Questa bella casa di città si trova in una comunità gated Gulf-side ed è a pochi passi dalle sabbie bianche candide di Pensacola Beach. Questa unità è stata recentemente aggiornata con nuovi pavimenti, vernice fresca, nuovi elettrodomestici e alcuni altri articoli.

Our family of 5 and 2 pups enjoyed our stay at this townhome. We had plenty of room and the partially covered porch was nice to have. It was also a Super easy walk to the beach. As a heads up this property is managed by a rental company that requires in person checkin. The door code they gave us only worked for one door and there was only one garage fob so we had to be a little creative to be sure everyone could come and go as they pleased without being locked out. Even with that minor inconvenience we’d consider staying here again.

The house was very clean & comfortable. Great location: quite neighborhood & so close to the beach! The kitchen needs more coffee cups & wine glasses. Had to hand wash them daily to serve everyone. We had 5 adults in our party & would not recommend for over 6 adults. There was also only one hair dryer provided. Would recommend one for each full bathroom.

Perfect for our family vacation. Beds and condo as listed. We were able to bring our 2 small dogs and it was perfect for them too. Would stay again!

Love how close it was to the beach, short walking distance, the two pools and the assortment of household items(dishes, beach chairs and umbrellas). Would definitely stay again

Prop. mgr didn’t send entry info. Couldn’t reach them, called the owner. Had to go back up the island to get “checked in” then back to condo to find they didn’t give me the entry code! Couldn’t get through again & had to call owner AGAIN. Shouldn’t have to do that!!!
Clean property, comfortable beds & couches! Lg. kitchen table gave room for both eating & gaming. But hard backless bar stools not the best seating for older people like me, or small children. (Fmly in another unit came for meals) While the kitchen is beautiful, it is small and has no storage place for food. (No upper cabinets, pantry, or empty shelves). The bar held our bread, chips, cookies, fruit, etc and everything else went on the shelf under the table (very inconvenient). There is wire shelving in the laundry room but very hot there & to continually open and close that door seemed worse (a/c wise) than digging under the table. Plenty of dishes/glasses for meals, but nothing unbreakable. Think little kids! Only 2 small bowls for mixing serving & nothing for storing leftovers. Had to buy a can opener, disposable pans/trays, plastic storage containers, and a knife sharpener b/c lg straight edge knives wouldn’t cut warm butter. Blender didn’t work, garbage disposal went out, key pad died. Extra fridge in garage was GREAT!! TV’s in LR & BR’s but none smart. Had to buy a Roku stick. Huge commercial W/D was GREAT, but oh so hot in there. Good condo, but needs better kitchen stuff and update TVs

This property was exactly what we needed for a week long stay. Fully furnished with everything we needed, easy access to the beach, and the owner was a text message away from taking care of anything that came up. We will definitely be booking again for next summer!

Very good location. 2 min from beach walking distance very peaceful home was very nice a big balcony was a plus new appliances. 9 min from food places an restaurant. An host was very nice an helped with anything we needed.

Condo was not cleaned well. We could not check in at stated time and waited at least an hour for cleaners to get done. Refrigerator water and ice machines broken . Kitchen supplies old and not conducive to cooking. No linens for couch bed.. enjoyed pools and beach but condo needs attention.

Amazing place! Highly recommend
My family and I stayed in this hotel for a full week. The location is excellent, the property is safe and secure with its passcodes, and the home was extremely comfortable and clean for us all! There were 7 adults total and we brought our small 20 pound terrier with us too. We were all extremely satisfied with how clean the place was and how comfortable we all felt!
The hosts respond to any and all messages very quickly and sent out the maintenance man promptly to address our concerns - which were very mild things like the garage door keypad not working (which was fixed that same day!).
I would highly recommend renting this condo from these hosts, they’re the best! We will be back!

Great Location!
The property owner is always available for questions. The property was clean and had everything we needed. The location to the beach was great! The community is quiet and friendly.

Convenient
The rental is clean and comfortable. It is convenient to the beach and Two pools. It was a two mile drive to most restaurants, with anywhere from 30 minutes to a hr wait to eat. The drier is in need of repair as well as a couple of deck steps and back porch light doesn’t work.

