Se non hai mai visitato le splendide spiagge dell'Alabama, sei pronto per una sorpresa !! La nostra zona ha molto da offrire. Premiati ristoranti, golf, shopping, parchi acquatici, sale giochi, zoo, pesca, canottaggio, crociere con i delfini, vela, parasailing, snorkeling, jet ski, sci d'acqua, festival di musica e arte, danze, tramonti mozzafiato o semplicemente sdraiati sulla spiaggia , prendere il sole e respirare aria salata. They made everything easy on us and it was a great location! My family had a great time. This is where I would stay again should I ever come back to Orange Beach.

The condo was perfect for our family of 5. The kids loved the bunk beds in the hallway and the pool. The view from the balcony was perfect! I also like that it’s a smaller condo complex so it wasn’t overly crowded and neither was the private beach. You could also rent beach chairs and umbrellas from the person sitting down by the beach, it’s an all day rental from 8am until about 5pm. My only complaint is the king sized bed in the bedroom was very uncomfortable and the bedroom could also use blackout curtains because the light from the hallway outside the until is bright all night. Other than that, it was perfect and I would definitely stay there again!!

We brought a 2 and 3 year old to stay, and it was perfect. There was a beautiful view, and the beach was very easy to get to. The pools were wonderful too. We will be back!

Our first impression was terrible. There were a group of teenagers cleaning the condo as we were coming in. The floors were wet but nothing smelled clean. It had a terrible musty smell throughout the entire place and you couldn’t smell a trace of any cleaning agent. Considering they just cleaned … you should be able to smell something. (The terrible smell stayed the entire time. Possibly from mold is what I am assuming. You could see it on the vents.)
The bedroom had a pink stain on the sheets and didn’t smell clean at all. We also found a load of laundry in the drier that had all bed stuff that was still wet. We are almost certain they never changed the bed stuff out.
The balcony door did not lock. If you have small children BEWARE.
The location was very convenient. The overall appearance of the condo was nice. The beach was perfect and the amenities were well kept. (Gym, pools, etc).
You have to provide your own dish soap and toilet paper. Just a heads up!

I had to get someone else to let me in the gate and then talked with security guard who got me info to call the condo's owner.
Also, a lot of people who book condos are older and are not able to climb stairs. The elevators were out two days while is was there for four days. Very unacceptable.

This was a perfect, small condo for our family (2 adults, 3 kids). Beds were very comfortable with the exception of the couch bed. Our 14 year old son ended up squeezing into one of the small bunks with his little brother.
The view was fantastic and the reason we choose to stay here. We saw dolphins twice from the balcony.
The area was really nice. Less crowded and hectic than Gulf Shores but still lovely and had lots to offer. It was wonderful to be able to walk to the beach every day.

Not a bad place to stay. Location was good. The entire building could use a face lift. Our bathroom sink was slow to drain, bedroom door didnt lock. The condo had a bit of a musty smell, it can hold six people but only has one small dresser and the floor could have been a little cleaner. Again; it was a good little condo with just minor issues.

This condo is even better than it looks in pictures, it was a beautiful beach spot and wasn’t too crowded on the beach. We had an amazing time and I’ll definitely be booking here again!

This unit was very clean and we’ll taken care of. Right off the elevator few steps to door. Elevators were fast never had to wait long unlike other condos we have stayed at. Would definitely recommend this unit. Owner very friendly and helped with any questions. Definitely a five star!!

My sister and I had a wonderful time at Orange Beach. We loved the view of the beautiful beach. We enjoyed eating at a different restaurant each night tasting their great food. The owner was available if we needed him. Over all we had a GREAT vacation.

Everything was absolutely amazing we thoroughly enjoyed every part from the time we spoke with property Manager until the time we left everything in the condo was absolutely beautiful and the scene from our balcony was extraordinary , we will be back

There was sand in the bed, no top sheet, sand and chip crumbs everywhere, kiss prints (gross) and smudges on the glass, and food in the fridge. The lack of storage was also very disappointing. There was nowhere to put our luggage, nowhere to store our toiletries, and only one nightstand, with very little room to get to the other side of the bed.

We were very impressed with the quick responses from the property owner. The condo was exactly as pictured. It was perfect for our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids). We will definitely be back!

Perfect place for families!
Our family was extremely happy with this condo on the beach. It was perfect for us and was conveniently located; everything you would need was minutes away! We were able to see dolphins play each in morning on the balcony which was a cherry on top of this already cute place. My family will be looking forward to staying here again!

We enjoyed our stay and the fabulous food and beautiful beaches! We found the condo comfortable and it had almost everything we needed. Here’s just a few of the things we would have changed.
No lounge chairs on the balcony as shown in photos. We enjoy reading on the balcony and we’re excited to see the lounge chairs in the pictures. However upon arrival there was not any…only a standard table and 4 chairs. We could never get any hot (or even warm) water in the kitchen sink. We adjusted the faucet to every setting and let it run continuously for several minutes but never got the temperature to change. Bathroom hot water was fine. There was only 1 partial roll of toilet tissue - NO extra! Cleaning crew should check/clean throughly.
Previous renters printed instructions were left on top of refrigerator. We also found the TV hard to figure out/how to use it.
There was no light in oven or over stove/under microwave! These are all minor things but feel that they should be addressed. We would not hesitate to return because overall the trip was a great one!

This was the perfect condo for our anniversary getaway! Very clean and updated. Close to restaurants, Walmart and Publix. Easy check in and check out. Beautiful views from the balcony! Will definitely be back!
