Nuovo per il mercato degli affitti nel 2013. Il nostro appartamento al piano dodicesimo è splendidamente ristrutturato e dotato di tutti i comfort moderni di casa. Siamo situati direttamente sulla spiaggia di sabbia bianca di Orange Beach, Alabama.
Pheonix VII offre agli ospiti WiFi, due aree piscina, sala fitness Golfo-front, e una sauna per portarti via. Così come il tennis, il basket, squash, e shuffleboard in loco. Si può anche approfittare della nostra posizione di fronte Golfo; partecipare a una partita di beach volley, escursioni calendario delfini, e mangiare pesce fresco del Golfo.

We had a wonderful family vacation here! Beautiful ocean view and great amenities on the property. Everyone from ages 85 to 8 had a terrific time...thank you!

This was a great place. Everything was nice. It had everything we needed. The king size bed was hard but the other beds were comfortable. We were a family of 8 and the stay was perfect. It’s right on the beach and overlooks the pool. We loved it and will stay again.

Not as clean as we hoped. Several things didn’t work that were on remotes. Owner was quick to respond though. Direct TV was problematic at best. Baths are nice but very small

The condo was very nice and the kitchen has new appliances including a crock pot, blender, toaster, Keurig and coffee pot! We had eight adults and had plenty of room. The location is perfect. Host was easy to work with and answered questions pretty quickly. We hope to go back soon!

We had a great time! First time at Orange Beach and loved it. So easy to get around and lots of things to do and see. Condo was incredibly comfortable and had everything we needed.

Excellent! The condo was right on the beach. It looks just like the pictures shown in listing. There was only a 3-5 minute drive to our favorite restaurants. We were able to walk right into Bubbas with NO wait time. Weather was perfect! Fall is definitely the time to go to Orange beach.

Very happy with the resort, area, beach & condo. Mary was easy to reach and very responsive. Had one plumbing issue which was resolved completely & quickly. Condo is as advertised, very spacious, very clean, fully equipped with everything needed in the kitchen and a great view of the sugar sand beach on the Gulf. Would recommend this unit

Property was pretty much as described. Check-in and out was seamless. The owner was easy to get in touch with and take care of issues. Bathrooms have been updated.

Clean, Spacious Condo!
This condo is in a great location on Orange Beach. Plenty to do while still being quieter than other vacation beaches in the area. This condo specifically has amazing views and a wide balcony to enjoy them on. Plenty of space inside the condo as the bedrooms are generously sized. Property manager was very kind and replied quickly to any question. Highly recommend this unit.

Annual trip
We come to Orange Beach every year using VRBO and it has yet to disappoint. The property was awesome and Mary was great to work with. No issues with the property and the location was perfect. Thank you!!

Perfect beach spot
Spacious condo with an amazing view of the gulf, easy walk to the beautiful beach, plenty of shops near by, and even a Catholic church a 10 minute walk away. Perfect for our family.

We had a wonderful time staying in this cozy condo! It was perfect for the eight of us. Very conveniently located to shops and restaurants, but more importantly, we were directly on the beach. The sound of the waves were so relaxing. We would absolutely make a return trip! Thank you for the wonderful memories!

Beautiful condo! Very enjoyable stay. The parking pass was advertised as $35 but was actually $55. We had a couple of cars and had another couple come halfway through the week. That got very expensive. Other than that place was as advertised.

My family and I had the absolute best time in Orange Beach. The condo is very nice and clean. There was plenty of room for everyone. All of the beds were comfortable. Only downfall was not enough bathrooms especially when you have teenage girls. I highly recommend staying in this condo. My family and I will be back!

This unit was everything it said it was. A few minor repairs need to be done. The stove screen is not fully working and made it impossible to tell the temp of the oven. Very nice place to stay with our family, and we would go back in the future.

Elevator waits were worse because one was down but it just gave opportunity to chat with other guests. It was a very nice week!
