"Oceanfront Paradise" -Steps Away from the Beautiful Sand & Surf!
Godetevi il lusso di essere a pochi passi dalla sabbia e surf in questa nuova casa di fronte all'oceano con ampio piano piano, moderno. Il 1 ° piano appartamento di questa casa di famiglia 2 sei posti letto con due camere da letto e divano letto matrimoniale. La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale, ampio ripostiglio e accesso privato al bagno. La seconda camera da letto / soggiorno con finestra a bovindo con vista sull'oceano ha un divano letto a slitta con materasso a due dimensioni e un letto a rotelle formato doppio, due poltroncine, pouf di stoccaggio, TV a schermo piatto da 40 'e lettore DVD. Il soggiorno ha divano letto matrimoniale con materasso topper per un maggiore comfort, due comode sedie, tavoli e chiuso 42 'TV a schermo piatto e lettore DVD. Zona di seduta dall'oceano fronte doppia finestra in soggiorno ha tavolo da bistrò con due sedie. Cucina completamente attrezzata è in granito con 4 sgabelli intorno all'isola e ulteriore tabella delle mattonelle superiore con 4 sedie e porta scorrevole in vetro sul patio. Bagno completo con vasca / doccia. Grande lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice. La casa è inoltre completa di internet, aria centrale, lenzuola e asciugamani. Oceano di fronte portico anteriore ha 4 posti a sedere. Proprietà paesaggistico ha cortile con recinto solido patio recintato che ha 2 griglie, tavolo da picnic, tavolo con ombrellone, sedie e grande doccia esterna chiusa. Parcheggio fuori strada e molto altro!
Rilassatevi e godetevi piedi da ottimi ristoranti, gelateria, negozio bagel, mercato del pesce, salone, minigolf / sala giochi e molto altro ancora! Anche vicino a parchi con pallacanestro e tennis, supermercato, negozio di liquori, negozi di biciclette e noleggio barche. Solo un po 'più di un miglio a Seaside Heights Boardwalk con giostre, divertimenti, parco acquatico e fuochi d'artificio settimanali. Grande pesca sia l'oceano e Barnegat Bay.

Fabulous property. The photos on VRBO don't do it justice. Its much larger impeccably decorated, well stocked with anything you could possibly need. Outdoor shower which is great for rinsing after beach. Beach is right across the street. BBQ on patio. I cant say enough. Highly recommend.

The house was a perfect fit for us. Immaculate and comfortable, with a lovely front porch that catches the ocean breeze all day. It’s steps to the beach, a block from some cute restaurants, and close enough to Seaside boardwalk that our teen daughter and her friends could walk there, but far enough to be quiet at night. The owner, Joanne, was very gracious and helpful. We can’t wait to stay here again!

I went down with my sister. The place was very, very nice, roomy and clean and the location was great! The ocean is right across the street. The Host - Joann was absolutely wonderful! Very kind and helpful. She made sure everything was great with our stay. I brought my little dog and the town is pet friendly which was nice too. We enjoyed our stay so much and look forward to coming back in the future. Denise

House layout and location were great. JoAnn was very responsive, friendly, and helpful during the booking and check-in process. We often travel with our dogs but have never stayed at a property with a fenced in yard until JoAnn's- gamechanger! Our dog enjoyed the beach air and sunbathing as much as we did. We can't wait to go back!

This was the perfect little family vacation and escape. The house is literally right next to the beach, easy access to board walk, great restaurants near by. Loved that it was so close to seaside but far enough away as well. JoAnn was attentive, super flexible and responsive. We went to Crab's Claw Inn for dinner in next town over, which was really yummy. There was an ice cream shop right next door to restaurant and cute shops all around. The Fish market and bagel shop down the street from the house were great! Would recommend for anyone looking for a low key vaca.

We had a great week at the beach. The property is directly across the street from the boardwalk and an entrance down to the beach. There are restaurants and coffee shops all with a few minute walk making the location even better. Also don’t miss Ortley fish market around the corner for amazing fresh fish!

