Claire’s property was the perfect location for a NH getaway for our family. The house was immaculate and comfortable, with plenty of room for our three teenagers. Claire was wonderful to work with, and we hope to visit this property again.

The log cabin was gorgeous. Was exactly as described (and immaculate). Was close to Loon Mt and to the Ice castles- both of which we visited. Highly recommend it for a winter escape.

The house was as advertised. Easy access with a keypad; spacious and clean rooms; easy to use fireplace; great basement with pool table and flat screen; and comfortable beds all led to a very comfortable and satisfying stay.

The house was beautiful! We went as a group with friends and family and it was exactly what we were looking for and it was very close to the mountains where we went hiking. 10/10 :)

Myself and a few friends all try and gather every few years and catch up, tell stories, and relax. What a perfect venue for this (or other) pursuits. While we felt the need to go nowhere, the comforts of this home made the weekend perfect. For the comfortable beds and seating to the beautiful back deck with fireplace, to the kitchen that had all we needed, the place is simply wonderful. The hostess was wonderful in our pre-trip communication and I am certain if we needed her, she would have come through in a jiffy. While we did not wander much, two nearby towns we visited for supplies were classic New England charm and as we traveled there during foliage season, the views, even from the road, of the mountains glorified by color were breathtaking! Thank you Claire for making such a beautiful home and for opening it to us. Memories were made 😃

My family and in-laws (total 6 adults & 2 children) had a wonderful and relaxing stay in Claire's beautiful NH home! The property has all the modern comforts surrounded by the beautiful charm of the White Mountains area/lakes nearby (short driving distance away)! The kids enjoyed the pool table in the basement & Netflix (which we don't have in our home) in the evening hours after outdoor activities during the day :) The house is spacious, clean, and provided plenty of space for our family gathering. The full kitchen with most of the basic kitchen/housewares allowed us to cook family meals a few nights, and we also enjoyed dining out in some of the restaurants around the Loon Mountain area. Check-in & check-out was a breeze. 5-stars for this house rental!! Claire is a great host and communication was fantastic!!

This is a gorgeous house -- so convenient to the highway and lots of hiking, skiing, and even water sports! We stayed with a group of friends for a long weekend and made the most of the space, enjoying the front porch, fire pit, and well-equipped kitchen! Claire was a huge help answering questions before our arrival and suggesting local activities. Would absolutely recommend!

Claire’s home was beautiful and had plenty of room for my family of adult children. Claire did a wonderful job of communicating and also provided great recommendations for restaurants and activities. The location was super convenient to major highway, yet tucked far back from the road to feel private. Unfortunately it was extremely hot and humid while we were there, so not having a/c in all the rooms was a bit uncomfortable, but in normal Mountain temperatures I’m sure it would have been perfect. I would definitely recommend this VRBO.

Claire’s property was perfect. The cabin was very clean and exactly as described. We were only 15 minutes away from Clark’s Trading Post and 45 min away from Santa’s Village. The kids had a great time playing soccer in the yard and roasting marshmallows at night! All around great stay!!

When my husband became ill he and I could not attend the family vacation. Claire was very understanding and agreed to allow my adult children and grandchildren to visit and enjoy the weekend. The children loved it and want to return over the summer. I can’t wait to visit.

Went on a ski trip with some friends from college. We don't get together often and Claire's was an awesome spot for it. We were able to all stay there comfortably it was a great space to be after a long day of skiing. It's a very good location close to the mtn and town but you are isolated enough to get away from everything when loon was sold out. Claire was very helpful and made sure everything was too our liking!

We are a family of six who live in South Florida so for us the snow was the main attraction however the house was just wonderful Clean , easy access , close to grocery stores and has everything needed The only thing was we didn’t know about the thermostats until the third day when the owner informed us and being used to a winter in the seventies the house was cold for us even with the fireplace on Our favorite part of the house was the parking lot where the kids and us spent hours sliding on the snow

Our family had a great time staying here for a weekend trip. The home was furnished nicely and we were greeted with a clean and comfortable house. Our favorite part was the fireplace, as it was so enjoyable. The owners were very prompt in replying whenever we had questions and were there to help us whenever we needed it. It was a great trip.

The renter communicated with us throughout our time at the house, and we really appreciated their flexibility as some things came up for us before our stay.

We had a fantastic weekend staying at the cabin. Everything was very clean & organized and we had plenty of space to relax. We loved stargazing outside by the fire!

Great place. Twin beds are a little stiff but besides that the stay was perfect.

This is an absolutely beautiful place with good proximity to Woodstock/Lincoln. It is well stocked with the essentials and has ample space in the yard for relaxing. We were all able to enjoy our guys weekend away with golf right around the corner, the breweries in Woodstock and Lincoln and relaxation by a fire. Claire was a very good host and we were all impressed by her home.

This home is beautiful. Everything was clean and organized. The kitchen was well stocked with everything one might need. We enjoyed sitting by the fire and relaxing. Great place, would highly recommend.

The house is very spacious and it was nice to have a bathroom next to every bedroom. Great fireplace for relaxing in the evening! Short drives to Loon and Waterville.

The property is nice enough, though because it's right on Route 3 it often gets loud in the middle of the night with trucks going by. Also, there is a snow mobile trail right behind the house, which is also loud. The real issue, though, is the owner and her lack of fair dealings. My wife, two kids and I rented this property for a month. One morning during the second week, the carbon monoxide alarm started going off. We tried to get in touch with the owner all day, but she did not respond. Finally, that night we had to vacate and drive two hours home; we did not want to wake up dead! The owner finally got back to us the next day and did fix the problem the next afternoon, by which time it was too late to drive back to the house and so we missed two nights there. It turns out it was a faulty alarm. We could not use the house because of a potentially dangerous situation, but the owner thinks that because it turned out not to be dangerous that she does not owe us a refund for the two nights that we had to leave. I cannot figure out how she thinks we should have known that there was no carbon monoxide in the house such that I should have stayed there with my family. When the alarm goes off you have to assume it is dangerous, right? Even so, I was willing to let this go, but then after our stay the owner decided to keep most of our security deposit saying we scratched the floor. First, I think she is making this up, but even if we did, it’s a problem that a bottle of Old English Scratch Repair would fix. Again, aside from it being loud at times because of the trucks and snowmobiles, it is a nice enough property. It just feels like this owner took advantage of us, which is why I gave it a low rating.

Our family of 8 stayed at this beautiful cabin a few weeks ago, and every single one of us were heartbroken to leave on our last day. There is plenty of space for everyone to have their own area, but also a very comfortable basement and dining room that accommodated all of us to have meals and play games. We will absolutely be staying here again in the future. Thank you Claire for sharing your beautiful home.
