths all attached. Rooms were big. Liked that it was an end unit. Beds were comfortable, pillows not so much. Needed some extra blankets or throws. All of the appliances work, some of them very loud. Might want to tell cleaning crew that they need to clean all of the mirrors as someone left a message on the mirror in the primary bathroom but you only saw it when the mirror steamed up. Property management were very responsive and the check in process was easy.

During the process I would receive one communication from VRBO and another from Alabama Getaway and they did not match. I got a message saying I was scheduled to stay in another complex which was totally wrong. I should have been notified that the indoor pool was closed. I would not have stayed here. I had a 10 yo with me and she was looking forward to swimming. This could not happen. Dont think my family will use your service again

Without a doubt, this condo sparkled. It is lovely inside and has a homey, cozy feel. We had plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen is sufficiently equipped with the basics.
(Watch your toes on the bars stools. I think every one of us stubbed a toe or two.)

Our only complaint is that the indoor pool was drained two days before our arrival. It's understandable that these things aren't communicated across HOAs, rental management, and VRBO, but an indoor pool was the top priority in our search for a condo during the winter months. Very disappointing.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo is beautiful and well-maintained. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the location and being able to walk to eat dinner if we wanted. Our Family of 8 (ages 6mth-50’s) stayed for an entire week. The condo was absolutely beautiful, clean and very spacious. (Plenty of storage space)
The balcony view was beautiful and perfect location for beach and fishing.
We enjoyed watching from the balcony while our family fished from the sea wall.
The beach was a good walk but the beautiful condo and quiet location made the walk worth the stay.
We would not hesitate to stay again.

We traveled with 4 toddlers and 2 school-aged children. We loved every minute of it, but we had to take some precautions upon arrival. The coffee table in the dining room is not the same as the one pictured. It was a round metal base with a large glass top resting on it. There was nothing holding the glass top in place, so it would move around when nudged. It easily could have been pushed off the base. We quickly hid that along with some other breakables, and proceeded to have a lovely time!

We stayed the week of July 4th and had a wonderful time with our family. Grand Pointe is not huge so the pools and beach were never crowded. The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the few items we mentioned would be helpful (not required) were brought to us the next day. We had a small issue with one shower and maintenance fixed it immediately. The views are amazing watching the boats coming in and out of the inlet and the waters were pretty clear.
The communication leading up to, during, and after our stay was better than we have ever experienced with other properties and we truly appreciated that. I highly recommend this property/ condo and we look forward to booking again in the future.

Condo was very nice & spacious. Beds were very comfortable and the complex was peaceful. There was rarely people in pools or hot tubs. Beach wasnt very crowded and it was a great spot for fishing. Patio was spacious with wonderful views. We would stay here again.

The people at Grand Pointe were so friendly and inclusive, even to guests like us who were only there for a few weeks. I've never experienced anything quite like it. We were disappointed that the pool was closed for two weeks of our stay due to tile work going on in the lobby. One of our group needs the pool for therapy for a bad back. Of course the outdoor pool wouldn't have been an option for this time of year, but it too was under repair. I was surprised the owner wouldn't have known about the work being done and the possibility of the pool being unavailable. The unit itself was great and the location of Grand Pointe was awesome! Such a quiet, secluded part of the beach! I hope we can be back next year, with all improvements to the lobby, pool, etc. being completed.

We had a great time, this is our second stay at Grande Pointe but the first in 601. The condo was clean and cute. We enjoyed using the beach supplies. We had some issues with certain appliances and they were resolved promptly. My only suggestion— since it is an east facing condo— the master bedroom needs room darkerners, vinyl, or something aside from the small drapes. We would have appreciated the option to block out the morning sun. It was far too bright to sleep in late and relax. The balcony has a great view, we enjoyed watching the dolphins. We love that these condos are in the end of the beach. It is nice, quiet, and not crowded.

The condo was as shown in the add. Clean and had fresh atmosphere. The property, however was a different story. There was a pet run directly next to the pool and several people allowed their pets to potty and didn’t pick up after them. The smell was disgusting sitting at the pool. There was construction debris laying all over the are around the pools and it was unsafe for the kids. Construction is very understandable but the stuff just laid out there all weekend. As far as the condo goes, it was very nice and clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. Coffee filters would have been nice to see in the pantry would be my only suggestion. Overall a great place to stay. I’m a pet owner but didn’t bring my dogs, but the pet area was disgusting and as a person who picks up after her pets, this was concerning. I would not have allowed my dogs in that area.

Beautiful condo.
The condo was so beautiful. It was also very clean and the view was amazing. This is the third time we have stayed here but the first time in 601. The mattresses were all very comfortable and linens comfortable and clean. We loved the separate ice maker in the kitchen. Burners in the kitchen were ill fitting but we really didn't use the stove top. The outdoor swimming pool was closed due to major renovating outside, which was a bummer. The beach is not crowded and there is never a wait for the elevator. Overall a wonderful experience. I would recommend a deadbolt lock for better security. Thanks for sharing your condo with us.

Annual Friends Beach Trip
The property was fabulous. Everything was updated and beautiful. We initially chose this property because of proximity to the beach and number of bathrooms. We ended up loving being near the pass and watching the boats leave and come in. The area was very quiet, and being an all adult group, we loved that as well. The property was close to everything we wanted to do, and away from Hangout Fest, which we didn't know was happening when we chose our dates! Our only disappointment was the pool being closed so late in May. I know repairs have to be made, but I wish they had been better timed to be finished by this late in the spring. I know that is no fault of our actual property owners, but likely the HOA or building management. Overall, our trip was fantastic, and we would choose this property again without hesitation. Please convey our thanks to the property owners as well for sharing their vacation home with us!

Beautiful condo
The condo was beautiful just like the pictures. The unit is on the end and when sitting on the balcony you could hear traffic noise. Because of the location you couldn't hear the ocean however you could see it. Also there are major renovations going on to tje building and the pool was closed. When we questioned the owners/rental agency they said they had no idea so we were never notified. That was very disappointing to us as my husband has a hard time walking all the way to the beach. The workers came to replace the outside door, which we were fine with. But upon returning that afternoon there was no lock or handle on the door. We found one of the workers and was told it would be done by the end of the day, which it was but we really didn't like that we weren't there and anyone could have come in. The bed was very comfortable and the condo was very clean.

I wasnt told about the outdoor pool being closed until last minute. The were remodeling the out side of complex. I thought it would be completed by the end of March ! Do not like the fact that I was not informed about the remodeling still on going! Door of unit was coming out of door!!! The noise level was awful especially for a baby!!!!

Spring beach trip
Great condo! Loved the decor, furniture, and overall ambience. Well done! Management staff was very helpful with prompt and accurate answers to our issues with wi fi connection and a damaged patio lounge chair. Only concern was that we were not told the outdoor pool was closed for our entire trip. This was disappointing for our younger family members but made do with only the indoor pool.

Great location. Property was clean and exactly what we needed. Short walk to the beach made toting kids and stuff easy. We would absolutely stay here again. Only slight negative is that they were working on the condo building itself and the noise level was high along with some debris.
