This rental is a dream come true for a family, or even friends joining in! Location is great and when we had any questions about the check in process we had a quick response. I would highly recommend this place!! Our family plans on going again, very soon!

Excellent property very close to beach. Very clean, excellent accommodations, property had everything we needed in the home. Parking was easy, great internet and communication was good from the beginning.

This was a great place to stay! It is walking distance to Oceanside pier and shopping/food. We stayed in unit A and it was spacious and clean. Rooftop was enjoyable. Beds were comfortable. Laundry in unit was super convenient. Big soaking bath in master was amazing to relax in. Very secure unit with indoor parking under unit. We would love to stay again!

This beautiful townhouse is perfectly located for the beach, stores, restaurants, and the highway. Most days we left the car in the garage and walked to the farmer's market, just 2 blocks away, and the twilight market, just 3 blocks away. So many close restaurants to choose from in close proximity as well. I would recommend this property to anyone. Clean, beautiful, and the rooftop deck! The bathrooms are gorgeous!

We flew into San Diego on the day Hurricane Hilary hit SoCal. Knowing this, I communicated with the owners about flashlights and potential flexibility of stay. They responded to all questions/concerns right away, which helped with my anxiety of arriving on the day a tropical storm. The condo is divided into 3 units. The garage is a 2 stall, but it was a tight fit to enter and exit with our rental mini van. It would be very challenging to park 2 cars in there though. The bedrooms and bathrooms were great. They provided some basic toiletries, which came in handy for sure! They had liquid hand soap and dish soap, which is nice when traveling with young children. The washer and dryer were conveniently next to the bedrooms. There were plenty of pots and pans for using to cook meals. Our boys were so tired from our daily adventures and beach days that we had all breakfasts and 5/7 dinners at the condo. The location was great. It was a little bit of a walk with our 5 year old when coming back from the beach or dinner when he was tired, but our 9 year old made no complaints. They provided a wagon, cooler, beach chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards and a bucket for sand play. We really enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay there again!

Once we figured out how to get in everything else was great! The check-in process was a little confusing for us...maybe it was TOO easy?? The house was very clean and comfortable. We loved that there was a baby gate so we could contain the little ones to which ever floor we were on. We would totally recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in Oceanside.

My family and I had an amazing stay at this property in Oceanside. It was so clean and beautiful on the inside and had a great deck to see the ocean and even Mountain View’s. It was so close to shopping and restaurants which made the stay even more amazing. We will definitely be back to this property in the future!

We loved our stay! The house was very clean!!! We had 2 families staying (4 adults 4 kids) We will definitely be staying again.

We loved staying In the condo. The location is ideal, with lots of local businesses within walking distance. The beach is incredibly close, and there’s a long walk along the beach that the whole family enjoyed. Very nicely laid out and equipped. We would definitely stay here again.

We were a multi-generational fit group and enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would mention is that the roof dining area is not private (you share with renters in other units). It wasn't a problem for us because the weather did not allow for outside dining.

Traveled with my sister and her family for nephew's graduation from MCRD (near San Diego Airport). Travel to/from this property in Oceanside was very easy with a few traffic delays due to weather / heavy traffic. Finding the location was also easy; just took a bit to figure out the access via the garage entrance which isn't immediately obvious from the front entrance. Instructions were provided in detail and after reviewing more closely, we figured it out and appreciated the extra security! The home was beautiful, cleaned and well maintained. We ended up traveling only with 6 rather than 8 which better suited the 3 bedrooms. There is a pull-out sofa in the living room area and am sure would be fine for the late nighters/early risers as the space is an open concept adjacent to the dining/kitchen area. The rooftop access was nice with some very pretty views, and space to lounge in the sun. It was unusually cooler for end of Feb but being from MN / WI where they got 15-20" of snow the week we stayed, we didn't take it for granted! Original communication (to confirm the reservation and request a pack-n-play for my niece's 2-month old) with the manager was delayed a bit but she did acknowledge and was very accommodating once we connected. Oceanside is a very beautiful community and the property is within walking distance of the ocean, a variety of restaurants, and many other shops and theaters. We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again :D

This was a great home for our family to gather and spend some fun nights either playing cards on the roof top patio or board games at the kitchen table. The location was great and gave the out of towner’s a chance to feel the Oceanside vibe.

In town for a long weekend and the property worked out great for my group of buddies. Lots of stairs but loved the option of the rooftop patio and the place was spotless. Great option of having the garage so no cars were parked on the street as well. Definitely recommend and hope to be able to stay there again next year for the annual trip.

So many sunsets and walks to the beach. Great restaurants and an awesome atmosphere. Oceanside is unreal and we will be back. The house was quit and cozy and we all loved it. Plenty of room for all 5 of us and the master bedroom was the best. The roof top was amazing. Thank you.

Great location and had a wonderful time

The property is very well located in Oceanside. An easy walk to the beach, pier and harbor areas. Three issues we encountered. First, two messages via the VRBO system to the owner/manager went unanswered. The first note, a few weeks prior, was to inquire if they had a pack-n-play and/or a high chair for an infant. Since there was no answer we had to find then and it turns out one PnP was in the unit. The second note was regarding the parking in the garage. As designed it is a very tight fit and I simply inquired if we could park in front of our designated garage door. Again, no response. The other information that should be included is that if the party has small children/infants there are many stairs with no baby gates provided. I suggest the owner invest in at least one gate for the main level as this is a hazard for any family with infants. Third, and this is relatively minor, the kitchen should be better outfitted. For a property advertising that it sleeps 6+ there were all of 2 mis-matched wine glasses (as example). Overall it is a nice property and we enjoyed our stay. However, good communication and some simple upgrades inside the unit would make for much better first impressions.

Enjoyed this beautiful townhouse! It was spacious and comfortable for our group of 7. We loved the upper deck with grill and picnic table/umbrella. The kids enjoyed the boogie boards and beach toys provided.

Beautiful, clean, spacious and close to the beach! I have a family of 6 with two school aged kids and two teens and EVERYONE had a blast! The bikes and biggie boards were a huge plus. We will definitely stay here again!

Clean and spacious with a rooftop. The location is central with about a 10 minute walk to the water. Overall it was a great vacation with our adult kids.
