This is the perfect spot in this town for a long weekend and it is hard to find a rental with all king beds, and they are all comfortable. Good communication with property manager. Highly recommend.

Nelda and Jim were great hosts. The house was well stocked and the bedrooms very comfortable. We walked to and from Wurstfest which was about 1 mile. Highly recommend.

3 friends and I stayed here for a long weekend in New Braunfels, and this place was fantastic. It was spacious, and the furnishings are very comfortable. It is a perfect location if you're floating the river, going to Schlitterbahn, or headed to the Comal County Fairgrounds. It is also close to all the shopping and food in "downtown" New Braunfels. The house was clean and tidy, and the beds are very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Right across the street from the park, great house & great location

3 couples stayed at this property during our trip to the area. Plenty of room for 6 adults! We enjoyed that each couple had a comfortable King size bed and private bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked with all the basic supplies we needed. The backyard was lovely and perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. We saw deer in the front yard every evening... Right in town! That speaks to how peaceful the area is. We walked to the river to float. The house has great proximity to Schlitterbahn and to Float In. It was easy to get an Uber each night for a short drive to Gruene, which I highly recommend for dinner and live music. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and were very pleased with the cleanliness and comfort of this home. Nelda was a joy to communicate with as well. Highly recommend this property!! Excellent!!

So many good things to say! Everything is clean and comfortable, including the beds! The kitchen is well equipped and the table is great for board game night. The host is responsive and gives plenty details to enjoy our stay. I highly recommend this for a family or couples get away.

As soon as you walk in you feel like your at home. This home is located just a few short blocks from the river we floated which was super convenient. As well as to being super kind, our host was very thorough on her instructions on check in and checking out. (I'm new to this). As she recommended, parking in the back is alot easier. This is where we decided to park the whole time.

This was the perfect house for us! Our 30+ year old sons really appreciated the comfy king sized beds, and the ceiling fans kept us all cool and comfortable. The location of the house was close to everywhere we wanted to go : Schlitterbahn, Gruene, downtown. Nelda, our host, was gracious and accommodating, and responded to our communications very quickly. Drinking morning coffee with our sons in the shady back yard, and having family game night around the kitchen table all contributed to making treasured memories at this cute, cozy house.

The location and the house were awesome. Nelda was great during the whole process and we had such a great time. Will definitely be coming back to visit soon! The house was clean, check-in/out process was simple, and the beds were SO COMFY. Thanks Nelda!!

Great weekend and a great stay! Had total of 3 couples staying and everyone enjoyed it. House was clean and well supplied. Backyard was perfect to sit out and enjoy the morning (evening would be good too). Communication with Nelda was easy and responses were always quick. Definitely stay here again!

This is an adorable home in a great location for the river, whitewater amphitheater or Schlitterbahn. The house is great and three bedrooms with king beds is hard to find! Nelda is a fantastic host, you will not be disappointed!

Host is responsive and friendly. Location is perfect with multiple HEBs nearby, and floating the Comal is less than a 1/2 mile away.Home is clean and as described. 3 King beds is great.Supplies are well stocked in terms of small kitchen appliances, paper towels, toilet paper and utensils. No bath toiletries but that shouldn't be expected in my opinion - really just FYI so you pack your own stuff as you should. Wifi works great and parking is easy. We cannot wait to return here for our next float! Thank you for having us.
