Come il nuovo Disney Aulani Resort è ora aperto e a soli 5 minuti a piedi lungo la passeggiata sulla spiaggia, si può godere di tutti i ristoranti lì, senza pagare $ 35 tutti i giorni per il parcheggio. Nella direzione opposta, a 5 minuti lungo la spiaggia a piedi è la famosa casa Mandrini Steak. Inoltre, questa villa è a breve, 8 minuti di auto da Target, Costco, Safeway, e tutti i ristoranti e negozi che Kapolei offre.

Questo è quattro volte la dimensione della camera d'albergo, e molto più lussuoso. At check-in we found the property was not cleaned well. We found hairs, dust, and food crumbs in multiple places and lots of mold on the washer's gasket...all of which we ended up cleaning ourselves. Next, the carpets in both bedrooms were dirty, with dirt accumulation & stains in several areas. Next, there were maintenance issues in the bathrooms. I wish I was at least asked to delay check in, so they could get the carpets cleaned etc. I contacted the manager with videos & pictures of issues, but received NO response for the entirety of our stay. I contacted the host with a list of issues and pictures of dirty carpets. He simply refunded the cleaning fee but chose not to acknowledge or address the dirty carpets or other issues. I never got any real apology. In his last email, the host suggested that next time I should stay at "the Four Seasons because their suites are maintained at a higher standard". Denying, deflecting and making sarcastic comments, especially when faced with pic/vid evidence of problems, is not a good way to do business.
Had I been made aware prior to booking, that the host doesn't have "high standards" or that the management team is irresponsible & irresponsive, I would have booked any other condo in the area.
Other issues: constant noise blasted from shows at adjacent resorts every night, so you can't enjoy a quiet evening out on the lanai. Then more noise every night at 12 AM from supply trucks. The TVs are old and don't have streaming functionality.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Condo was exactly as advertised. Great location away from the hustle of Waikiki & Honolulu but close enough to visit for dinner. Host was great as was the communication. We didn't have any issues during our stay so we didn't really have contact with the Manager except at checking.
Would stay here again.

The 2 bedroom condo had great views of ocean and sunsets. The accommodations were fine, just as described. When we needed help from the property caretaker with an appliance issue, they were very attentive. The only annoyance was that at night the music from the Disney resort was loud but only until 9pm.

This condo has a wonderful balcony view of the ocean and the Aulani and Four Seasons. The host is great at communicating and is very accommodating. I would definitely book this unit again and I’ve stayed at the Marriott and Four Seasons in Ko Olina.

Highly recommended! This unit is absolutely stunning. Everything about this rental from start to finish was top notch. Excellent communication with host, smooth check-in process, spotlessly clean, and the best location you could ask for.

The location is good but the rest of the experience left much to be desired. The shower was clogged & in need of repair upon arrival, painters tape holding a broken ceiling fan together, sweaty yellowing bed pillows, & an HOA gone wild with an inordinate amount of regulations & signage. We were told there was EV charging for our rental car & was told the same thing at checkin. Upon plugging the car in, we got a call from a curt woman informing us it’s only allowed between 10 PM-8 AM. We had to plug our car in at what felt like 2 AM to us and couldn’t charge it at all during the day. As the guests we paid for the charge (& were the only ones using it while we were there) so there’s no reason for them to demand off-peak charging. The AC can only be set to 74 or 72 (depending on which signage you read), which isn’t too comfortable during warmer days, especially if running the dryer which isn’t outside vented so it heats up the unit. The nearby Disney resort is a constant stream of noise (delivery trucks all day and night loudly beeping as they back up, leaf blowers, kids screaming, noisy shows/luaus) and the building HOA had noisy landscaping most of the days we were there as well. Not relaxing. The pros are the location is great, the sunsets are beautiful, the host was prompt & friendly (but the on-site management negated that). The listing pic of the Four Seasons should be removed because there’s no correlation other than the resort is 1/2 mile away & blocks the mountain view.

Our stay was great! The villa was well-appointed with everything a family could need: cooking, playing, sleeping, etc. There was plenty of space for six. We thoroughly enjoyed the lagoon, pool, and outdoor spaces.

B1001 was outstanding! The view is amazing with the ocean and mountains. Sunset is stunning and worth taking pictures. I’ve stayed at 8 different villas and enjoy this beach village. I’m from Oahu now living in the Midwest and it’s perfect for family to come and visit. The lagoons are clear and safe for children. Well equipped and very clean. Would highly recommend B1001. Owners were outstanding. Thanks Paul!

Great location, fantastic condo with views of the ocean along the side of the balcony. Super nice pool area with reasonably priced bar, live music right off of the beach. The beach area is well maintained and snorkeling is fun near the rocks. We played golf several times at the country club style course across the street. Finally, the Host is first class.