The closeest to the ocean.I am a senior citizen and was afraid how long to walk there.Not the case here.Also all the eating places close by.Extremely quiet place to stay at any hour of the day or not.

Amazing Stay
My family and I just checked out this morning! Everything about the home was exactly as pictured and described. Communication was easy and timely from start to finish! The proximity to the beach was a major plus! Would definitely recommend and if we ever plan to visit the area again would definitely book this home again!

Outstanding location, to beach maybe 25-30 yards your on beach.
Loved the townhouse, we had three couples who stayed for Mardi Gras weekend. This is perfect location really close to main beach area but just few minutes away from all the traffic. Weather was perfect enjoyed the back deck overlooking the pool.
We plan on booking again next year as everyone said it was perfect.

Nice but not complete
The property was just renovated. Paint sticky on handrails, shower in master needs work has a place that is raised and toe got cut. Garage door keypad did not work , kitchen door keypad did not work. All kitchen tools dirty out in laundry room on shelf. Owner left 1 kitchen towel, a handi wipe for washing dishes. It's not easy to use a handi wipe to wash dishes. There needs to be more towel racks to hang towels. No detergent left to start load of laundry upon check out. I realized that people steal things in our crazy world. We enjoyed the location.

Great time - Great place - Great location - Great host. We thoroughly enjoyed starting our day with breakfast on the patio. Then the very short walk to the beach each day. Our host was very kind and even had beach chairs, a cart and an umbrella for our use at the beach. It was everything we could hope for. Will definitely be back!

Convenient, Spacious & Clean
We normally stay in Pensacola closer to the main strip of hotels, but planned to bring our family dog so we looked for a condo that would allow her to come. We ended up not bringing her, but if she can ever get passed her motion sickness we will next time because she’d love the yard space, the dog beach isnt far, and we LOVE the location for us to walk to/from the beach ourselves. The pool couldn’t be more convenient to the back deck. The size of the condo is AMAZING. Excellent condo for family & friends!

Great location if you love eating out
Communication was easy, and the beach simply couldn’t be any closer!!! Easy access and very clean. Only slight downside, kitchen is extremely lacking in basic cooking supplies- blender didn’t work, grill didn’t have propane, charcoal grill was rusty, knives were too dull to cut herbs…. Overall amazing spot and would 100% rent again, but plan to go out for meals instead of cooking.

Amazing place to stay!
We had an amazing time. The townhouse was very clean and comfortable. The beach is a very short walk away. We loved that it was a short drive to shops, restaurants, and fun activities for us to do. Could not have asked for a better experience. The host was so nice and accommodating. I highly recommend staying here.

First Pensacola Vacay
We take a family vacay every year to Destin for an entire week. Decided to try Pensacola this year and LOVED it! I searched VRBO for a rental and chose Regency Cabanas D2. It was perfect for us! Plenty of room for our family of 7 plus 2 dogs, easy access to the beach, new beds and furnishings, and enjoyed the new gas grill! Will definitely be back!!

Wonderful Family Beach Week
The condo was great!! We loved the beach access and pools!! The bedrooms were large and the beds very comfy. We were able to easily fit a portable playpen in the master bedroom! My daughter and her friend slept on the couch bed and said even that was comfortable. We really enjoyed having a garage to do our “beach gear dump” and not have to worry about carrying all the sandy things up an elevator. Parking was easy and we had a relatively short, straight walk out to the beach. 10/10 would recommend and try to book again.

1st of June stay
Perfect location, everyone was comfortable and had their own room and bathroom. Clean and well stocked. Alittle disappointed we couldnt open the garage door from outside. Had to go through the front door and down into the garage to open the door. Other than that was conveniently located to the beach, food and activities. Kids loved the pool. And the view from the home was perfect to watch the sunrise.

It was the first time we've been to Pensacola Beach, fl. We went with our family for my grandmother's 85 birthday. It was a great town house.In a great location. Plenty of space for our family of 5. The neighbors were friendly. Had great views of the ocean from the twin room and queen room. The pool was right off our deck. Rachel/Jeremy are really nice, friendly, helpful and response to your questions in a timely matter. We had a freak of nature incident but they accommodated us accordingly. We had a great stay there. Would stay there again.
