The condo was perfect for our family of six! It was clean, spacious and equipped with all the comforts of home for our vacation. This is our second stay at this condo and we will definitely be back! Thanks for sharing your condo with us!

It’s a lovely condo with most things you might need (except groceries). Do take additional toilet paper. It’s clean and well-maintained. Good internet connection and responsive owner (needed help getting second parking tag). Only suggestion to owner is to replace bedding with better fitting sheets - too little and kept popping off! Also a table in front of the sofas for setting drinks would be nice. A list of recommended eateries might be nice as well. All in all, very nice accommodations!

We stay every year at this condo and would not change a thing. Perfect location for quietness, very very clean and the beautiful view!!!! Jeff is a great host and accommodates anything you need or questions. Very responsive!Love this place!!

Loved this property so much! We even had my yellow lab Moses with us and he loved laying on the balcony watching the ocean! Everything was just perfect and beautiful! The owners text me to make sure everything was good and let me know they were always available. I 100% recommend this condo and can’t wait to come back!

This is our second trip to PCB, staying at this lovely property. The condo is beautifully decorated and the view is incredible. Even members of our group who don't want to be in the water are still able to enjoy the breeze and view from the balcony. Jeff and Angela are wonderful hosts and are very responsive, and we love that we can bring our fur babies to enjoy the trip with us. This is our new favorite place to stay in Florida!

Totally updated and lovely condo on quiet end of PCB. Two master suites- one with king - second with king & queen - large bedrooms & baths. Nice decor and great kitchen. Hair dryers, some staples left by previous guests kept us from having to buy everything. Nice that checkout is at 10:00 am. Can’t say enough! Would definitely stay in 402E again!

This renovated and clean condo has the most amazing ocean views from all rooms with huge windows and sliding doors. The beach is quiet because it is private for this small condo building. We loved staying here, as it was quiet and relaxing as well as absolutely beautiful. If you bring a dog, be sure to check out the nearby PCB Conservation Park—miles of trails for run/walk!

We enjoyed our a relaxing stay! The condo was very nice with everything we needed. We loved the privacy of the balcony with the amazing view and sound of the ocean. We took our little dog and there is grass and a bin right in front of the condo with the added bonus of seeing the ocean as you walk. Parking is first come first serve either under the building or right by it. There are carts to use to head up the elevator, very convenient. This is a gem!

This condo is furnished like home, spotless, well stocked and with a breathtaking view. My sisters and I had a wonderful stay even with cloudy, rainy days - the large televisions helped :-). The complimentary chair and umbrella service made hanging out at the beach seamless. The decor in this unit is beautiful and the owners were incredibly helpful and available. We often stay at the beach and this condo ranks a 10!

This condo is absolute bliss! From the magnificent beach views that stretch the length of the condo to the beautifully appointed décor, this condo has it all. You're situated on a tranquil private beach, and they even provide you with two beach chairs and an umbrella - all included. Sipping coffee on the balcony with that perfect view became our morning ritual. On windy days when swimming wasn't ideal, the pool was a peaceful alternative, and we never had elevator or parking hassles.
We brought our pups with us and, while the beach right in front isn't for dogs, there's a dog-friendly beach nearby. Mine were satisfied with the balcony and the breeze in their faces. Plus, Jeff and Angela have already thought of everything, including couch covers in the living room for your pups to cozy up without worries. They go the extra mile to ensure your stay is impeccable, and this condo is spotless. As someone who's a bit of a germaphobe, I can assure you it's genuinely clean!
If I had to name the décor style, I’d call it modern beachy luxe because everything has a beachy vibe to it, but with a lovely flair for design and with a really upscale feel to it. FYI, the beautiful beds in the 2nd master have footboards that slightly stick out between the beds. Slow down and don’t bump your leg like I did.
We'll definitely return here again and again. There's no need to search for a better place. If you're seeking a week of pure paradise, your search ends here. Highly, highly recommended!

The property was superb! We stayed at another unit last year but this one was far superior. The owner was the best and always answered our questions and addressed our concerns. My husband left behind his favorite pillow and the owner didn’t hesitate at all to work with his cleaning crew to retrieve it and send it home to us. I only have one minor complaint. There were several cutting boards to use, which is a great perk. But, they all smelled awful. They definitely need to upgraded. Other than that, we have no hesitation to stay here again!!

