Entrambi i condomini si affacciano sul bellissimo fiume Guadalupe vicino alla convergenza di Guadalupe e Comal. Insieme questi condomini offre 4 camere da letto e 4 bagni. Tutti insieme ci sono due master suite con letti king in ciascuna, una camera da letto con un letto king size, e l'altra con una camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale e due divani letto queen size. The units were not clean. One smelled when we walked in called management and they never follow up or bothered to check in with me. Carpets were gross and sheets did not seem clean. Great location and nice pool area

The two connecting units we rented were great. plenty of room for everyone in our group. The pool and spa was used every night. Folks fished the creek in the back. Many local tubing spots. We didn't know the elevator was there when we first checked in, discovered it later.

Overall, it is a good fit for our group of 8 friends for Wurstfest. I liked that each bedroom had a private bathroom. Plenty of space. Good communication with company. The complex is aging but not a need to be very aware of the complex rules.

We rented tow condos for our adult family. Very clean and great beds! The ac works awesome too. The pool and hot tub is a fabulous feature. We grilled our back as well. The pictures were a little misleading. We thought we would be staying right on the river. Although it is a pretty short walk from the condo(which was still nice) but the view you see here is when you walk down to the river. Also great communication and easy check in.

Our three families stayed in adjoining 2BR/2Bath condos. These condos are down the street from Schlitterban and close to tube rentals and Gruene Hall. Both condos were stocked with whatever was needed for meals prep. The two pools are shaded in late afternoon hours making pool time very comfortable and enjoyable.
We plan to stay here again. Rates pretty high on our favorite vacation sites. Thanks to the owners and management company.

We have stayed in this unit several times. It is two condos that connect, so it works out well for our party of 8. Each couple has their own bed/bathroom. And there's two lounge areas...great for Football Saturday! We love having access to the pool and river, as well as location to local restaurants and a short drive to Gruene. The condo's are clean, well equipped and comfortable. The only suggestion would be to replace the carpets. It seems time:)! We would stay again.

We were in New Braunfels for a show at Gruene Hall. Very convenient, nice property with a great outdoor pool and two hot tubs. We had a great time and definitely can strongly recommend this property. The New Braunfels Escapes (NBE) people are awesome with excellent and very prompt communication.

Enjoyed a relaxing weekend with the grands, nieces and nephews playing in the river and pool. This spot allowed the kids to play in the water safely and even let them ride the tube down a little rapids. They loved it! Wasn't crowded at all.

Lovely condo on the river
We rented both condos to have 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. We were pleasantly surprised to find that there was an interior door that could be opened to connect the two units. We had 9 adults and there was plenty of space for everyone. Great location.

Group of family and friends had a blast, perfect location to relax, make memories. Short distance to tubing rental, downtown and stores. This is our 2nd yr coming here and many more yrs to come.

There is an older lady who lives at the property below who called to report that we were being too loud at 2 pm. We had a group of 10 so it was pretty inconvenient to have to be quiet in the middle of the day.

We had an amazing weekend at the “Chateau on the River”! This is the perfect spot for four couples to get together! We all had privacy but also plenty of room to be together. The pool on site is very nice and having river access was great as well. Perfect location too...a short drive to the store or a short Uber/Lyft ride into town for dinner and drinks. We also used the company they suggested for our river trip and loved the convenience of them coming to pick us up! All in all, a great experience! We would definitely stay here again!

The description and photos were accurate, the property was clean and well maintained. New Braunfels Escapes gave great customer service and helped us with special parking we needed for an antique car. We had plenty of space and plenty of comfortable beds. Great Location
Easy check in , ac wasn’t working from 4 pm -9 pm on first day , called around 5 and ac crew came out around 8 pm , only other issue we had was smell coming from garbage disposal, which wasn’t working , nice location, close to everything .

Nice place to relax
It was easy to book but conflicting messages with check in : send IDs for no contact check in and I ended up being made to go in anyway. My husband had to follow us from work and no consideration was given to my request to accommodate another car when there were so many spots in the property. Instead they made me drive all the way back to their office to park our car. Ask for an extra charge maybe for next time? Those were the hassles but in all, the place was clean, pics match what you find your condo, quiet except for the sounds of happy children and renters and the water was refreshing.

Our stay was good except for a few disappointing happenings. Our group takes 2 or 3 units totaling 20 people. 1. The pool was green and needed to be cleaned. 2. We had visitors as we usually do and 2 of our groups cars were to towed away even though they parked in proper spots. So not sure we will be back to Water Wheel in the future.

This property accommodations were awesome! There was 9 of us and we had plenty of room. The beds were very comfortable. We even used one of the sleeper sofas and it was comfortable as well. Plenty of blankets and pillows. The river was a little low but we still enjoyed

It was a perfect fit for our family with 4 nice sized bedrooms with baths. It was clean and great location. There was however quite a bit of noise late at night and the only recourse is to go hunt down a security guard which is not practical at midnight. It would be nice if you could just call them. Also the WiFi didn’t work. He came out to fix it and it worked for a minute. Not a big deal but could be for some people

This condo was great. Located in a central location near town. One complaint was the guests at the pool. Every time we took the kids down to the pool, it was torally occupied by adults, listening to music and drinking adult beverages. They did not move and give a space for the kids to play. At one time they were all sitting in the shallow end and would not move to let the toddlers play. Also the condos were great but the condition of the cookware was poor. They need to invest in some new pots and pans.

The staff at New Braunfels Escapes couldn't be more pleasant to work with. Our check in went smoothly and the vacation was off to a great start... we realized into the first evening that the AC in one of the units was bot cooling so we called and they sent a repair man within the hour. The unit never really worked that well... but it cooled at night so that was our biggest concern as we were out and about for most of the day anyway. The location is very convenient and the apartments were both nice. We would definitely book again.

This place was beautiful! pulling up at night, it looks like a plain apartment building, once we got in our joining rooms, amazing!! We had plans to keep it simple and order pizza after floating all day, but once we saw the grounds, picnic tables, pool and hot tubs.....our plans changed to grilling out and playing football in the amazing grass. Waking up each morning and walking down to the river to sip coffee and watch the deer roaming....such an amazing place and experience. We will definitely be back to this location!!