The condo was clean and very well stocked with the necessary amenities and beach stuff. We had a great view of the beach and quick and easy access to the pool and beach. Loved our time there and would definitely go back!

We loved our stay here so much. The property of the villas itself was meticulous and far exceeded expectations. We went in early Feb and the pools were quiet. We loved the boardwalk that ran right outside the villas along the ocean and my son ran there every day. As for the villa itself, it was as pictured and very clean. We enjoyed the boogie board, cooler and sand toys. We didn’t realize how amazing the coves would be for our young children and we enjoyed playing in the sand and water with no worries of under currents. One day we visited secret cove and our kids actually swam with turtles which was amazing. A couple of things I would note. I don’t feel the pictures of the view are completely accurate and would love to see them updated in the listing. Yes, there is a beautiful ocean view if you look to the left (and we certainly enjoyed this). But the direct view out the patio windows looks directly at Aulani. It is still a beautiful view, but I feel like the pictures didn’t portray it accurately. After arriving, I even went back to the listing to see if I had missed some photos - I had not. Second, at some VRBOs we’ve stayed at, the kitchen has been stocked with some basics - sandwich bags and food wrap, oil, tea, etc. While this unit is very well stocked in terms of appliances and tools, you will need to buy or bring everything else. Not a big deal, but something to note. Overall; would definitely recommend a 100 times over.

This was one of the best vacations we have had. The location is perfect and you can walk to almost every restaurant and to the golf course. The condo was very well maintained and clean. No complaints and would definitely stay here again.

This property is amazing. Great view, beautiful area and surroundings, and the best cove to stay on. Ko Olina is a beautiful part of the island, I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. Enjoy a beautiful beach walk, walk a few blocks to a few local shops and places to eat, or walk across the street to golf. Quick ride from the airport. We loved our stay so much, we extended it a few days with no issues. 10/10 would recommend this condo and part of the island again.

We were greeted before we even reached the villa, with staff from the villas reaching out to us to ensure we knew how to get there and whether or not we could check in a bit early. The location is perfect, especially for families like us, who were looking for something away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki.
This villa unit is on the 10th floor of an 11-story building and is right off of the elevator (but you don’t hear it at all) so it’s super convenient. The villa has an unbeatable view of the sunset every night. It has everything you could want in a home away from home- it seems like any need you might have us already been met! It’s gorgeous inside and out. Both rooms have a nice view too!
The villa property itself is well-maintained and has multiple jacuzzis, pool areas, as well as a pebble beach pool perfect for younger kids or non-swimmers. There is a bar with live music and a koi pond where kids can feed the fish. The lagoon in front of the property is always the least-crowded lagoon. Other lagoons have more resorts on it and/or more people in general. There is a great walk down all of the lagoons and you are in walking distance of turtles and regular monk seal sightings. It was the ideal stay for our Oahu vacation!

Very nice property, fantastic safe beach, Condo was great, very nice appliances and nice and quiet. Rob, the Beach umbrella guy and Canoe tour guy was the highlight of the trip. Make sure you see him on the beach, A wealth of knowledge and incredibly helpful.

This was the absolutely best accommodation I could have ever asked for for a family vacation. The most spectacular views. The room was very comfortable, large, clean and had everything we could have asked for. There was 3 adults and 2 children under 12 and over 7. Lots of activities for all. One senior with mobility issues and we had no problems with accessibility.

I could not say enough about this beautiful condo! My family and I stayed here for 6 glorious nights to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. The set up was just what we were looking for. My husband and I had our part of the condo and my daughters (16 & 20) had theirs. Perfectly equipped kitchen (that we actually used). Costco and Target are up the road so we stocked up and it felt like we were home. The view was breath taking! I wanted to enjoy my cup of coffee while watching the sunrise and I did .. everyone morning! Out of all the coves in this area, the one outside the Beach Villas is by far the best. The one thing to keep in mind is that the beaches are not private and locals frequent this area. So if you are looking for a nice spot under a tree for shade - get out there early. There is a cute shopping plaza walking distance where you can find Monkey Pod, Eggs & Things , Starbucks (re-opening soon) and a great Island Market place that has everything- Food/ Toiletries/ clothing/ gifts / liquor/ etc. The Marriot is next door and also has a few good restaurants, as well as the Aulani (we stayed there last 3 nights and missed our Villa).The condo's parking is a bit tight. Our rental was a Pacifica mini van and we struggled with our spot - very tight. Great washer & dryer- went back home with most of our clothes washed! We will definitely be back and have already told our families about it! Mahalo Beach Villas for the best vacation we have had in while!!!