We loved our time here. The location is great, the house was sparking clean and very spacious! The backyard area was great as well. We loved everything about it.
My only comment is there are new construction homes being built directly across the street from the house which to me, makes this no longer “oceanfront” or “oceanview”. Totally out of the owners control, which I understand, but still.
The steps to beach access- the first entrance to the beach is right there which is awesome but the space on that part of the beach is extremely
Small and not flat, barely enough space to put 2 beach chairs. The ideal part to set up chairs and a big enough space for the day at the beach is down a block at the other entrance.. which again is fine and out of the control of the owner, but it makes “steps to the beach”, while true technically… but you’ll be walking a block over.
Overall I would recommend this house, but if I book again I would go a few blocks over (closer to Lavellette side) so the beach is ideal and views are better. :)

We were looking for a week long get away in mid September and came across this property. It was a perfect fit for us, we got lucky with great summer like weather too! The location was fantastic, close to eateries and shops. And most importantly it was a 2 second walk to the entrance of the beach! The property itself was very clean and inviting with an open feel. It had plenty of space for us and our infant son. We brought our dog with us as well and he loved the fenced in yard! JoAnn was very understanding and was very personable, making sure we had what we needed. She was easy to reach and answer any questions if needed. We loved the location so much and would definitely book again! Hopefully we can next year!

Our family had a great stay at this home. It's spacious, very clean, is well-appointed, has a great backyard and porch, and the proximity to the beach and area attractions can't be beat. JoAnn, the owner is very nice and extremely easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!

Host Joann was very helpful and friendly. She graciously accommodated our party of 2 dogs and 5 adults for a birthday weekend. She provided restaurant recommendations, was there to greet us on our timeline and flexible about check-in and check-out. First floor unit is perfect with well equipped kitchen and lots of towels. Perfect for a couple with a couple of children.

The property is extremely clean and well maintained! JoAnn is very responsive, easy to communicate with, and was there to greet us when we arrived. The weather was not the best, however there are plenty of fun things just a short drive away that can entertain the family on rainy days. The location could not be better for beach access. We are looking forward to booking again!

Perfect location - especially with small kids! Right across from the entrance to the beach and down the block from many restaurants and Barnacle Bills. Owner is so nice and checked in twice to make sure we were ok! We stayed in the downstairs apartment when people were upstairs and we didn’t have any issue with noise from the apartment above (always a concern for us with kids when we consider a first floor rental)!

I was so pleased to have chosen "Joann's Peaceful Place" to gather with my adult children for family time. I can describe it as a Four Seasons Hotel (minus the room service). Everything was spotless and inviting. ...Location was amazing...beach access, walking to local shops for fruits, veggies,seafood..etc.etc....and so enjoyed kite nite, fireworks, nightime ocean fishing...and just chilling on the front porch enjoying the breeze and sounds of the ocean crashing gently on the sand....

The location was perfect for a 2 week beach getaway. It was a 1 minute walk to the beach. It was also very clean and had everything we needed. JoAnn was very responsive and checked in with us during a power outage from Hurricane Isaias. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Great property and location. We rented 1st floor, plenty of space and nicely appointed. Only issues I had was that there was no ocean view from “our” deck and we had no privacy on the deck since it was also the entrance to the 2nd floor.

We enjoyed our stay completely! The house was perfect. We loved the floor plan . The bedrooms were very private and would work for a family or two coulpes. We walked to the boardwalk every night, And by day we crossed the street for the beach. The back yard and the front porch was a perfect setting for morning coffee or just kicking back in the evening. What a great trip with my kids and toddler granddaughter!
In August - AC is a top feature, and this unit worked great. The owner was extremely responsive when I needed something. The large capacity washer/dryer kept us fully ahead of laundry/towels, and the outdoor shower has both hot/cold water, which really made post-beach cleanup great. Very comfortable seating in living room, and wood/tile floors throughout made for easy travel with our dog. Adirondike chairs front porch and backyard were comfortable and stable for the toddler. Good parking. Lots of flatware/dishes so we weren't having to immediately wash a spoon for the next meal. Tastefully appointed throughout.
I hope we can come back - this property is so lovely and convenient I would try to schedule a trip around it.
