We were very pleased with this condo and property. The second floor made access to all of the amenities and unloading a breeze. We travelled with a 3 mo old, 1, 3 & 5 year olds. It was easy access to the beach pools and grill. The balcony was a great place to see everything they were doing when we stayed in with the baby. The condo was very comfortable quiet and nicely furnished. It was a great trip for all.

The pools were well maintained , the food at the snack bar delicious and reasonably priced. Great location near grocery stores, restaurants .

The building is very old. There is absolutely no cell phone reception. One night we had to walk out to the street to call and order pizza. You can only communicate via IMessage while on the property. They fail to mention in the description that you are required to buy a $60 parking pass per car, and you are only allowed 2 parking passes. Any additional cars must find off site parking. The beds were very comfortable, but the furnishing in the living area is old and dirty. The couch is filthy. The dining room table is made up of a mis match of chairs. The AC works. Every room has a bathroom which was a major plus.
The pools area is great for children and adults. The adults only pool is so nice. The bar is a great thought, but the three drinks we got from there were the worst cocktails I have ever had. I got firecracker shrimp from the restaurant and they were so good that we ordered them again. The second time they were terrible. Both the bar and restaurant is very understaffed and the employees are overwhelmed. We waited over 10 minutes for ketchup. The gift shop is great and reasonably priced. They have 6 elevators but at busy times (evening) there is a 5-10 minute wait to get an elevator. Luckily the unit is only on the second floor and they have several staircases nearby

This condo was so awesome. Probably the cleanest rental property I've ever stayed in. The pictures in the listing were nice but some of the decor has been updated since the photos were taken. It is even nicer than the pics. The condo is on the second floor and just above the pool. There was a little pool noise but nothing unbearable. We enjoyed hanging out on the balcony and people watching and just listening to the waves. YES, you are close enough to the beach to hear the waves crashing. It is awesome! Each bedroom had its own private full bath. The primary bedroom was super nice and very roomy. You could almost put an extra bed in the walk-in closet! There is even an additional full bathroom. The beds were comfy and the bedding was crisp and clean. There were plenty of towels and washcloths in each bathroom. The condo is very roomy. The kitchen is very well equipped for every need. An ice machine is located on the wet bar. We took advantage of it to fill our small ice cooler for the beach and when returning home. There was a cost for parking, which was disclosed upfront. There are 12 floors of indoor parking with dedicated parking for condo owners. We always found parking on the floor we stayed on ... very convenient. There is also security on the grounds and at the gate. We never once felt insecure. The Phoenix West II also had many amenities for families including an arcade, and pools indoor and out. We will be back! It's a great place.

This location was perfect for us. I love that there was a bathroom in every room as well as an extra one for our party of 12. The ice make was definitely a plus. The host was extremely responsive and the beach was just steps away along with all restaurants and stores. We had a wonderful time.

We felt like the parking was very misleading.I was told we had 2 vehicles and no fees to park. We payed 90.00 i believe.....just be upfront! Great fun had by all! Thank you so much for a great stay!

Super nice condo. Very quiet in January with a lot of snow birds. Loved it. Everything was clean. Security was always present so that was nice and assuring for our girls trip. For the price, I would've loved to seen more items like kcups, sugar packets, seasonings in the kitchen vs cheap hotel soaps and lotions. Overall, great stay. We loved the views, high ceilings and we'll definitely be back.

Loved the condo. Our family stayed with kids ranging from ages 2 to 13 and all the kids had a ton of fun. Condo was pretty quiet inside at night as well. Definitely would stay here again!

The pictures and description are exact. This is a fantastic condo. So beautiful and up to date. We loved the location as we could hop right up and down the stairwell. My only suggestion is do NOT be tempted to store your beach equipment in the convenience area. Many of our beach items were stolen the last night. Otherwise, everything was great!

This is our 2nd time staying. April 2022 and August 2022. I would definitely stay again. The lazy river is the best. Everything easy to get to. The only thing I would change is the people that have the rental chairs need to get out of the way . We had to walk a good distance each day to sit close to water

The condo was ok. The floors were dirty so we had to mop ourselves the first day. In my opinion, the price for this is not worth it. This complex isn’t great. Pool area is small and no place to get food or drinks on property. Way more places to stay for this price.

Enjoyed the first week but second week very crowded. We were on the second floor and it was very noisy and people above were making noise until 2 am. Also Verizon phone service did not work well. the condo was very nice. We normally come at this time due to not being crowded. We left 2 days early.

We loved the condo! Our first time in gulf shores and the condo was amazing. The kids loved all the amenities. Wish the pier would of been open all the way to the end.

It was a beautiful property with a beautiful view of the ocean . The only thing was our cell service was sporadic at times for some. Some had service the whole time. Other than that, we would definitely stay there again.

My family and I rent beach condos fairly regularly...at least once or twice per year and this condo was definitely one of the best we have stayed at. First, the customer service from the rental company, Alabama Getaway, was second to none...very professional and helpful. The condo was very clean and was in a great location. The amenities (pool, lazy river) far exceeded our expectations. The only minor complaints were that parking was an additional cost ($10/day) but was not too bad. Also, if you go during a busy time, expect the elevators to be slow. Otherwise, we had a great stay and if we return to Orange Beach, we will definitely try to return to this unit.

The property was nice! It had all of the amenities explained in the listing. The place wasn't ready when we got to town but they offered us late check in to compensate. We understand that it is hard to get enough workers during these Covid times though. The 2nd floor location is awesome. It is right by the stairs and elevator. The pier to walk to the beach is right there. My husband and I stayed in the master bedroom which is very loud. I think that may just be the nature of those types of condos though. Overall, we enjoyed our stay! Thanks!