Ko’ Olina Beach Villas are an amazing place to stay when visiting Oahu, and this unit is fantastic! We stayed in the very same unit 10 years ago and it’s just as nice now. Super clean!! Communication with Paul was prompt and easy!!
Loved the mornings and evenings on the lanai. The space was perfect for us and our friends. The beach is gorgeous and so relaxing.
One thing to note- there are no umbrellas allowed anymore on the beach. But there is a fabulous service available with really nice lounge chairs and an anchored umbrella through Royal Hawaiian Beach Services. It was an extra expense, but totally worth it!
Overall, perfect spot and we will definitely stay again when we come back to Oahu.

We loved staying in Ko Olina. This property was nestled between a couple of resorts which we felt made it less crowded and less mainstream. We found great restaurants in the area and certainly many spots for provisions if cooking on site. Heading into Honolulu was challenging the couple of times we left to hit Waikiki, Pearl Harbor, and Diamondhead due to traffic (which doubled the drive time). Otherwise, the North Shore activities were very reasonable for car travel. We would highly recommend staying here.

Gorgeous condo in a convenient location. Everything was close by, most importantly the beach! Super clean and stocked with all that you could need. Paul was great to work with and the staff at the facility were welcoming and helpful. Pool areas were beautiful and there was also a fabulous gym. The perfect property to stay in at the Beach Villas.

We are so happy to have stayed at this property. Good location and alternative to downtown with plenty to do especially if you goal is to be outside enjoying the pool/beach and boardwalk. We will book this again in the future!

We stayed in this condo for over a week and it was hard to leave. The lanai is the perfect location to watch the beautiful sunsets. Kitchen was well stocked for your cooking needs. Comfortable beds. More than enough space for two couples. Paul was very quick to respond to all my questions. The grounds and shared common areas are kept in immaculate condition. I would not hesitate to book this condo again. Thank you Paul for sharing your beautiful condo. It is a jewel to be enjoyed.

Great fammily stay
From the first “wow” moment walking into the place to the last sad photo on the lanai, we had a perfect weeklong vacation. Plenty to do and nice enough to kick back and relax when we were tired. We liked the homey feel to it, cooking when we wanted and washing clothes up, it was a very relaxing stay. Paul was great on helping us get in and get acquainted with the local staff. We loved the aloha and smile coming into the Ko’Olina resort area. Couldn’t ask for more.

Best Stay Ever
This was the best VRBO stay we've ever had. The location is fantastic, the rental is spectacular and the communication with the owner was immediate and always helpful.
This is the best lagoon in Ko Olina (less people than the other 3) and this rental has the ideal view (high up, beach tower, on the west side so you get sunset views every night). Great, modern and comfortable accommodations throughout the rental and wonderful facilities (pools, gym, beachside bar) in the complex. Free onsite parking space, although excellent restaurants and stores are easily walkable. The owner, Paul, responded almost immediately to every question I had and always had helpful suggestions. The rental had everything you need (washer/dryer; amazing kitchen; excellent WiFi; etc.). I can't wait to return as this is the best VRBO rental we have ever had anywhere.

Amazing, clean property in a beautiful area. The lagoons are perfect for swimming with some small waves to keep fresh water moving in. Michael was very wecoming and helpful during check-in. The villa is within walking distance to an Island Country Market, restaurant and Coffee/smoothie shop. Costco and Target about 5 miles by car in Kapolei.

Another Great Visit to the Island
Property is great. exactly as featured in Pics. Directions to property are great, Michael met us at the desk and took us up and oriented us to all in the condo. the view is exceptional, always a breeze, and we kept the Lanai doors almost always open. The whole north side of the living room opens up into the beach view. Sunsets every night, beautiful, from the Lanai or the Lagoons. Easy to find attractions. the island is not huge, and the condo was a great center point for our travels to the North Shore, The Polynesian Cultural center, and all of the Pearl Harbor attractions. We stocked up on groceries in Kapolei, just a few minutes away. The resort has beautiful walking trails along the lagoons, the sand is groomed every day, and the folks are super nice. The condo is exceptionally clean and comfortable. We had to wear masks indoors, but not a big deal. All indoor activity on the Island required masks, but that should go away on March 28th. Try it, you will not be disappointed.

Beautiful memories
Upon arrival, Micheal met us and kindly showed us around the condo. There was a thoughtful welcome basket on the counter for us. The unit was very clean, well stocked and beautiful. Location is ideal. View was breathtaking! We love everything about the place. We have traveled and stayed in quite a few vacation rentals. This one is by far our favorite. We will definitely return!

Absolutely perfect the property is gorgeous. Views of the sunsets unparalleled. The property sits on one of the lagoons in a wonderful and (surprisingly!) quiet spot. The condo has everything we needed. The owner Abd property manager we’re perfectly lovely humans, responsive, helpful, ❤️❤️❤️. Pictures are accurate.
