Wow, è quello che dirai, quando camminerai in questo condominio di nuova costruzione, sul golfo anteriore. La maggior parte dei mobili è nuova! Anche le lenzuola sono tutte nuove. Ha un re nel padrone, una regina e due gemelli, perfetti per una famiglia numerosa. La sala e la zona giorno principale sono tutte piastrellate ..... Questo è un condominio molto spazioso, i soffitti sono alti 9 piedi !! Abbiamo appena installato tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile. Super bello !!!
Un altro fantastico vantaggio è il parcheggio coperto, privato, solo per te! Non tutte le unità vengono con questo lusso, è sicuramente, un po 'sopra le altre unità quando si tratta di provvedere a tutti i tuoi desideri e bisogni. Anche il soggiorno e la camera da letto principale hanno entrambe le connessioni Internet e accesso alle app web. Ad esempio, Facebook, Netflix e Hulu per l'intrattenimento online istantaneo! Condominio super aggiornato per le tue vacanze. Abbiamo cercato di non lasciare nulla ........
Potrete godervi il vostro ingresso sul balcone dal maestro attraverso le porte scorrevoli in vetro, che sono anche nuove. Come puoi vedere dalle foto, il tuo padrone è davvero romantico, dalle lenzuola sul letto, ai pannelli di seta indiana, alla pelliccia sintetica e alla luce perfetta.
Inoltre, la camera da letto con i letti gemelli, come potete vedere, è stata progettata per essere goduta dagli adulti, così come i bambini, ancora una volta, lusso inaspettato .......... Quindi se è un viaggio per ragazze, viaggio di pesca per uomo, o semplicemente vacanza, hai una camera con tv, letti gemelli che sono dotati di biancheria di lusso e non solo per i bambini ......
La camera da letto matrimoniale ha di nuovo un design fantastico, ha un colore molto ricco con pannelli di tende di lino ..... È collegato al secondo bagno, che è bello.
Questo complesso, è uno dei migliori in spiaggia arancione, ha entrata controllata sicura, hall enorme, un sacco di servizi, una lobby motore coperto e un sacco di ascensori.
Questo condominio si trova all'11 ° piano, i panorami sono folle. Ci piacerebbe averti, il tuo check-in è semplicissimo ... Con piacevoli sorprese sul bancone .... Salveremo un posto per le dita dei piedi nella sabbia in una bella spiaggia arancione, Alabama !!!!!

The condo was awesome. The only problems we had was the sliding door was extremely hard to open and close. Also the commode in the master bedroom continuously ran. Overall our vacation was great!!

My family stayed here for a birthday weekend getaway. The view is gorgeous and the condo is very comfortable for family and has everything needed. Would love to stay here again. We were sad to go home.

This condo had everything my family of 5 needed. It was spacious, comfortable, and cozy with beautiful views of the Gulf. My 8 and 6 year olds even requested to stay here again next year when we come back to OBA!

We stayed for a weekend to attend a concert at The Wharf amphitheater. Location was great. Beach is beautiful. Covered parking spot was nice to keep the car cooler. You can rent chairs and an umbrella on the beach for about $50 for the day. Outside pool looked nice and decently busy but not crazy ( we spent our day on the beach). Yummy restaurants and groceries close by.

The condo was fantastic, very spacious and well equipped. Good location with a couple of restaurants within walking distance. Views from the balcony were sublime and overall the complex was great too. Would thoroughly recommend this apartment to anyone planning a stay in Orange Beach.

Not a bad place. The housekeeping department is Subpar… two dirty pans left in oven with what appeared as bbq sauce.. Sand pushed under pillow in queen bed. We hadn’t even been to beach yet… And couldn’t keep the TVs to change channel without getting up. Other then that we still had a great time. Owner responded to emails. And overall was a pleasant stay

The condo was clean and ready for us on time for our stay. All access numbers provided worked first try. Kitchen was nicely equipped for a family. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend!

Very convenient place to be… no need to go far in heavy summer and holiday traffic. Great communication with host. We enjoyed the condo and the view from the balcony is great.

The condo was absolutely amazing. The pictures don’t do it justice. And the view is absolutely stunning. I didn’t want to leave. Got married right on the beach, everything was perfect.

We booked this property and received no instructions on entry. We thought desk at property had entry details. The desk is ran by management company not affiliated with VRBO and could not help us. We tried for 3 hours to get in touch with owner. VRBO and myself. As I am 100 percent disabled Vet this was a nightmare. We had to booked 20 miles away in Pensacola at twice as much to save the excitement of my kids from being disappointed! Owner then tried everything to not refund me offering discount if I return to property next day. NOT!
Owner apologized and sent text they were out of Country and had bad service. Not my problem. So ruin my getaway by traveling and enjoying yourselves! Still have not received full refund a month later as owner saying I have to cancel and I can’t as it looks like we stayed there because day of incident. Very disgusted with VRBO as I spoke to company and they push it back on owner to refund.

Exactly as pictured. A little dated but very comfortable and enjoyable. No coffee to start off with and had a hard time turning on the shower but got a response almost immediately from the host. Toilet seat definitely needs to be replaced. TVs came on arbitrarily in the middle of the night

Thank you! We had a wonderful stay! Your condo is very nice! It worked out perfectly because the other condo we rented was 1103. We come every year with our youth group and we get one condo for our youth guys and adults and then another condo for our youth girls and adults. So, we would love to contact you again for our trip next summer. We are coming again next summer June 6-9 and would love to stay with you again.

So the indoor pool was shut down. I wish that was communicated to us before because the outdoor pool was way too cold and our kids were really looking forward to pool time. We were able to use the pool next door but it was so crowded that we didn't. The apartment was beautiful but not so clean. Floors felt sticky, food under couch, and ceiling fans were caked with dust. Kitchen was cool. Stocked but with outdated appliances and if you are to cook there you literally had to buy everything down to dish soap and sponge. Despite it all it was fun and beautiful view. Great access to everything. Elevators are super fast. Parking spot available

Lovely rental property. It was as described. Property was clean and comfortable. We had no issues checking in. The reserved, under ground parking was a great bonus. It is on our list for when we return to Orange Beach.

The facility was beautiful and the employees were very friendly! Loved the pools and hot tubs! Easy access to the beach and parking. Bedding and bathroom was clean. Kitchen could've been gone over a little bit better but overall wasn't bad. All in all we'd definitely stay again!!!

Was a nice stay. Had everything needed. Location was nice right on beach. Only thing I would change as recommendation to owner is update the listing with newer photos. Place looks really nice and some things are updated versus what the photos show in listing Would recommend.

Housekeeping sucks!!!
Great spot, great set up, but house keeping was horrible dirty towels left hanging in bathroom, wrong size sheets for bed, sand left all over the sofa and food crumbs left around the kitchen counter.
