We had an absolutely wonderful time! The house and location were perfect! Thankful for this time together on this part of the Oregon Coast

The view was amazing and the home spacious and well stocked. The owner was responsive and helped when needed. The sand outside in the yard was nice for when you don’t want to walk to the beach even though the beach was close. The downstairs lower level needs new carpet and some finishing touches. Great stay overall!

Great location, beautiful views. House was very clean, had plenty of room and good supplies for cooking. The beach was easy access , a short walk over the dune. Loved this place. Thank you!

We are a group of women who get together every six months and spend a long weekend together to laugh and love. This house was absolutely perfect! Both kitchens were so well stocked with plenty of dishware, silverware and appliances. There were also plenty of towels and blankets for everyone. The walk to the beach was very short and easy. The view to the beach was excellent! We give this house a 10 out of 10.

Our family stayed in this Rockaway Beach location and it was all it was listed to be. The views were amazing from the living room and kitchen. The kitchen was huge and had newer appliances with a big counter/eating area and each bedroom had a bathroom close to it. The open room concept had a dining table to fit our family of 8 and all the dishes for a holiday meal. The hot tub was great and the views from this area were amazing as well. The beach was just steps away which was great for our little one with plenty of sand toys to borrow. We plan to come back in the summer for a longer stay! My only suggestion would be to have a binder with the information on the property in addition to the notes that were posted throughout the house, as well as check out info., etc.

Multiple decks, new decks and great out door spaces. great views directly on the ocean two minutes and you’re on the beach, great view of twin rocks, house and amenities are appropriately described.

This was our third year at the property. Several major improvements to the already fabulous beach house. The businesses have opened up again, so there was a lot to fit in to one week. We had a great time!

Spent a long weekend here and loved every minute of it.
Our young granddaughters had the best time playing on the beach and us oldies loved the decks, the views and the awesome hot tub!

Beautiful, spacious, well-appointed house. Loved the upstairs and downstairs decks. Spectacular view and access to beach. My main complaint is that we didn’t have a working washer for our stay, as advertised. Several of our party had been on the road a few days before arriving at the beach and we were really counting on that washer. Plus we were there for eight days so were bound to build up laundry. Another source of irritation was that the code to the house was changed a full 15 minutes before checkout, with the result that we couldn’t take our stuff out to the car from the lower level but instead had to schlep it upstairs and then back down using the outside stairs. This lockout was premature and highly inconvenient. Downstairs pullout couch was very uncomfortable and should be replaced. Downstairs toilet had a slow but constant drip.

Our trip to Rockaway Beach was made even better because of this beautiful home. It was perfectly laid out for our extended family, with two couples up, one couple down and a big bunk room for the kiddos. The brand new deck was fantastic and we spent a lot of time there barbecuing and enjoying the ocean views. The home sits right behind the dunes with a short pathway to the beach, which we traversed many times throughout the week. Everything we needed was provided, even including a lot of kitchen pantry items that most places don’t give you. Plenty of table and counter space for dining and prepping food. Every small kitchen appliance you can imagine! The beds were comfortable too! Although we brought our memory foam pad, we didn’t end up needing it. All in all, it was a wonderfully relaxing week for everyone. Communication with the owner was great and his replies prompt as well. Highly recommend!!

What an awesome family vacation in Rockaway Beach.
The Majestic Dreams home was great. Very comfortable, clean and an excellent location. On the beach and close enough to walk to town.

We stayed here as an extended family group and enjoyed ourselves immensely. The location right on the beach and within walking distance of souvenir shops, grocery store and the commemorative railway was ideal. We made some great memories and Jerry was responsive to our questions and minor issues. We would stay here again for sure.

We really enjoyed staying here but the oven in the kitchen did not work. Our kids loved playing the in sand in the back. The trail to the beach is easy to walk. The kitchen is well stocked with essentials.

This is the second time we stayed in this property. We love the view and the easy access to the beach. Tillamook, Cape Meares, Manzanita, Cannon Beach etc are all easy to get to. This trip we were celebrating our turning 70 and the stairs were a thought for a couple but not a deterrent. I hope we can stay another time or two.

This home is clean and has one of the best views of the ocean from the warmth of the living room. We love this place. It is the perfect size for our family.

This house has an amazing view from the living room, a giant table that seats 8 people, a roomy hot tub, a massive kitchen, and very comfy beds. The kitchen has an ice machine straight out of Tron! It is a short walk to the Pronto Pup, a small grocery store, and Flamingo Jim's. Jerry was available and helpful when we had some trouble getting in the front door. The settings on the upstairs range have worn off and the oven would not get much hotter than 300 degrees. This made cooking a bit difficult at times. However, there were plenty of dishes, cooking and serving implements, and kitchen appliances. We were a little disappointed that neither of the gas fireplaces was functional, but the heat in the house works very well. Overall, Majestic Dreams was great and we look forward to renting it again!

