We were very pleased with the outcome of this stay at the property. It was spacious and comfortable. The house was in a safe area. We enjoyed the amenities and everyone complimented how nice it was decorated.

I stayed here with my team for a professional boxing match i had in Nashville.The owners were polite and responsive.The property was clean and quite spacious I definitely recommend if your looking for a spacious house to stay in were everyone has breathing room.If I have any future fights in Nashville I plan on booking this spot again if available.

Absolute gorgeous home but our stay turned out to be a disaster. We started out being told that the dishwasher wasn't working. That was fine since we were only going to be there 2 nights and ate out while we were there. Once we got there we realized the upstairs HVAC unit wasn't working. The property manager came by and then called in a HVAC company. They weren't able to fix it. Things break I get it but the only thing we were suggested to do was open the windows and given a report of what the weather should be that night. No offer to buy fans to be used and no offer of a refund (not even a partial refund). At this point, it wasn't even worth mentioning that the upstairs bathroom toilet had problems flushing and one of the bedroom fans didn't even have a chain to turn it on. I honestly felt that we were out of site out of mind to the property owner unless I pushed to talk to someone. Again, it's an absolutely gorgeous house but maintenance really needs to be done to the important things...like the HVAC system.

The decore was country music inspired which really went well to enhance our experience of Nashville. The house was well maintained and very quiet in the evening which allowed us to enjoy sleeping in. There were a couple minor issues that didn’t affect our stay but we let our representatives know so they can be fixed for the next renters. We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay in the house it was perfect for what we needed would definitely book it again.

Close to airport and downtown. Easy to Uber to lots of fun places. Instruments in the house were a fun bonus for those of us that play. Lots of beds, so no need for our group of single adults to share. Quiet neighborhood.

The location was perfect to everything. Very quiet neighborhood. Owner was wonderful. Response was very fast. The kitchen table could be fixed. It was wobbly. We made it work. Would definitely recommend this house.

We enjoyed our stay here! Our family of seven (which includes 5 children) had plenty of space. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was clean. Everyone had a comfortable bed to sleep in and the showers had plenty of hot water and great pressure!

Overall, property did the job it was supposed to - provided somewhere quiet to reside. The property overall was not very clean - found crumbs from past bookings and the dishwasher was not unloaded. The pull out couches in the listing are not functional (you can only feel springs in the “mattress”) and no guest wants to sleep on an air mattress in the living room (air mattresses which we were not told about prior to booking). The location is perfect. I just wish we had a better idea of the sleeping arrangements and the cleaning company did a better job. Renter also requires you to do a lot of the cleaning prior to leaving the property.

Time to update some things, touch up paint, wash rugs, wash shower curtain (mold removal needed), new curtains, (holes, stains), dust vents, just the attention to details missed. At least three smoke detectors were on the floor or shelves in closets. Are they functioning? New art needed in the bathroom, or at least repair the existing, it’s literally falling apart. Shutters in living room need repaired. We loved the space and location. This place has the potential be a gem. Little touches like tissues, dishcloths, dish towels would have been appreciated.

We had a wonderful time. The house we stayed in was very nice and clean and plenty of space for all of my guests. We had a small problem with one of the beds and the owner had it fixed the next day.

Loved the convenience! Water pressure was fantastic! Shower head in the master needs updating. Sofa was almost too comfortable! Love the layout of the house!

Kitchen well equipped but we always bring our own electric fry pan for breakfasts. All spices, bags, paper towels, toweling there ~ less to bring from home. Would have love an extra queen size bed in basement as we had 4 couples and adult children along. Great to have extra refrigerator/kitchen in basement when making meals in the AM. Grill worked great. Firepit a plus on ground level. Bring leave blower if Fall as leaves were all over deck & hard to not track inside. Would like tv in bedrooms to help fall asleep but that is just a wish/want. Great location as we went to multiple areas in Nashville ~ can uber everywhere.

We were a big group of 12 people, 4 different households. The house was nice, clean and in a great neighborhood. We did have a minor hiccup, but we texted them and they resolved it in no time! They were helpful, courteous and wanted to make sure our stay was on point. We did damage one item, replaced it and notified them. Communication is key and we appreciate it very much! Thank you!