We have vacationed at various beaches for many years. This unit is at the top of the list for cleanliness with updated furnishings and decor. It is very obvious that the owners take great pride in providing a great experience for their guests. Absolutely beautiful!
It is a quiet location but still close to grocery and pharmacy if needed. And, just a very short drive to Pier Park.
Highly recommended.

The condo was very nice, clean and comfortable, you wont go wrong with this rental. The balcony has a great view, we used the 2 beach chairs and umbrella each day, the beach was not crowded during our July stay. There are restaurants and groceries very close. There's a dog beach a few minutes down the road by the pier. I would rent this unit next time I go to PCB.

Overall the condo we stayed in was spectacular. Really enjoyed it. Place was very clean and nice. Property managers were very nice and answered any questions that we had. And messaged to make sure we made it. Only thing we didn’t like was the elevator was extremely hot. If you happen to have your parking pass on the wrong way you will get a warning even though they can tell what it is. Seen it on multiple vehicles even handicap ones that had it on their dash.

From the moment we walked into this condo we were amazed! Everything was absolutely beautiful from the view to the decor. The layout was great. You couldn’t hear any noise from neighbors. The beach was not crowded. The condo was the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in. We were a little irritated at first because when we went to check in, the cleaning crew was still cleaning. They explained why they were late (they wanted everything to be perfectly clean after the last guests) and they were super nice and friendly. Worth the extra half hour wait to have everything immaculate! We have never been to PCB before but would definitely stay here if we visit this area again! The condo location was away from the busy end of the tourist area…. which was also very nice! The owners checked in to make sure everything was great as well! Thank you for a great place to stay and fir allowing our fur baby as well!

This was our first year at this property after spending the last three at another condo. This condo took the cake! The views of the ocean from every room were beautiful. The layout of the condo made it feel so much larger than others we have stayed. With the property being smaller, the elevator waits were nothing, and the beach was not crowded at all. Since the condo is located on the west end of PCB, traffic was not an issue when leaving the property. Jeff was a great host. He checked in to make sure everything was perfect. I would highly recommend it to anyone. We plan on going back again next year.

Everything was as "advertised" and Jeff was very helpful and responsive. Only hiccup was parking permit not available, but quickly fixed within an hour. Our condo and complex were wonderfully kept and clean. Parking was monitored and elevator kept clean. Beach was super. We would definitely stay here again. Many Thanks!

The condo is beautiful, clean and spacious. The wall of windows provide the most AMAZING view of the gulf (from the living areas and both bedrooms). The owners are very responsive and the communication was great. We loved the location (where the kids walked across the street and bought ice cream, candy, clothes, etc. and we bought an easy supper at Pizza Hut one night). It was a short drive to Pier Park and multiple grocery stores were close, as well. It was very nice to have 2 chairs and an umbrella each day on the beach (that had so few people). We are looking forward to returning soon!

If you want comfort, relaxation, location, and beautiful views of PRIVATE beach, sand and ocean 60’ wide from inside your condo then this is the place for you. Floor to ceiling glass across the entire unit. 2 master suites. Huge living space. Fully equipped kitchen. Full laundry washer and dryer. Close to Winn Dixie and fresh market and buddy’s fish market. And St Andrews Park is only 20 minutes away. We love this place and have been coming here ever since we discovered it first in February 2021! When we return next month it will be our 8th stay in 2 years! Do yourself a huge blessing and stay here. Sherri and Michael. Franklin TN.

This property is updated and beautiful. It was extremely clean, which is always a must for me! Location is great and it’s a very short “boardwalk” to the beach. Loved the views across all rooms, and the long balcony was a wonderful spot for watching gorgeous sunsets. Beds were comfortable, plenty of seating, and nice kitchen and baths. From our reservation, check-in, and check-out process all was great. Jeff was great to work with and communicated with us on everything! I highly recommend! One of our best experiences and vacations!

Beautiful condo and easy to talk to owner. I would suggest a couple of things that would make stay more comfortable. The sofas are very uncomfortable and not suitable for four people to be comfortable. Maybe a recliner for us adults. Kitchen needs some coffee mugs and utensils. Master bedroom needs mattress and not the foam topper that is there.
