The hotel looked nothing like what they promote, definitely not worth the price.

The toilet could have been cleaner. And the reservation staff began follow-up 2 hours before check-in for the likelihood of cancellation or no-show. I found these calls a bit annoying, considering that one is at work.

Reception manager and restaurant manager were amazing. Quality of food was good. Rooms still have Oyo logo.

Staff members had communication issue, I ordered food for 3 people in room, only two dinner plate was given without any cutlery, I called 3 times still no one showed up. They missed sending butter milk inorder with food it came very last and I could get it that butter milk was made in rush as salt and masala was missing from the butter milk. My rooms were breakfast included, how ever I was charged for coffee. Shower in room wasn't working (208) Since I had to take flight and reception was busy I did not bother to debate on it. Small things can make this hotel run much better way.