This property was excellent for my group which consisted of my hubby and two other couples. We each had our own bathroom. We didn’t do any cooking but if we did there was plenty of space as there are two kitchens. It was over 100 degrees so we didn’t spend a lot of time outside but the property has a nice deck and it’s a quiet neighborhood. We ubered to honky talk highway. If we are back in the area we will consider this property again.

Great experience
Would definitely recommend staying here. Roughly 10 miles from broadway. There is a Dollar General fairly close by. Uber XL back to residence was roughly $60 late at night, which is definitely worth it. Great communication with owner.

Good location, plenty of room
Property was well described, had plenty of room for our group of 10, quiet neighborhood, about 20-30 minutes from most attractions. Minor hiccups with stuff around the house but overall experience was good, would stay here again. The property management team responded very quickly to questions or issues. Only improvement I would recommend is repair to grill (igniter didn't work), extra cleaning under furniture (we found stuff from previous renters), was unable to use the record player (missing cord) and one of the air mattresses did not seem to auto inflate (we adjusted for our stay so did not reach out to owner). Overall, great place in great location. Thanks!

House was perfect!
This property was perfect for our family of 8. The teens took the downstairs portion of the house and gave the adults the main living space. We cooked breakfast every morning and the kitchen was stocked with every pan we needed and included some extra staples such as coffee and sugar had we run out. Beds were very comfortable, showers had great water pressure, games for the kids to enjoy...We even commented that it had everything except a Christmas tree.

Nice house and location
Nice house and location. Could use a little cleaning. Lots of dust on bed frame, fans, and areas. Coffee pot had grounds left in and full of mold.

Family reunion in Nashville
This property is great, two floors and spacious. Plenty of room to spread out. Music room was great and enough games to keep a family busy and entertained. The downstairs living suite was a nice touch.. I would rent this VRBO again when in Nashville

Ladies get-away weekend
This was the perfect house to rent. We had 3 generations celebrating our daughter's up coming wedding, her last Bash in Nash. She and her friends could stay up later in the lower level, while the rest of us could come back to the house and go to bed earlier.
The house has lots of room to spread out and have some smaller conversations. The deck is perfect in the mornings to enjoy your coffee and to visit, while not disturbing those still sleeping.

Family Lake Trip
We had a large family group staying and using the public dock. House was great, only complaint is the amount of parking. We had to leave our boats and some trucks off property due to lack of driveway. This is not ideal for security of boats or vehicles.

Confusing
The outside decks were not clean at all even though it had a grill there was no propane available at all there were signs up on the lowest floor telling us we would have to vacuum wash all the bedding and towels and clean each bathroom after contacting our people of contact found out that was not the case All we had to do was start the dishwasher but we did stress about it we had paid for two nights coming from Gatlinburg into Nashville and our group of nine only stayed one night we felt it was better off that we leave and get on the road and stay at a hotel

Lovely Home
The Trailwood home was lovely and spacious enough for our group. It was a short drive to downtown and the Opry. Check-in and check-out was very smooth. The shower in the master bathroom was dirty. The tv in the master bedroom did not work. Messages to the property contact were not returned. I emailed prior to our visit to inquire about the equipment in the kitchen and never received a response. I sent a message during our stay regarding the tv not working and never heard back. Overall, the house was nice and met our needs for our weekend trip to Nashville.

Awesome!
We had a group of 12 stay here for a Bachelorette party weekend and it was a fantastic stay! It's a beautiful home, all 12 of us felt comfortable with our sleeping arrangements, and everything was ready for us. Prior to the trip, the owner was extremely quick to respond to any question I had. We loved the area of town as well. We got the quiet of the suburbs but also the short commute to the popular areas (Downtown, the Gulch) when we wanted to go out. It was a wonderful weekend all in all.

Things that should have been done before renting
clean spider webs from porch ,paint door where new lock is, clean stair, there in entry way also repair holes and nicks in stairs, bathroom shower heads in both showers should be replaced,there is mold in the master bathroom shower and the showerhead in m/b could not be turned --you either had cold water or hot water, also in m/b toilet, there were also holes in the wall and torn shade in m/b . Now for the outside, neither deck could be used because there was a ton of leaves on them , there was a
vine growing over the table on the lower deck so it was not useable. I can say the floor and the countertops were clean
