AGGIORNAMENTO Maggio 2017 - WineDown ora ha un nuovo materasso per camera da letto principale, una coperta dipinta di fresco e nuovi mobili di coperta.
Benvenuti a WineDown, la nostra casa lontano da casa a Gulf Shores. La nostra casa è un rifugio di 4 camere da letto 3 bagni inferiore unità è a pochi passi dalla bellissima sabbia bianca zucchero e acque limpide e calme del Golfo del Messico. Situato nella zona di West Beach, siamo in una zona tranquilla della città, ma a soli 4-5 minuti di auto dall'Hangout e tutte le rive del Golfo hanno da offrire.
Goditi le splendide viste sul Golfo dal nostro ampio ponte. La spiaggia si trova a soli 150 metri dalla nostra porta di casa. I panorami continuano all'interno della casa dove puoi vedere l'acqua dal soggiorno, dalla sala da pranzo e anche mentre mescoli le bevande in cucina!
Il nostro soggiorno è il luogo perfetto per la famiglia per rilassarsi e godersi la vista. Un televisore da 50 pollici lo rende una stanza perfetta per guardare un film o assistere al gioco. Il divano si estrae per un ulteriore spazio per dormire. Il tavolo da pranzo è il luogo perfetto per godersi un pasto in famiglia o giocare o fare un puzzle.
Una spaziosa suite principale comprende un letto king size, TV da 40 pollici, un grande bagno padronale con vanità per lui e per lei, doccia e vasca separate e cabina armadio. Altre due camere da letto offrono comodi letti queen size con la quarta camera da letto con letti a castello, pieno sul fondo e due letti singoli in alto, e un divano letto nel soggiorno che è l'ideale per i bambini. Ci sono altri 2 bagni completi, quindi c'è molto spazio per tutta la famiglia.
La casa dispone di modanature a corona e la cucina moderna include ripiani in granito ed elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile. La cucina è completamente fornita di pentole e accessori nuovi.
Abbiamo televisori in ogni camera da letto e lettori dvd nel soggiorno e nella camera dei bambini. La camera dei bambini dispone anche di binari da mettere sul letto e un pacchetto per i bambini più piccoli. La nostra casa è progettata per essere molto adatta alle famiglie.
Abbiamo una grande area pulita sotto casa con doccia esterna e grill e molti posti a sedere. Questa è un'altra grande area per rilassarsi con la famiglia e godersi un gioco o un drink. Abbiamo un parcheggio coperto per 4 auto e possiamo inserirne altre 4 nel vialetto. La casa ha 2 unità e noi siamo l'unità inferiore. Il parcheggio è sul lato destro della casa di fronte al vialetto.

It was a great place to stay. Short Distance from the beach, perfect size for 7 of us. Owner was awesome with response to a couple questions we had! We highly recommend this place!

Over all property was as described great short walk to the beach would recommend mattress toppers as beds are extremely firm and would suggest fixing leaking faucets and towel racks. Beware property manager/neighbor and friends can be intrusive and somewhat inappropriate didn’t care for that.

We stayed from June 29, 2024 through July 6, 2024
The place worked out great for all of us and the location was perfect. Never a long drive to anything and a short walk to the beach. The owners always replied quickly when I had questions. And the upstairs neighbor, Steve, was always helpful as well. We had a great vacation and a lot of it had to do with the house and location! Looking forward to returning but maybe when it’s a little cooler lol.

Easy walk to beach. Home was very clean and roomy. May want to consider mattress toppers as all beds were very very firm, hand rails in the showers, and fix leaking faucets. We would definitely stay here again.

Place was very nice and location was great. We brought our dog and the location was very pet friendly. The area has a great walking path away from traffic. Even had a small area designated for pets. Made it very easy to take walks. Beach area was great as well. Definitely would go back.

The home was large enough to accommodate 5 adults and 3 teenagers in our group comfortably. Very clean and well kept. Beach is just a quick walk away. Nice deck to enjoy the ocean breeze. Neighbor Steve was kind and helpful.

The house was very nice and fit our needs. The location is excellent. Close enough to everything but far enough away to not hear the hustle and bustle. Santa was nice and helpful but he makes a lot of noise late at night and very early (530am) to where we could not sleep well. Also I would highly suggest some type of black out windows for the bedroom on his side as the light shines right through it. We had a fun week!

The accommodations were great! The condo is situated maybe 60 yards or so from the beach access. The parking underneath the condo was very convenient and also helped in staging our beach equipment for the day. We were a party of 9, two couples, four kids under 9 with grandma and her small dog along for the week. The kitchen was well stocked with a good size refrigerator/freezer combo. Grandma got the master with on-suite (which is very nice) and each couple had a bathroom with one couple sharing a jack-and-jill with the kids room. The price was very reasonable for the location with plenty of space for all of us. You also can't beat being so close to the main drag with easy beach access during Fall Break. It was a great trip and we hope to be back!

First time renting a beach house and our stay was excellent. Enjoyed all of the room that we had. We were able to cook outside and explore the neighborhood. Short walk to the beach was very easy with 3small children.

We all enjoyed are stay at Gulf Shores our condo was in close walking distance. 4 bedrooms 3 rooms were close together allowing our son’s family with older daughter to be close with 2 bathrooms at their end. Master bedroom was at the other end for grandparents with master bathroom. So the arrangement of the rooms were ideal for us. We recommend this Condo for a family.

Owner was extremely helpful. Even with lots of rain, we enjoyed our week and would definitely stay here again. My only drawback was the size of the stackable washer/dryer. Too small for a party of 8.

Perfect house!
The house was amazing! The pictures don’t do it justice. The area is awesome too and you truly can’t beat how short of a walk to the beach you have! We had 6 kiddos in the age range of 8yrs to 9 months and the walk was super quick and easy with them! The owners were super helpful with all the questions I had. And Santa and his wife (the residents upstairs) were great company and the children loved them!!

The gentleman that lives in the top floor unit Steve and his wife were very helpful and very nice people. Steve, his wife, and several of his friends made our stay very enjoyable. They told us about the best places to eat, get bait, fish, etc...
