People are rude. They made me pay the whole amount on day 1. But I checked out next day and shifted my stay to a better hotel nearby. Worst hotel I ever stayed in Mumbai. This taught me a lesson that I shouldn’t pay any money as booking amount without seeing the actual property and room. According to pictures room is spacious but it was cramped one.

The only thing worth liking was the ambience. But since the other factors were bad ambience doesn't matters.

Most of the things 1.STAFF First and foremost thing was the STAFF ATTITUDE, not a pleasant one. --The person who came to recieve me took one bag and asked me to carry all other luggage. --AC was not cooling even 10% of capacity,on complaining for two times I was told to wait for it to cool the room. I my self put the chair and climbed to check the air filter and it was totally choked. Then I asked them to clean. --On checking out they told me that no one would assist me with the luggage to the cab.On request, a person took one bag and that too for 50 meter distance and then handed it over to my wife to carry further. 2.CLEANLINESS --Bathroom pipe was leaking continuously,no one paid attention to it. --Room was never cleaned in two days time. 3. NO FOOD. --Even if you need a cup of tea, a person will go outside to buy it for you from some street tea stall. -Not even a bottle of mineral water is available inside the hotel. 4. BAD LOCATION. It's very inside into the lanes. Cabs will come 200 meters away. And the Hotel attitude is very straight forward regarding carrying of luggage so you yourself have to become coolie for your luggage. 5. High price. I paid 4550 for two days. For this "somewhere in the jungle hotel". Along with so much of above mentioned experiences. It's not worth even half of the price. Believe me you'll have to get frustrated in small small things. When I was checking out I in fact said to the manager that I am Highly dissatisfied with your service and would never stay here again. That too did not bothered him much.
