Stayed only for one night. Even though I asked for a non smoking room, the front office guy told me there weren’t rooms available, only one for smokers, but it didn’t smelled bad at all. Safe to say, The room smelled terrible ( cigarettes and pot). The bathroom was dirty and stained. Breakfast was basic, not terrible but could be worse.

Whirlpool in room and at pool didn’t work. I was looking forward to either working.

Housekeeping is a huge issue here. When we checked in we were given a dirty room. The front desk staff immediately given another room. At the end of the next day we reported our room had not been made up 0 e were given clean towels. At the end of the day after that, we reported our room had not been made up. We were informed rooms were only serviced every other day. There is no signage indicating that. We were grudgingly given clean towels. So, don't do housekeeping the service of putting your wet towels on the floor unless you are willing to deal with unpleasant front desk staff for dry ones.

I Checked in around 3:30 but was in and out of my room until about 10:30 pm and went straight to bed. About an hour later we woke up feeling itchy and getting bit by something. That's when we noticed there were tiny bugs on the ceiling about the lamps, on our beds and on some of the walls and floor. I felt completely uncomfortable there and didn't want my son to be in those conditions either, so we packed up our stuff and went to the office to check out. They refused to refund me because we had been there for longer than 15 min and said my $100 deposit would be released the next day. So I was out $190 and ended up sleeping in my car because I didn't have the money to get a room at another hotel. After contacting Expedia they still refused to refund me the cost of the room because I had checked hours earlier. Since the $100 is still being held on my card I can't afford to get a room for tonight. I can't believe how unwilling they were to make things right and left me in such a bad situation sleeping in my car and with a kiddo.

I don’t like because I didn’t get a receipt for my stay,I didn’t have a problem before about get a receipt and is not a quality like the name says.

All of the bed sheets were stained and soiled along with the towels. The walls around the toilet were covered in urine. DISGUSTING! the security latch on the door kept opening too. unsafe and dirty. i left and went to another property. im hoping for a refund.

bathroom sink was stopped up and toilet would keep running, had to mess with handle to get it to stop. checked in at 8pm, room was so hot it took 2 hours to get it to cool down.

Room was dirty beds were not made bed bugs dirty behind night stand like they have never cleaned behind it no liner for the ice bucket. Manager was extremly rude and very mean to females the ladys working also in the office are also very rude. Will say the room is one price and then charges your credit card way more than what he says the room is he charged my card 4 different times. When only staying 1 night breakfast is not worth it.

The hotel staff was absolutely amazing! From day one they were kind and helpful. Every time we needed something They were quick to respond. The property was very well lit and they looked out for our vehicles. My daughter and I stayed four days while we waited for her apartment, we felt very much at home!

Please check you bank statements or get a receipt when you get there and as you leave. I noticed the hotel made 2 difference charges that weren't authorized.

My check-in was excellent at the front desk. I didn’t get to look around because I booked this to conk out after my 10 hour drive from San Diego and 10 more hours each of the next two days. I am grateful for places like this to stay. I felt safe, it was clean and parked my car where I could keep an eye on it.

The front desk woman was great. The room was everything we needed.

Staff and management was pleasant. Room was clean. A little older but everything worked and looked well kept. Quiet and convenient location. Felt welcome and safe. They take pride in the room/hotel. Nice.

Family run … Young people, (Perhaps the children, although not children) that were very polite and helpful. The pool looks beautiful, even though it is small, very well maintained.
