We picked the perfect spot for celebrating our 52nd wedding anniversary, North Coast Village, in Oceanside California. The unit was the best for relaxing and enjoying not only the sound of the waves but the fantastic view as well.
The complex is located north of the Oceanside pier and has a southern view of the pier and the Pacific Ocean. The unit itself is on the second floor and overlooks other low rise buildings on the property. The unit has outstanding views from the bedroom, living room and especially the balcony.
This unit has one bedroom and one bath. The living room has comfortable furniture, including an “L” shaped sofa and an upholstered rocker. There is a fireplace and a wall mounted large television, with cable service.
The kitchen is big enough for one person to work in, and has good amounts of plates, glasses and cookware.
The bedroom has a king bed, which is quite comfortable. The bedroom also has a television, with cable. We had our first cup of coffee in bed, enjoying the ocean view from the bedroom window. Later we sat on the small outside deck, enjoying the weather and the view.
The bathroom has a stand up shower, but no tub. Furnishings in all rooms look new or recently updated.
This unit has one parking space assigned, in the secured parking garage. Additional vehicles will need to find parking off of the property. The complex has a very nice, large pool area, beautiful gardens with koi ponds, and a book exchange library near building E.

The pictures of this unit don't do it justice. It's much prettier and brighter and is simply perfect. The views are incredible. We loved watching the beach, the strand, the waves, the pier, and we even saw whales. And being on the second floor is great because you have a much better view than the lower level, and you get shade from the upper level decks. I've been to North Coast Village several times in 30 years and it is every bit as immaculate as the first time - probably better. Situated between the pier and the harbor - you can walk to both and walk to town or even ride the Coaster. It's a perfect location. Owner had chairs for us to take to the beach, oooh the sunsets. The unit was super clean with plenty of dishes and bedding and towels. A big comfortable bed, good shower, and soft carpet. It can't get much better than this.

Lisa's condo has a breathtaking view! We've stayed at several places at North Coast Village and this one really stood out. It was very welcoming and clean, well-supplied overall and had modern appliances. Lisa was very communicative and we look forward to booking with her again. Highly recommend!

The condo was everything we needed. Our two teens were thinking they’d have to share the pull out sofa sleeper until we found an areo bed in the closet! Saved! Lots of fans in the closets for the warm days. Cozy king bed!! Great pillows. Lots of beach ready things in the closet- Tommy Bahama back-pack chairs, umbrella, boogie boards. We didn’t really cook there, but 1 night I needed to food prep and the knives were very sharp and I had all the things I needed for cutting and prepping food. Cute little dishwasher!! And the fridge was a great size for all our food. We loved the view! It was facing south toward the pier and the Strand. We enjoyed the view so much. The facility is super nice too. We played in the pool and hot tub, we used the gym (which was top notch!!), and we explored the grounds. They’re putting in another hot tub and so there’s construction but it doesn’t hinder in any way. The grounds are so nice and “tropical”. We had several family members stay at the same place, each family rented a different condo. Together we totaled 34 people and so that was too many people to gather in one spot within the complex (they offer picnic tables but the capacity was really only 20 maybe). We just gathered at the beach which was soooo close and there are picnic tables down there by the lifeguard station. Hope this info helps other family reunions!

Walking distance to almost everything. Amazing location with views from the balcony, living room, and bedroom. I would definitely recommend this place to others.
Pool and hot tub were very busy during our stay, especially at night. Assigned underground parking is a bit tight, especially with larger vehicles.
I still give this place 5/5 stars.

The condo was really nice. Very clean with all the amenities you need. Beautiful view of the ocean with a balcony. We had one question and the owner got right back to us. The only negative was that the spa was not available. Would have been nice to have known it before booking

We loved staying here and listening to the crashing waves all night long! It was a great location between Laguna and San Diego. My kids loved the pool and the fact that it was heated. My only suggestion is to let the future guests know to bring laundry soap if they wish to use the communal laundry room, we didn’t realize you couldn’t purchase any at the machines and wished we had known. We also really could’ve used something to hang our wet suits since you can’t use the deck- maybe something in the shower? We loved this place and plan on visiting again!

We had an amazing time! The views of the ocean from the balcony and bedroom were stunning! You could hear the waves and the community had so much to offer for kids! Walking distance to everything! We will definitely stay again!

Oh my! The wow factor when you open the door for the 1st time and see the beach and ocean! The condo is beautiful and nicely decorated. I thought I'd hate the mattress as it's firmer than I'm used to, however, I've slept wonderfully this week. We can't wait to book again next year! We're sad to be leaving today. This has been the best vacation ever!

We have been going to NCV for 7 years now and this unit by far was the best! It's freshly remodeled and the view from the balcony is fantastic. Great for morning coffee and evening glass of wine! We cannot wait to come back!!!

We had a great time here. The complex is very close to the beach (~1 minute walk) and has a large pool. There were other amenities like a gym and game room that I didn’t get a chance to use. The unit itself was very nice; the carpet, furniture and kitchen appliances seemed very new. The view of the beach and pier from the balcony was incredible. We’ll definitely be looking to stay again.

The first glance into this beautiful condo was breathtaking. Everything was fresh and tastefully decorated. The sight and sound of the sea greeted me each day as I sipped my morning coffee on the balcony. Everything exceeded my expectations and I look forward to my next visit. Watching the sky change color, the surfers taking on the waves, listening to the ocean, walking the beach and ambling down the pier - you can't go wrong! There's something for everyone including an easy half-a-mile walk to the Harbor where you can indulge in an endless array of seafood. Will definitely be back!

Very nice condo and property. Though older property, very well maintained and grounds were lovely. Only real issue was elevators were either under maintenance or not working frequently so a bit of a hassle. No air conditioning but several fans in unit. Thank you Lisa for nice basket of treats. We tried not to eat too many!
View from veranda was very nice. Beautiful beach. We wish there were a few restaurants and some retail within walking distance but there is very little. There are restaurants within short drive from condo.

We are very happy with the accommodations. Everything we needed was available. Dishes, pots, pans, full kitchen and dining area. The bed was so comfortable and this unit might have the best view in the entire comlex. It all made the trip with 2 kids under 2 years old easy. The pool is always a great time too. Highly recommend this place.

From beginning to end Lisa was prompt in getting back to me, answered all my questions and made the long weekend we stayed an enjoyable experience. The unit had everything you need, and even extra comfort or convenience items. I would 10/10 stay again!

My wife and I enjoyed 7 days in this clean and comfortable condo. It has quick and direct access to the beach, and from it's balcony there's a beautiful view looking south along the Strand. When we discovered a partial power outage, the owner Lisa was very prompt in arranging a repair.
