Di lusso di recente decorate in Sud condominio stile 3 camere da letto in Villa Esperanza. Letto king-size di lusso nella camera da letto principale, letto matrimoniale nella seconda camera, due letti singoli nella terza camera da letto e divano letto nel soggiorno. Comunità Gated minuti dalla storica Old Mesilla. palestra e piscina. I padroni di casa Ana e Pistola si prendono cura dei nostri ospiti come se fossero di famiglia, con grande calore e amicizia. Las Cruces holiday
Awesome property. Perfect location and very clean and well appointed condo. Pool was a real plus as it was very hot during our stay.
Enjoyed exploring Mesilla, Organ Mts. and Farmers market in town..
We would highly recommend the condo and its location. We really enjoyed our visit.

Excellent property!
Pictures don’t do justice. The space is comfortable and clean. Although it was too cold to use the pool, it was a beautiful space as well. Ana was very responsive to us with any questions we had, and the welcome bottle of wine was a nice touch. Minutes to Old Mesilla, and the winery next door was also convenient with great food. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in town!

Wonderful stay and location
We enjoyed the property and location. We could walk to everything in town. The manager was very accessible if we had questions. The other folks in the condo complex were friendly. Even though it was chilly, we enjoyed sitting out by the pool. We would def return!

Master bed is comfortable and they had nice linens for use. Inside is nicely decorated and roomy. Enjoyed White Sands, Cloudcroft snow tubing, downtown Mesilla for dinners and even went to the outlet mall in El Paso. Already planning another trip for 2020! Thanks for a great experience.

Family Vacation
Met my inlaws in New Mexico for the new year. They live in Vegas and we live in Houston, Las Cruces is meeting in the middle! Condo was just as listed, it was very nice and clean. Master bed is comfortable and they had nice linens for use. Inside is nicely decorated and roomy. Enjoyed White Sands, Cloudcroft snow tubing, downtown Mesilla for dinners and even went to the outlet mall in El Paso. Already planning another trip for 2020! Thanks for a great experience.

Our second time at this lovely property in Las Cruces. Such a wonderful spot to be close to family, yet have our own space - and we love being waking distance to Mesilla!
Perfect and comfortable for my family of 5, comfy beds, stocked kitchen, nice bathrooms. This will always be our first choice on return trips to NM!

My family and I rented the condo for 3 nights during Move In day for NMSU students. The condo was just as expected. Very clean, great location on the first floor, and had all the necessities. Beautifully decorated and spacious. Close to Old Mesilla and restaurants. Minutes to NMSU. We will stay here again.

Clean and Convenient
We enjoyed our stay here. It was spacious, clean and convenient to everything! The only thing we couldn’t figure out was how to watch regular tv, but we were so busy we didn’t really have time to watch much of anything. We have already recommended it to some relatives in the area who might have guests come to town.

A Fabulous Stay
I want to thank Ana for providing such a lovely place to host my dear friends. The property is beautiful and what people we did see, were very friendly. The condo is beautifully furnished and had all the amenities that really seemed like home. The condo is located in such an area that made all of our destinations very simple and short. The pool is wonderful and the grounds are spectacular! It was nice to have a local contact if we were in need of anything. Ana made herself available 27/7.

Perfect spot in Mesilla
I had been in Las Cruces for a month for work, and my family came out to visit for the last week I was there. This condo was way better than my extended stay hotel, that's for sure! Very welcoming from the moment we walked in the door. One of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in in my entire life. It's in a great location within walking distance of some of my favorite restaurants in the area (~.5 mile in both directions). It's right near to parking, so you don't have to worry about lugging luggage far, and the pool is right out the back door. The kids absolutely loved it.
You're just about an hour from White Sands National Monument, which is a must every time I'm out that way. I recommend horseback riding in Ruidoso as well.
Pro tip: There were only 5 towels there and 6 of us, so bring a few extra if you can, especially if you're going to use the pool.

Best place to stay
The condo was perfect proximity to the college. Very clean and roomy for 6 people. The parking and pool were very convenient. We will definitely stay here again and already booked for another stay. Highly recommend!

We stayed here for a family reunion. We had a wonderful time. We loved white sands and the pool. The location was perfect, easy to find & 2 minutes from Walmart.

Perfect!!! Beautiful oasis ❤️
We stayed at this lovely condo for our daughter graduation from NMSU. Our family of 7 was comfortable in every way. The house is nicely laid out with two of the bedrooms down the hall with additional privacy in a large family. The teens enjoyed the pool which was right outside the door so we could keep and eye on everyone. My husband and I woke up and enjoyed coffee to the sound of the white wing doves playing in the palm trees. We walked down to Mesilla and enjoyed the little shops- All right down the street. This is a locked and gated community and we felt safe enough to leave the kids one evening to have a delightful dinner together. Close to NMSU and everything you need. Safe and lovely. We would come back!

Perfect
We were in town for a family reunion and a wedding. At the very last minute (i.e. the day of) our host cancelled our booking that we had made back in December! Frantic, I found this place and sent a request to Ana. Luckily, she responded promptly and we were saved. Ana was both charming and professional. The three bedrooms were well appointed and very well maintained. Not only was the property clean and comfortable, the location was ideal. We could even walk to the shops and restaurants in Old Mesilla! What luck we had getting this place. We visit Las Cruces on a regular basis and I really hope we get the change to be guests of Ana's again and again.