We gathered for thanksgiving with the extended family and this house was perfect for the job. Everything needed was there including some beach toys for the kids. The view is ideal Oregon coast and the little town of Rockaway Beach provides all the traditional coast shops and a market for anything forgotten.

Friends visited from AK & HI. It was a great escape from downtown Portland where I live. We loved the LR wall of windows overlooking the beach and ocean views. The private walking trail from the house to the beach was nice. The covered hotub was clean & the water clear upon arrival. It apparently was a duplex at some point but converted to a single home, so two kitchens! Lots of privacy afforded our group of 7 adults. Upstairs a convenient covered outdoor BBQ area with comfortable seats connected to the main kitchen/living area. Highly recommended & definately will return in the future.

We had just a little hiccup getting into the place. The property owner took care of it in a matter of minutes. This is literally a dream house. Amazing inside and out! The view is worth a million dollars. I would rent it again and again and again. Thank you so much Jerry. Best time ever ❤️

Good size for 14. Loved the 4 bathrooms! Great view of the beach. Big kitchen. The main oven only gets to 325 degrees tho. Not great since we cook a lot. So we had to use the basement stove. The basement kitchen doesn’t have any utensils or dishes or small appliances at all bummer for us no mixer that works in either kitchen. All in all it was a great stay! Would recommend this place with the knowledge of those issues. Loved having the ice maker! Nice sandy beach!

Sailing group reunion
We had 8 adults who came for a 5 day stay at this beautiful home! The view is outstanding and the setting very relaxing for us all to sit and eat and hang together. The silky soft sand right off the deck was the perfect place to sit in the sunshine and play some games. The hot tub was so glorious each morning as I watched the sun come up. The place had everything we needed as was extremely clean. There are a few things that need some TLC to get a 5 star rating and I believe the owner would be wise to fix: The upstairs oven is so worn you cannot read anything on the knobs and the oven would not get up to temp. We had to use the downstairs oven instead. The kitchen faucet upstairs is broken and will not turn off all the way. The 2 shower heads downstairs are not much more than a dribble and one of the toilets downstairs was continually running. BUT... with all that listed it truly did not detract from a beautiful getaway and great time with friends! I would come back again for sure. We added our painted rock to the creative collection and bought some new paints to leave. (Cute idea whoever started that)

Celebrate my birthday
The ocean view was the best!! Access to the beach could use some improvement for older people. The home has lots of stairs. Had a wonderful time! I would rent this home again!!

Milestone Birthday Celebration
3 couples got together to celebrate a 50th and 60th birthday. We had so much fun! The house especially upstairs was adequately portrayed on the website. Two bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs, one of those being bunks for kids which we did not have any kids this trip. There’s also a dining table both upstairs and downstairs and a kitchenette downstairs along with a huge kitchen upstairs.
The deltas were not huge deals and I’m only mentioning as suggestions for the owner.
Need more washcloths for washing faces
Need a laminated instruction card both upstairs and downstairs with all the building information to say the same information that is on all the little posted signs in various places.
It would be helpful to have some maintenance information for the hot tub. My husband figured it out what chemicals to use by having had a hot tub at our own home.
Again we would go back in a heart beat. We’d like to take our whole family with the grandkids sometime. The manager answered his phone when I called with questions and was super professional and courteous.

Family Beach Trip
The house was all it promised in the pictures. Left out was the big sandbox in the back of the house that was perfect for our 3 sub six grandchildren. Plenty of space for the 7 adults and 3 kids. The weather was coast weather - cool at times, but that is the beach! As we were packing up, the group started talking about next year!

Fantastic view
From the street it looks very unassuming but when you step inside the view takes your breath away. Windows everywhere. We spent hours just sitting on the wonderful couches enjoying the ocean, the sky, the sand, and the sunsets.

Amazing home and experience - July 2021
Amazing home with private beach access, best view around, and lots of fun things to do in the area for folks of various ages. This was a perfect home for our two families of four - lots of extra space for us and it could accommodate quite a few more people than we had. Hot tub worked great and the equipment provided for being in the house and for playing at the beach is very comprehensive and thoughtful. It’s two complete living spaces with two bathrooms on each floor. We’ve stayed at various vacation rentals on the Oregon coast over the years and this was our favorite. The view from the main floor (living room and kitchen) is breathtaking and the kitchen and nearby grill setup is awesome. Thanks for a perfect vacation. We hope to come back soon!

The property was excellent. The house was well kept and supplied. The bedrooms were all excellent, especially the master bedroom and shower. The kitchen was great as well. The upstairs living room was perfect with a great view of the ocean. The jacuzzi was wonderful. It was a short walk to the beach, which was a lot of fun and not crowded at all. It was a short walk to many fun shops as well. It was an excellent stay, I highly recommend it. Had a lot of fun.
