Romar Tower è un prestigioso complesso con una vista diretta libera sulla bellissima spiaggia bianca. La caratteristica più eccezionale di questo lussuoso attico è la grande area salotto nella camera da letto principale che funge da seconda zona giorno con divano, poltrona reclinabile e porta scorrevole che si apre sul balcone. L'unità è stata recentemente ristrutturata e decorata professionalmente con tutti i ripiani in granito, tutti i nuovi mobili, nuovi impianti di illuminazione / idraulici, nuovi tendaggi, nuovo vetro in tutte le porte e finestre, vernice e la maggior parte dei mobili. Può ospitare 6 persone con un letto matrimoniale nel master, una regina nella camera degli ospiti e un divano letto matrimoniale nel soggiorno. Troverai una cucina gourmet dotata di tutto il necessario e un'ampia area salotto per i pasti al tavolo per sei e un bar per la colazione. Altre caratteristiche includono wet bar, 3 TV a schermo piatto, wifi, lavanderia impilata, cabina armadio, rubinetto unico per il risciacquo dei piedi, dispensa e ampio balcone.
La bassa densità (35 unità) con solo quattro unità su ogni piano e area di carico coperta, rendono questo complesso uno dei luoghi più convenienti sulla spiaggia. Altri servizi includono: ingresso stagionale custodito di sicurezza, area barbecue bar-b-que, ampio gazebo illuminato, piscina all'aperto (lato spiaggia) con ampie zone prendisole, breve passerella sulla spiaggia e comodo smaltimento dei rifiuti vicino alla porta.

This place has everything you need in a vacation rental. We loved the location, the small size of the complex & proximity to the beach! Our family will try to rent this again in coming years!! The only negative is the huge complex next door with a lot of noisy kids & families in the water park.

The condos master bath needs updated. Also need more towels, wash clothes, and kitchen towels.

It has a great view, not crowded, clean beach, easy access. I would recommend this place to my friends and love to stay again. Only issue was Master bedroom had sour smell that we couldn't get rid of, but all in all it was great vacation can't wait to do it again.

The condo was just as advertised. Great ocean views, steps from the beach. Convenient elevator. Furnishings were very nice and the beds were comfortable. Ckose to shopping, groceries and restaurants, but due to busy traffic, it's not really walkable. It would be nice if beach chairs and towels were included for those who fly in vs. driving. Overall a freat pla e to stay!

We always stay at romar tower, but we love this specific condo. The owner is kind, makes the process easy, and it’s stress free. I will continue ti stay at this condo for years to come.

I’ve stayed here the last 3-4 years. Always a good time. If any problems arise Jason is always available to get it fixed. If we as guests don’t say something, then he doesn’t know something needs to be fixed. Thank you for a great vacation rental!!!

Clean condo and great beach. Smaller complex means less crowded beach. A huge complex is next door and the beach in front of it was jammed packed.
Jason and Milton are awesome. We checked out and were 3 hrs down the road and my wife panicked because she left her wedding ring on the dresser. We messaged.Milton thru VRBO and he called within 5 min. Within 20 min he had somebody over to pick up the ring. Jason shipped it home the next day. Thanks guys!!

This was an amazing location with great views. With young children, being right on the beach makes it so much easier. We bounced back from the beach to the pool several times. The beach was beautiful and clean. One early morning I was able to see several dolphins swimming close to shore. Make sure to keep the humidifier going all the time or else the floors get really slippery. It was a short drive to several restaurants. The owners responded quickly with any questions I had and prepared us with all necessary info regarding check in. We will absolutely be back again!

It’s no better (or worse) than most places in the area. The owners were very nice and always responded in a timely manner.
The place was not very clean. I know they have “quick” turnovers this time of year, but it hadn’t been cleaned well recently. Doors and walls are kind of gross. We did not tell the owners. I’m sure they would have reacted, so in fairness to them, I only docked a star. I hate docking a star, but it just wasn’t very clean and that’s important with a baby!
We loved the location! The building is smaller, so fewer people was nice. It was quite, great view and large master were nice as well.

My husband and I needed to get away and rest, and this was the perfect place for that.

The condo is advertised as a luxurious Penthouse. It is on the top floor, but I would by no means call it luxurious. It is an average beach rental. The bedroom TV had to have a usb cable replaced in order for the tv to work, but a technician was there within the hour of calling. We had a good stay.

This property was an ideal stay for our family. Great views and property beach acess is really close to the ocean; no need to walk a large distance. We hope to be back again!

Just wish the weather would have been better but I enjoyed it anyway. Got a chance to check out some of the shops around there. Loved it. Looking forward to returning again. SOON!!!!!

This was the 2nd year we stayed at this property and just like the 1st we had no issues at all. The property is very clean and well stocked. The property owner is very responsive and will quickly handle any issue that may arise.
